当代中国基本经济制度与社会主义

基本经济制度是一个社会的根本,同样也是马克思主义理论的重要内容。这种经济制度不仅丰富了马克思主义理论同样也为中国赢得了巨大的发展成就。同时作为社会主义经济制度的一种类型,同样也存在有待进一步发展之处。这都需要我们从各个层面加大改革的力度,继续完善社会主义基本经济制度。     

浅谈软件开发过程中的需求分析

以某金融统计系统项目的开发为背景,讨论了一个信息系统需求分析的整个过程。最后总结了需求分析过程中所使用的方法与工具以及所遇到的一些问题和所采取措施。     

考试与社会——以台湾地区大学联考为例(1954—200

考试内容与形式往往反映了当时政治社会的发展情形。1954年台湾地区大学联考制度的出现,一方面意味着当局有关主管部门对于高等教育的发展得以有效控制,另一方面也反映了当时社会对公平选拔人才制度的需求。在政治民主化与经济自由化的潮流推动之下,肩负为高等教育选拔人才的大学联考制度向自主化与多元化发展,以响应1987年台湾政治解严之后的社会需求。本文拟从考试的社会文化、社会正义及社会需求三个方面,以台湾地区的大学联考制度为例,说明这一制度如何以一种独特而深刻的方式影响台湾社会。     

Special needs education in the United Arab Emirates (UAE): a systems perspective

In order to obtain maximum benefits from the educational system, it is imperative that the system should work as a unified coherent unit. Gaad, Arif and Scott (2006) conducted the systems analysis of the United Arab Emirates' (UAE) general education system. They analysed three components of the system in order to assess the development, delivery and evaluation. This paper utilises the same framework to analyse the special needs education (SEN) system in the UAE. Data for the research were collected through observations and semi-structured interviews. Analysis of the data identifies some possibilities for improvement. In the area of development, more teaching and supplemental material specific to special needs education needs to be developed. Currently, teachers are working with what is known as the 'para curriculum'. It is based on the regular textbook; with chapters that are difficult being simplified or removed. In the area of delivery, more training would be beneficial to teachers. The monitoring and evaluation component's analysis points out that the evaluation instrument used currently needs to be modified for special needs education monitoring and additional resources in the area of special needs education would required.     

ZigBee技术在智能校园中的应用研究

ZigBee技术具有短距离性、高安全性与低功耗等优点,因此被广泛利用于智能家居中。本次课题主要是根据人们对智能校园系统功能的具体需求进行分析,并对之进行针对性的应用研究,同时解决校园整体系统中存在的成本、故障率高等问题,从而构建一套功能满足需要、成本低、安全较高、覆盖范围广等集诸多优点的ZigBee智能校园内部系统。     

浅论高校教学管理信息化系统建设模式

在我国高校中采用信息化系统进行教学管理,不但是顺应科技发展的需要,更是高校自身发展与提升的需要。本文着重介绍了高校教学管理信息化系统的建设模式与发展现状。     

从学生需求角度看大学英语教学多元评价体系构建——以漓江学院为例

通过访谈法和问卷调查法从技能需要和提升技能遇到的主要困难,主要包括听、说、读、写四方面遇到的需求和困难以及对当前课堂教学和评价体系的需求的角度来了解漓江学院非英语专业学生对英语学习的需求.通过对收集数据的分析,并依据建构主义学习理论和多元智能理论,探讨基于需求分析的大学英语教学多元评价体系构建,期望对外语教学中评价的实施带来一定借鉴.     

Colonial legacies and neo‐colonial practices in Papua New Guinean higher education

This paper explores the Westernization of academic quality within the Papua New Guinea higher education system and the hybridity of the university sector where different actors force knowledge to be created for the needs of a small, formal economy, rather than for the development needs of the country. The country has yet to find a system that best responds to its educational needs; several models have been put into practice but without significant results. The approach that the PNG higher education institutes have taken, continuing the colonial tradition, builds on and is reinforced by the new international trends in higher education that follow the market needs, giving a false guarantee that HE is contributing to the economic growth of the country. Colonial legacies and neo‐colonial practices provide the conceptual framework.     

组建区域特色职业教育集团做大做强江西职业教育

鄱阳湖生态经济需要大量高素质技能型人才,但当地的职业教育还难以满足需要。当前。江西省职业教育存在观念落后、资源配置与经济发展不协调、各层次职业衔接沟通不畅、校企合作缺乏长效机制等问题,组建有区域特色的职教集团是破解职业教育困境的关键,而解决职教集团难题的关键则是体制创新。

校企对接人才培养是一种以市场和社会需求为导向的教育机制,是学校和企业双方共同参与人才培养的体制,是以培养学生的全面素质、综合能力和就业竞争力为重点,利用学校和企业两种不同的教育环境和教育资源,采用课堂教学与学生参加实习有机结合,培养适合用人单位需要的应用型人才的培养模式。     

Raising the quality and image of TVET: Lower-level training or motor for inclusive and sustainable growth?

