针对ID识别技术及应用课程存在的问题,提出了以产品设计为导向教学和实践内容的规划方案。通过优化课程体系,引进和建设新型实验平台,强化面向产品设计的实验内容建设,大大提升了课程的教学质量。经过多年的教学实践证明,这种教学模式有助于提高学生的实践能力。     

Computers in 2001: Preparing educational administrators

Conclusions These findings are important to educational leaders, especially those in higher education, who are responsible for allocating resources for microcomputers. Recommendations for the selection of appropriate hardware can be derived from this analysis of current computer use and of expected changes. That computer facilities need upgrading in the next decade is clear. The purchase of new Macintosh and MS-DOS microcomputers would fit the needs of a majority of educational administration students. Of the program coordinators and professors with computer expertise who responded to the survey, 43 percent believe that their graduate students are gaining more access to computers in places other than the university. College of Education computer laboratories should be more open to students in educational leadership programs, and these programs should make the availability of appropriate hardware and software a priority. Understanding the extent to which educational administration programs train their students in computer use is of paramount importance in assessing curriculum development and its concomitant hardware demands. She has published reviews and articles on various aspects of computers in education.     

Game theory and educational policy: Private education legislation in China

This article presents a game theory analysis of legislating private education in China, based on set of primary and secondary documents related to this issue. The article argues that shaping educational legislation is a dynamic, repeated game of negotiation, cooperation, and/or competition on multiple occasions among various interested actors, including lawmaking institutions, each with its own goals, authorities, information sources, and strategies. This article suggests that game theory complements existing models for understanding the politics of educational legislation in China, and it elucidates the implications and limitations of using this approach to understand the dynamics and complexity of educational policymaking.     

云计算技术在高校教育资源整合中的应用

云计算技术作为一种全新的计算模型,能够将不同信息系统进行无缝连接和整合,包括网络、服务器等硬件设备基础设施资源及其上运行的软件系统平台,并把这些软硬件资源以服务的形式提供给用户.给出了一种基于云计算的高校教育资源整合模型,能够最大限度地利用现有软硬件资源,为师生用户提供定制化服务,节省了资源建设和维护的成本.     

教育信息化2.0视域下的高校智慧校园生态系统构建

通过对教育信息化1.0时代的文献梳理与实践总结,指出教育信息化2.0时代高校智慧校园在实践中仍存在的典型问题,包括协同机制欠缺、教育数据治理体系不完善、师生个性化服务水平普遍低下、能充分彰显数据价值的智慧教育生态系统尚未形成。针对这些瓶颈问题,指出生态趋向是教育信息化2.0时代智慧校园建设的新动向,进而剖析了教育信息化2.0视域下智慧校园生态系统的建设策略,即应依托开放平台和微服务形成具有“生态”“人本”“智能”三个典型特征的新生态,从过往高耦合、低协同的1.0时代进化到低耦合、高协同的2.0新时代。     

Socioeconomic school segregation in a market-oriented educational system. The case of Chile

This paper presents an empirical analysis of the socioeconomic status (SES) school segregation in Chile, whose educational system is regarded as an extreme case of a market-oriented education. The study estimated the magnitude and evolution of the SES segregation of schools at both national and local levels, and it studied the relationship between some local educational market dynamics and the observed magnitude of SES school segregation at municipal level. The main findings were: first, the magnitude of the SES segregation of both low-SES and high-SES students in Chile was very high (Duncan Index ranged from 0.50 to 0.60 in 2008); second, during the last decade, SES school segregation tended to slightly increase in Chile, especially in high schools (both public and private schools); third, private schools – including voucher schools – were more segregated than public schools for both low-SES and high-SES students; and finally, some market dynamics operating in the Chilean education (like privatization, school choice, and fee-paying) accounted for a relevant proportion of the observed variation in SES school segregation at municipal level. These findings are analyzed from an educational policy perspective in which the link between SES school segregation and market-oriented mechanisms in education plays a fundamental role.
