顾客担心个人隐私信息得不到有效保护是其不愿意使用网络银行的主要原因之一。研究表明,在网站上张贴隐私协议和隐私印章,能提高顾客对网络商家的信任和使用意愿。为此,本文以网络银行为研究背景,以理性行为理论为基础,探究隐私协议、隐私印章对我国网络银行顾客信任及其使用意向的影响作用,并应用结构方程方法进行实证研究。通过对198个有效调查样本的研究结果表明:隐私协议、隐私印章两者既会直接正向影响顾客对网络银行的信任和使用意向,又会通过信任这一中介变量,对顾客的使用意向产生间接正向影响。  相似文献

A number of studies has focused on examining those academic researchers attributes-demographics or not- that condition international research collaboration (IRC) and its results. However, it is not possible to speak about an ‘ideal’ type of researcher so far. Should we assume that just only those ‘star researchers’ collaborate internationally?. The literature is not clear enough on this topic, offering interesting but insufficient support to know the set of individual characteristics that ensures fruitful IRC. To deepen the analysis of academic researchers attributes, in particular, the human capital characteristics, this study proposes in-depth research on exploring different combinations on human capital dimensions and testing potential differences in IRC levels. To do so, from an exploratory perspective, a cluster analysis was conducted in a sample of 937 Spanish academics, obtaining three researcher profiles: (1) consolidated international research collaborators, (2) effective international research collaborators, and (3) skilled international research collaborators. Far from the recurrent analysis of single or disconnected researchers' attributes, this paper contributes to the extant literature with a new typology based on the variables of academic human capital, providing an useful starting point to better understand who really can develop international networks to collaborate and, therefore, how to foster IRC in Universities.  相似文献

我国的流动性过剩主要表现为货币供给超过实体经济的需求.国际收支顺差、储蓄率过高和银行资金运用不充分是流动性过剩的主要原因.流动性过剩在增加通货膨胀压力、推动资产泡沫形成、加大银行信贷风险等方面对宏观经济造成负面影响.解决流动性过剩问题,除了运用货币政策进行调控外,还需要通过制度创新、培育市场和拓展投资渠道等手段,对过剩的流动性进行分流和疏导,使其转变为推动经济增长的现实资源.  相似文献

个人客户作为银行客户的重要组成部分,提高其对银行的满意程度,保持其相对稳定性对每个银行的发展部是尤为重要的。本文结合定性与定量的研究方法分析了影响个人客户的满意程度的因素。研究结果表明柜台人员服务、银行的形象、银行业务的种类和数量、银行的便利性和手续费与利率的结构是影响个人客户满意程度的主要因素。在此基础上,本文比较国内几大银行在这些重要因素上的表现,并给出了提高银行个人客户满意程度的具体建议。  相似文献

Don Lamberton asked many questions about the nature and role of information, without expecting to be able to provide tidy or neat answers. The issues he raised have not gone away or been resolved. Some have re-appeared in modified or new form. This paper first focuses on the analysis of information at the macro-level, starting with the ill-fated ‘information sector’ studies and leading on to current attempts to use neoclassical economics to measure macro-level capital stocks in the context of the debate about sustainable development, also known as ‘wealth accounting’. Wealth accounting has no place for information-as-capital that goes beyond very primitive proxy measures for intangible capital other than human capital. Often, information-as-capital is neglected completely by denoting such capital stocks as ‘enabling assets’ that are assumed to be reflected in what turn out to be unmeasurable shadow prices. Next, an issue mostly neglected by Don Lamberton is discussed – the normative assessment of information and innovation. It is argued that neither mainstream economics nor evolutionary economics, information studies, innovation studies and so on currently has an appropriate normative theory of innovation. Increased output, innovation counts, productivity, competitiveness and consumption-related utility (what economists call ‘welfare’) are poor indicators of what really should be measured, which is the objective and subjective impacts of innovation on people’s well-being.  相似文献

以商业银行信用卡业为实证对象,对其顾客资产收益期限影响因素问题进行研究;运用SPSS16.0统计软件对调研数据进行了信度检验、路径分析、积差相关分析。结果表明:顾客满意、顾客关系信任、顾客感知价值、转换成本有利于延长顾客资产收益期限,而替代选择性不利于顾客资产收益期限的延长。最后指出延长顾客资产收益期限的若干管理启示。  相似文献

