提高我国农村居民需求水平的对策分析

广大的农村是一个有巨大潜力的消费市场 ,但因收入、分配结构、基础设施、消费环境及消费观念等因素的制约和影响 ,目前我国农村居民的消费需求总体水平不高 ,急待采取对策加以提高。各级政府应解放思想 ,开拓门路 ,积极提高农村居民的需求水平 ,释放农村市场的巨大活力 ,以推动国民经济的迅速发展。     

陕南农村居民消费现状研究

陕南农村居民消费呈现出了支出增长强劲、消费结构多元化发展、特色消费兴起、居住环境快速改善等特点。同时还存在居民收入增幅有限、居民消费观念落后、消费水平在低层次徘徊、农村社会保障体系不健全等影响农村消费市场健康发展的制约因素。政府要从改善民生、增加农民收入入手,大力推进农村基础设施建设,引导居民合理改善住房建设,拓展农村居民消费市场,改善消费环境,拉动特产消费需求,建立信用支持体系,培育农村资金市场,为贯彻落实科学发展观,顺利实现陕西＂十二五＂规划的目标开辟新途径。     

贵州农村居民消费水平滞后原因与提升对策

农村居民消费水平的高低应采用农村居民人均消费支出、城乡居民人均消费支出差距、恩格尔系数、农村居民实物和服务消费结构层次等多个指标综合衡量。根据这些指标的数据判断,贵州农村居民的消费水平仍然严重滞后于全国农村居民的消费水平,也低于西部地区多数省(区、市)农村居民的消费水平。导致贵州农村居民消费水平滞后的主要原因有:农村居民科技文化素质较低、人均可支配收入较低、贫困和低收入人口占比较高、消费观念保守和不尽合理、购物和消费环境较差、社会保障水平较低等。提升贵州农村居民消费水平,需要从大力发展农村教育、加快振兴农村经济、巩固精准脱贫成效、转变居民消费观念、改善购物和消费环境、提高农村社保水平等方面综合施策。     

我国农村居民消费需求发展趋势及动力探究

农村居民消费需求增长的主要动力来源于农村居民收入的增加、社会保障体系的建立、消费环境的改善。我国农村居民消费力和城镇相比弱小得多,制约农村居民消费力提升的因素有三方面:一是未能建立农村家庭长效增收机制,消费增长乏力;二是农村社会保障体系不健全,农民消费后顾之忧重影响农村消费力的提升;三是农村消费环境不完善制约农村消费能力。提升农村居民消费力重在有效落实惠农政策、构建农村剩余劳动力转移机制、推动特色农业的发展使农村居民收入逐步增加,同时进一步建立健全农村社会保障机制和改善农村消费环境。     

拉动河北省农村消费的几点思考

河北经济发展使农村居民收入增加,消费增加,农村居民生活得到了改善.但由于河北省农村居民收入总体水平较低、农村基本公共服务的供给不足和农村消费环境差等因素,农村居民的消费需求被抑制.因此应通过增加农村居民收入、完善农村基础设施和公共服务体系以及完善农村消费市场环境等,使河北省农村居民能够进一步增加收入、节约公共物品的开支,从而有更多的货币用于消费.     

江苏省城乡居民体育消费的比较研究

以江苏省城市和农村居民体育消费为研究对象,运用文献资料法、田野调查法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对城市和农村居民体育消费现状进行比较研究与分析,结果表明：城乡居民在体育消费观念、体育消费水平、体育消费结构、体育消费动机等方面都存在显著性差异。针对这种差异性,提出一些有利于城乡体育消费协调发展的建议。同时为启动城乡体育消费市场,特别是启动农村体育消费市场,缩小城乡居民体育消费差距提供理论依据。     

新媒体环境下陕南农村信息传播状况调查与分析

随着信息化社会进程加快,陕南农村信息传播格局发生了巨大变化,以互联网为代表的新兴媒体成为农民获取信息的重要手段。农民信息需求和获取的多元性、信息消费能力的提高,正在深刻影响着陕南农村信息化进程。但乡村组织传播的弱化、农民的媒介素质、媒体的技术门槛等因素又构成当前对农信息传播的诸多影响因素。

通过调查发现,农村居民消费具有＂邻居效应＂的典型特点,主要表现在生活性消费的＂跟风＂、生产性消费的＂趋同＂以及特殊性消费的＂从众＂等方面.＂邻居效应＂形成的原因包括消费观念、消费心理、消费行为、消费环境、消费市场等因素.     

我国农村居民旅游消费需求实证分析

农村居民旅游消费对扩大内需促进我国经济发展有重要意义。该文首先描述了我国农村居民旅游消费需求现状,然后利用SPSS13.0软件,以及2003—2012年我国农村居民旅游消费数据,对我国农村居民旅游消费进行了实证分析。研究结果表明我国农村居民旅游消费支出与年纯收入高度相关;旅游边际消费倾向较低,影响了我国农村居民旅游消费支出;农村居民旅游消费观念、教育程度、旅游服务质量、旅游价格制约了我国农村居民旅游消费的进一步提高。为了促进我国农村居民旅游消费,要在提高我国农村居民收入的同时,缩小收入差距、开发面向农村居民的旅游产品、提高旅游服务质量、降低旅游价格,转变农村居民旅游消费观念。

The Reader Response Approach to Teaching of English Literature

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models. At last I evaluate its usefuiness for teachers and present the advantages of reader response approach in Chinese context.
