本文系统分析了萧山区基层馆员收入水平和与收入相关的主观感受对其主观幸福感、工作满意度和组织承诺的影响.结果显示,客观收入和主观收入对主观幸福感、工作满意度和组织承诺及其分指标具有不同水平的显著影响,总体来说,收入水平越高,主观幸福感、工作满意度和组织承诺越好.  相似文献

在“萧山区公共图书馆服务连锁体系基层馆员自我感受调查”的样本中共有114名男性基层馆员,他们在诸多方面都呈现出了明显异于女性的特征,在进一步研究中总结了他们的人口学特征,剖析了他们的主观幸福感受、工作满意度和组织承诺程度,并将之与女性基层馆员进行了详细对比,最终获得了对男性基层馆员心理特征的认知,希望借此为推动男性基层馆员人力资源建设提供参考.  相似文献

用"图书馆员工作和生活状况调查问卷"对国内251名高校图书馆员进行调查,了解馆员主观幸福感现状并探讨馆员工作倦怠和主观幸福感的关系,发现高校馆员主观幸福感水平偏低,主观幸福感在高层次的尊重需求和自我实现的需求上的满意感不足,工作倦怠体现在成就感低落上,其工作倦怠通过三个典型变量可以解释主观幸福感总变异量的14.44%,最后提出了3条提高高校馆员主观幸福感的措施。  相似文献

Ways are explored in which public library children's librarians can help sighted children increase their understanding of persons with visual impairment and their skills in communicating with them. Interviews were conducted with six children's librarians and six BPH subregional librarians, and searches were made in the public library catalogs and the Regional BPH Library fiche catalog for selected titles. Three areas for discussion emerged: reader advisory and reference questions, collection development, and programming. Public library children's librarians and BPH subregional librarians can jointly coordinate provision of children's services by identifying and building on present strengths in collection development and programming.  相似文献

Master of Library Science (MLS) students at one university are serving as apprentice “embedded” librarians in nursing courses at another university. Results of surveys of nursing students at the end of the class and reflections of the MLS students after this experience will be shared from the first semester iteration of this project. A comparison of this project with past iterations of the project will be made in the hope that the information gleaned from these interactions will help in the design of library services.