New product need assessment and idea generation methodologies, developed and used successfully in the consumer product arena, are seldom used to aid in the design of new industrial products. It is suggested that the ‘fault’ lies in large part with the ‘manufacturer-active’ paradigm underlying these methodologies, which prescribes that the product manufacturer has the role of assessing customer needs and developing a responsive product idea. A new ‘customer-active’ paradigm is proposed in which the customer develops the new product idea and takes the initiative to transfer it to an interested manufacturer.The hypothesis that the customer-active paradigm offers a better fit to industrial product idea generation practice than does the manufacturer-active paradigm is tested against the available empirical data (eight studies are reviewed) and found supported. Speculative reasoning is then offered in support of the notion that the customeractive paradigm provides a good fit to the inherent requirements of industrial product idea generation as well as to current practice. Knowledge creation is one of the most important dynamic capabilities that firms can use to develop new assets, which can represent the basis for future innovations. Within a context of growing globalisation, the acquisition and creation of knowledge is one of the main objectives sought with international expansion. The consideration of intellectual capital within the knowledge creation process in subsidiaries offers an innovative way to undertake knowledge management practices in multinationals. Theoretical and empirical works can be found in the literature about intellectual capital. However, very few studies link intellectual capital to knowledge creation in multinationals. Seeking to fill this gap, the purpose of this paper is to develop and test a model that includes the main intangibles belonging to structural and relational capital that can influence knowledge creation in Spanish subsidiaries of foreign multinational firms belonging to high-technology and knowledge-intensive sectors. The approach in this paper is based on the principles of action research and rapid prototyping. The paper shows the current status of a ‘bottom-up’ research process dedicated to continuously developing and improving management instruments that suit the requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs): pragmatic, easy-to-use and generating direct practical benefit. As a result, this paper links the concept of intangibles to the practical strategy development process in SMEs. The integration shown concerns several challenges: (1)?Integrate the internal and external perspective on intangibles, and, by that, link the concept of intellectual capital (IC) as a resource-based view with the concept of customer value as a market-based view. (2)?Integrate the theoretical concept of IC with a methodology for comprehensive strategy development. Abstract

The development and deployment of technologies for delivering broadband services to homes in Australia are investigated using the ‘social shaping of technology’ (SST) approach. The focus is on the period from 1993 to 1998 when there were five main technological options for delivering residential broadband services: ‘hybrid’ fibre coaxial (HFC) cable; direct broadcast satellite (DBS); multipoint microwave distribution systems (MDS); ‘Integrated Services Digital Network’ (ISDN); and ‘Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line’ (ADSL). The main broadband services planned for delivery to homes over this period were pay television and fast Internet access. A sequence of snapshots of sociotechnical relationships at critical times during the study period, termed ‘sociotechnological configurations’, is used to track the evolutionary pathway of the broadband technologies. The mapping technique assists in identifying key features and explaining the driving factors of the pathway, including why HFC cable emerged as the predominant technology, and two competing HFC cable networks were rolled out in capital cities at an additional cost of over $2 billion when a single network would have had ample capacity.  相似文献

本文以2009-2015年沪深A股上市公司作为研究样本,对客户集中度与企业创新投入、创新产出之间的关系进行了实证分析,并进一步探讨了产品独特性、高新技术行业对客户集中度与企业创新关系的影响。研究发现:客户集中度与创新投入、产出显著呈正U型关系,且创新投入在客户集中度与创新产出的关系中具有部分中介作用。进一步研究表明,客户集中度与企业创新的正U型关系在产品独特性企业以及非高新技术行业更加显著。最后,对企业客户关系管理及创新决策提出了相应的对策和建议。  相似文献

The paper describes empirical findings on how openness is realized in practical innovation projects involving different organizations. The purpose of the study is to increase the understanding of how openness should be managed in the various forms of inter-organizational innovation development. The main research interest is in how openness is manifested in developing innovations with different organizations involved in inter-organizational innovation projects. Subsidiary research questions are: ‘What is open?’, ‘To whom is it open?’ and ‘How open is it?’. The study applied qualitative case study methodology, and empirical data were collected by semi-structured interviews with management personnel in 40 organizations in Finland and the Netherlands. The findings reveal that openness in innovation is a multifaceted issue that can have very different meanings in different contexts. In the context of the study, the answer to the first sub-question (‘What is open?’) is obvious. It is the innovation project; its input, process and outcome. As for ‘To whom is it open?’, interviewees made a clear distinction between projects with known actors and projects that may include unknown actors. Answering ‘How open is the project?’, one can distinguish between different projects according to which attribute best describes the openness of the project – readable, usable, or modifiable. Answers to the three sub-questions conceptualize the issue of openness in inter-organizational innovation development and can be considered theoretical conclusions of the study. By combining the answers, five characteristic levels of openness in inter-organizational innovation were derived as practical implications of the study for R&;D and innovation management.  相似文献

