网络环境下的图书馆信息资源建设

图书馆数字化和网络化是新的发展方向,目前我国图书馆还主要处于初步计算机化和网络化阶段,本文主要论述了网络化图书馆的信息资源构成及其组织管理方法等。

文章分析了目前高校人力资源管理信息系统存在的问题,结合高校人力资源管理的实际与业务流程需要,设计出人力资源管理信息系统的功能模块。     

网络环境下高校馆藏资源建设新探

从高校图书馆所处的网络环境出发,分析网络环境对高校图书馆影响,指出高校图书馆资源建设应转变采访观念,在协作共建、互惠互利的基础上充分开发和利用网络信息资源,加强馆藏资源特色建设,特别是要重视馆藏资源的组织和管理.     

Information about human sexuality: sources,satisfaction, and perceived knowledge among college students

This study explored how 333 undergraduate and graduate students attending a large university in the southeastern USA learned about sex, their satisfaction with how they learned about sex, and their self-perceived knowledge before and after taking a human sexuality course. An anonymous, voluntary survey was administered to students in the first and last sessions of human sexuality classes each semester from fall 2004 until spring 2006. Standardized measures included how students learned about sex, satisfaction with ways they learned about sex, barriers to parent–child discussions, and self-perceived knowledge about sex. Although 67% of students indicated parents should be instrumental in sex education, only 15% indicated parents as a primary source. Thirty-seven percent reported some level of dissatisfaction with how they learned about sex. Self-perceived knowledge increased significantly following the course. College courses addressing sexuality as integral to human development should complement college programming that focuses on risk reduction for sexually transmitted diseases/infections, sexual assault, and unintended pregnancy.

Rethinking resources and hybridity

This review explores Alfred Schademan??s ??What does playing cards have to do with science? A resource-rich view of African American young men?? by examining how he uses two key concepts??hybridity and resources??to propose an approach to science education that counters enduring deficit notions associated with this population. Our response to Schademan??s work expands upon his definition of hybridity and its purpose in the science classroom and highlights the tensions inherent in the appropriation of student resources in classroom spaces. This conversation points also to the need for research analyses and pedagogical approaches that simultaneously valorize student resources, allow student opportunities to learn the dominant codes, and provide teacher and student opportunities to transform them. Carol Lee??s notion of ??cultural modeling?? is discussed as a possible framing device to facilitate this kind of research.

文化资源产业化开发的前提首先必须是客观的评价。区域文化资源评估有利于摸清家底、明确资源价值、资源开发的重心,为科学、合理规划文化资源开发和保护提供重要参考。根据文化资源的多指标综合评估法,设计闽西文化资源评估指标体系,并对闽西区域几种主要特色文化资源客家土楼、古田会议会址、培田古民居、龙砬洞进行评估,从而得出一些参考结论。