Though viewed as second-class until fairly recently, Canada’s system for providing technical and vocational education and training (TVET) now provides relevant post-secondary education that meets the needs of highly skilled professionals in all job categories. As the system evolved, it changed the public view of skills education. This article analyses four lessons from that experience: on the importance of decentralised authority, close partnership with employers, attention to the needs of learners, and innovative leadership and language. It also reflects on the interests and needs of international partners with respect to the decentralized Canadian TVET system.     

高校职称评审管理系统的研究与开发

随着高校管理体制改革和布局结构调整，高校办学的规模不断扩大，一个学校常有多个校区，且地理位置分散，传统的办公方式难以做到各类信息迅速上传下达并得到有效处理，这就要求研发新型的自动化办公系统，高校职称评审管理系统就是其中一个典型的应用。该系统以信息管理系统为指导，在详细分析管理员和用户现阶段需求的基础上，给出基于B／S模式(Browse／Web Server／database，最新的瘦客户机模式)的高校职称评审管理系统的结构模型，并据此开发了高校职称评审管理系统。     

Additional support needs policy in Scotland: challenging or reinforcing social inequality?

ABSTRACT

This paper focuses on Scottish policy on additional support needs and its material outcomes. The central question addressed is the extent to which the Scottish additional support needs system undermines or reinforces existing social and economic inequalities. Administrative data highlight the inflation of the additional support needs category, particularly in relation to non-normative sub-categories such as social, emotional and behavioural difficulties which are strongly associated with social deprivation. Strategies in navigating the additional support needs system by families from different social class backgrounds are illustrated through short vignettes. The paper concludes with a discussion of the way in which sociological theory may help us to understand recent developments in Scottish additional support needs policy and practice. It is argued that the expansion of the umbrella category of additional support needs has been accompanied by an intensification of its association with social class, particularly in relation to categories which carry high levels of social stigma.     

Social responsibility in community colleges: Rethinking the commitment to alternative education

Because high school dropouts are among the least advantaged members of American society, the educational system that has failed them has the social responsibility for remediating their educational and developmental needs. The community college is proposed as the institution most able to develop policies and programs that will enable these least advantaged members of American society to overcome the educational system that has failed them. This paper discusses the responsibility of providing a quality education to all individuals, examines the role the community college can play in meeting the educational and social needs of dropouts, and presents an innovative program at a community college that has been particularly effective in meeting the needs of dropouts.

供应链融资模式下的中小企业信用风险评价研究

供应链融资是商业银行针对中小企业的特点及融资需求量身定做的一种新型融资模式,但在我国目前难以快速推广。主要原因是商业银行现有的信用评价体系并不适应供应链融资信用评价的需求。本文针对供应链融资模式下的中小企业信用风险影响因素,建立一套比较完整的评级指标体系,并通过层次分析法确定各指标的权重。     

基于事项法的会计信息系统构建研究

现代信息技术革命的蓬勃发展促使会计环境也发生了深刻的变革,传统会计信息系统已不能满足企业利益相关者多样性和个性化的需求。因此,本文基于满足企业利益相关者需求的事项会计理论,在经济业务事项处理的过程中引入了事项凭证,实现了事项信息和会计信息系统的无缝对接,再以"三库系统"为设计思路,构建出基于事项法的会计信息系统。     

网络监控系统中的实用网页分类技术

介绍了网络监控系统的概念,并根据实践需要提出了一种适用于网络监控系统的网页分类技术。该网页分类技术是基于网站本身所具有的结构性,并通过URL充分表现这一特点提出来的。与传统的基于数据挖掘技术的网页分类技术有本质区别。该技术着重于实用性,实现算法只需要少量的计算机资源,是适合网络监控系统的一种网页分类技术。

从战略联盟伙伴选择的一般理论出发,针对中国高校当前战略联盟的现实需求,构建了一套较为完善、系统的联盟伙伴选择指标体系。以期为高校战略联盟伙伴的选择提供规范、系统和可操作的数量决策工具,为高校战略联盟的健康发展提供有效支撑。     

Unique metadata schemas: A model for user-centric design of a performance support system

Learning object technology is viewed as a method for fast retrieval. This effort is on developing unique schemas for a targeted group to aid efficient retrieval. In this article, I study a user-centric model for developing tags for K-12 educators that is based on user needs, expectations, and problems. I use a combination of techniques from human performance technology and Sensemaking^® to gather and analyze data from potential users. The resultant tag set is simple enough that researchers may envision a performance support system where users may quickly and easily tag and add objects to the system. This opens the door to the creation of systems designed for groups with homogenous information needs, with unique metatags, populated largely with objects and information brought into the system by the users.