采用西安市商业银行信用卡顾客的抽样调查数据,应用Cox比例风险回归模型分析了影响信用卡顾客生命周期的各种因素。分析结果表明:年龄、月可支配收入、持有张数、钱包份额、月均消费额和持卡类型是影响顾客生命周期的6个独立因素,且全部为保护因素。商业银行信用卡管理部门可以利用这些因素对顾客的危险率进行计算,来识别持卡生命周期较长的顾客,并针对不同的顾客采取差异化的营销和管理服务,进而提高信用卡业务的盈利水平。  相似文献

This article describes an epochal review of research literature on practice-oriented digital health ecosystems that have emerged during the period between 1998 and 2018. Practice-orientation refers to efforts that have resulted in positive impact and transformations in the delivery of healthcare. The review is epochal in the sense that there have been 3 major stages of innovation and diffusion in digital health that are identified. The year 1998 was deemed a significant starting point for the literature search because it marked the introduction of the term e-health. The main objective of this review is to track the evolution of digital health and the conspicuous developments in the field - crucial steps to get a grasp of the key issues involving the delivery of healthcare. The article includes a general discussion of these various key issues and sensitizing concepts. The sense-making thus shed some light on the areas of enquiry, which are central to identifying the direction in which the practice of healthcare is headed. These areas of enquiry often referred to as ‘substantive areas’ in qualitative research terminology, were identified as ‘electronic medical records’, ‘health cloud’, ‘data analytics’, ‘Internet-enabled devices’, and other ‘emerging information technologies’. The article concludes with a synthesis of key inferences drawn from the epochal review. The digital disruption of healthcare has created necessary conditions for its offering as a global, interoperable service.  相似文献

随着"国八条"的公布以及上海和重庆两个国家中心城市对个人住房开征房产税试点工作的推进,西安市等省会城市开征房产税即将提上工作日程。然而,此次试点所实施的房产税政策是否适合西安实际情况,值得研究。文章认为房产税政策须考虑各地实际,谨慎从事,建议将西安市列为国家第二批开征个人住房房产税试点城市,增加保障性住房的有效供给,实现"房可廉租",间接引导居民"买房"消费习惯,以缓解市场高房价与政府土地财政的矛盾。  相似文献

以浙江软件业中小企业为样本,就社会资本对KIBS中小企业客户知识获取和创新绩效的影响作用进行实证分析。研究发现:社会资本的结构和认知维度对KIBS中小企业关于客户的知识获取有显著正向影响;社会资本的关系维度对KIBS中小企业客户拥有的知识获取有显著正向影响;两类客户知识获取对KIBS中小企业创新绩效均有显著正向影响。因此,KIBS中小企业应从搭建客户知识获取平台、营造客户-企业信任环境及消除客户-企业沟通障碍等方面入手,以有效获取客户知识并提升创新绩效。  相似文献

Customer relationship management (CRM) and knowledge management (KM) have become key strategic tool for all companies, especially in the current competitive environment. Moreover, customer knowledge is an important issue for CRM implementation. Reviewing the literature, we found many studies that analyze the crucial role played by KM initiatives as determinants of the success of CRM. Moreover, we found also diverse studies that show high rates of failure when implementing that strategy, so there is still no integrated conceptual framework to guide companies to their successful implementation. In this paper, with data of 153 Spanish hotels, we examine the relationships between KM and CRM success using a structural equation model. The main contribution is that having knowledge management capabilities is not sufficient for the success of CRM, but there are other factors to consider. In particular, organizational factors indeed impact CRM success and they appear to be intermediaries of the impact of other factors (KM capabilities/technological/customer orientation factors) in the success of CRM (in financial and marketing terms).  相似文献

最优契约理论与管理者权力理论是解释高管薪酬激励效果差异的两种重要理论。本文基于资本结构决策视角,从资本结构的调整速度以及最优资本结构的偏离度两方面讨论了以上两种理论的适用性问题。研究发现,与未实施股权激励的样本相比,实施股权激励的样本有着更快的资本结构调整速度,且其与目标资本结构的偏离度也更小,支持最优契约理论。在控制了遗漏变量、样本自选择问题后,该结论依然成立。进一步的研究发现,国有样本中的股权激励与资本结构决策并不存在上述关系。本文的研究结论对优化企业的薪酬激励机制以及完善证监会《上市公司股权激励管理办法》均有一定的启发意义。  相似文献
