江西高等教育发展的战略思考

基于江西在中部地区崛起的战略目标,依据构筑江西人才高地的要求,明确提出了江西高等教育发展的战略定位,实事求是地分析了江西高等教育发展的现实基础及存在的困难与差距。在此基础上,从重塑大学人文精神、实现大学准确定位、优化高教资源配置、明晰高教发展目标、调整优化专业结构、抓好教师队伍建设、构建质量保障体系、提升高校核心竞争力、大力开展创业教育、强化高教投入等方面对江西高等教育事业的发展作出了新的战略思考和战略选择。     

对中部崛起进程中江西高等教育发展的思考

在实施中部崛起战略的进程中，江西高等教育的发展面临着五大机遇和八大挑战。为此，江西的高等教育发展必须贯彻“人才兴赣”方针，全面实施素质教育，着力提高教育质量，促进高等教育的快速、协调和可持续发展，为江西在中部地区崛起提供强有力的人才支撑、知识基础和文化贡献。     

实现江西中部崛起与提高人口文化素质

人口的文化素质是一个地区经济、社会发展的重要因素和内在动力。改革开放以来,江西人口文化素质有了很大提高,但与全国平均水平和中部其他省份相比,仍有很大差距。“十一五”是江西实现中部崛起的关键时期,提高人口文化素质,对促进江西在中部崛起意义非常重大。一、江西人口文
