利用微藻生产有用物质的研究现状与前景

简要综述从微藻中获取的有用物质及培养技术的研究现状,并展望其发展前景;认为利用现代生物技术采用生物反应器系统生产高价值的有用物质是微藻产业的发展方向。     

基于ZigBee无线网络的蚕室温湿度监测系统设计

蚕室的温、湿度控制在养殖蚕的过程中十分重要,针对蚕室温、湿度监测系统的技术要求,使用CC2530芯片组建系统硬件平台和各节点协议栈的软件设计,设计了一种基于ZigBee无线检测网络的实时监测系统。经实验证明,系统能够实时监测蚕室各个节点的温度和湿度,并能根据需要对数据进行相应地处理。     

生物反应器渗滤液回灌中加入碱度的影响分析

对2个填埋生物反应器在渗滤液回灌中加入碱度,进行对照模拟试验,监测了填埋过程中渗滤液的pH、COD、BOD5、NH4+-N、总氮、VFA、腐殖酸、电导率等指标变化,同时监测了填埋产生的甲烷气体变化.结果表明,通过在填埋生物反应器回灌的渗滤液中添加碱度,可以对pH起到缓冲作用,降低渗滤液COD、BOD5、VFA值;在回灌的渗滤液中添加碱度可以加快填埋系统的甲烷化进程,提高产气量,加速填埋系统的稳定.     

数控加工过程监测与信号处理系统的研制

为了使数控加工过程处于受控状态,该文构造了一种基于免疫机理的加工过程监测系统.文中重点介绍了过程监控硬件设计和在LabVIEW环境下的软件模块化设计.综合运用了包括功率谱分析在内的多种信号处理方法,通过运用生物免疫机理中的反向选择算法和遗传算法及时准确监测系统状态.试验证明,这种监测系统具有很强的灵活性和可扩展性,对主动避免和减少数控机床故障具有重要意义.

基于云平台的水产养殖水温实时监测研究

我国水产养殖规模越来越大,种类越来越多,而传统水产养殖环境下存在水温参数自动监测系统投资大、实时性差等问题。提出基于Android系统、WiFi模块和云平台实现远程实时监测养殖环境水温的系统。系统主控模块ESP8266和智能手机通过云服务器进行数据传输,温度传感器DS18B20实时捕获水温,将参数通过云平台传输协议转发给远程云服务器,使用智能手机作为移动终端实时监测与调节水温。该系统具有搭建成本低、可靠稳定、方便简单易上手等优点。     

微藻固碳制油虚拟仿真实验平台开发

研究开发了微藻固碳制油虚拟仿真实验平台系统，使学生独立进行燃煤烟气CO₂的生物法减排转化利用虚拟仿真实训，解决了燃煤电厂现场实验路途远成本高、高温高压设备操作具有较高危险性、制油过程中少量化学试剂有毒有害对学生健康带来风险等问题。学生通过该虚拟仿真实验对生物能源的原理方法形成基本认识，加深对微藻固定烟气CO₂制备生物柴油的技术理解，增强了学生工程实践能力和实验操作水平。     

一体式生物膜反应器生物强化反硝化研究

在反应器挂膜启动阶段和运行阶段投加好氧反硝化菌纯培养物,进行生物强化反硝化研究。结果表明,在反应器启动过程中投加好氧反硝化菌,可缩短系统的启动时间;在反应器运行过程中间歇投加好氧反硝化菌能提高系统对污染物的去除效果,同时可增强系统处理的稳定性。     

微藻对污水净化效果及其生长情况研究

微藻由于其潜在的高烃类含量以及其在废水处理中的优越性,已经吸引越来越多的关注,具有极大的研究和应用前景.利用污水中培养的微藻净化污水,将污水中的有机物及营养盐类转化为生物质的形式储存在微藻中,收获的微藻又作为生产石油的原料,使污水处理和微藻生物制能两个过程达到统一.基于此,本文首先分析了目前研究存在的问题,选用直接电解的方法对污水进行预处理,研究了不同污水进行处理时间、不同电解极板间距和不同的电解质浓度对预处理效果的影响.在电解后的污水中培养微藻,研究微藻对不同浓度、不同水质的污水处理效果,并测定了污水培养微藻的生长速率.     

基于无线传感器控制网络的空气环境监测系统设计与实现

针对空气环境监测系统中污染数据采集节点灵活性和可扩展性差的缺点,给出了一种含有感知层、网络层、应用层的基于无线传感器控制网络的空气环境监测系统体系结构,分别设计了ZigBee数据采集终端节点、GPRS ZigBee网关和基于B/S模式的智能监测软件,实现了ZigBee技术、3G通信技术及Web技术的可靠融合,从而达到对空气环境数据的实时有效监测。
