长期以来，我校紧紧围绕“为残疾学生终生发展服务”的办学理念，积极培养学生树立“残而有位、残而有为”的思想。怎样才能提高残疾人的就业能力，保障他们的生活质量呢？我们认为最好的方法就是提高残疾人受教育层次，使他们掌握一定的劳动职业技能，提升就业能力，从而通过劳动就业改变和提高自己的生活质量。这就要求特教学校打破传统的办学模式，     

议社会资本视角下的水利大学生创业创新能力——以全国部分高校水利专业大学生为例

在就业压力增大、创业成为大潮的新形势下,水利高校大学生创业创新实践能力是其适应今后工作岗位应具备的素质和能力,也是水利高校大学生积累所必需的社会资本的要素。水利高校大学生的社会资本将直接影响他们今后的就业水平,因此,水利高校大学生创业创新实践能力培养要转变观念,依据政策,加强创新。
