关于中央民族大学日语专业课程设置的研究

高校日语人才的培养应以满足社会需求为第一要务,要制订基于社会调查的科学、合理的日语人才培养方案。在实施日语教学活动之前,首先要明确规定日语专业所培养的人才的类型和规格。制订日语人才培养方案时,应注重专业技能、专业基础、就业技能、专业特色、基本素质等内容,并根据这几方面的要求完成日语专业的课程设置。

高职日语专业创新人才的培养研究

根据《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》的要求,目前很多高等职业院校将创新人才的培养作为学院的发展目标,如何培养具有创新型专业的人才已成为高等院校各专业教师的当务之急。本文探讨日语"创新人才"的定义,针对以往的日语专业教学内容、教学方式、教学评价标准进行改革,将培养"创新人才"作为学院日语专业人才的培养目标。

在多元化经济发展的今天,市场对人才的需求总体趋势就是学校培养专业人才的目标。商务日语专业就是要着力培养学生日语专业知识的同时,还要促使专业设置与经济社会发展需求相适应。我们要面向市场,面向社会,创新人才培养模式,提高教育教学质量,努力培养和造就一大批与经济社会发展需求相适应的面向生产、建设、服务和管理一线的复合型、技能型日语人才。     

日语专业学生就业情况调查分析——以大连民族大学为例

近年来由于大量日资企业在华撤资,导致日语专业人才的就业率不稳定,甚至很多高校的日语专业毕业生面临失业的危机。为了提高日语专业毕业生的就业率和就业质量,通过对沿海地区民族高校日语专业毕业生的就业情况进行问卷调查研究,得出培养综合型日语人才的对策和措施,即学校要合理安排课程以适应市场需求,大学毕业生也要自身提高综合能力。只有把目标以单一的语言能力培养,转变为以复合型人才为核心的综合能力的培养,才能使日语专业毕业生的就业率和就业质量得到提升。     

高职商务日语专业人才培养过程中存在的问题与对策

随着中日经贸往来的不断扩大,商务日语专业的应用型人才需求增加,但高职院校该专业的毕业生却存在着就业难的问题,其原因是毕业生自身的职业技能不能达到工作岗位的要求.本文指出了商务日语专业高职生培养过程中,在日语基本功训练、复合型人才塑造、应用能力培养三方面存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策,期望对高职院校培养出合格的商务日语专业应用型人才有所裨益.
