“1+X”证书制度背景下高职大数据技术专业人才培养模式探索

本文基于“1+X”证书制度背景下提升高职大数据技术专业人才培养质量要求,分析高职院校大数据专业现状,从就业岗位分析、培养目标定位、构建基于岗位能力的模块化课程体系、以内培外引方式建设高素质“双师”型教学团队等方面探索大数据技术专业人才培养模式。     

“岗位引领、学做合一”模式的理论与实践

高职教育的核心是以"就业为导向、市场需求为目标",现代纺织技术专业人才培养应以纺织行业典型职业岗位群为引领,确定专业核心能力及培养目标,根据培养目标设置课程,形成"岗位引领、学做合一"的人才培养模式,加强专业建设,实现专业教学与企业岗位技能需求的无缝对接,保证专业人才培养的质量。     

创新“双园轮转、校企轮换,双证融通”校企双主体专业人才培养模式改革

为提高学生岗位能力和职业素养,实现零距离就业的目的,作为湖南省示范性建设类高职院校,我院就建筑工程技术专业人才培养模式改革从三个主要方面进行了积极的探索。即:校园和建工园之间实现"双园轮转",在生产性基地和校外实训基地进行"校企轮换",校企共同实施对学生"双证融通"培养。该人才培养模式,重在提高学生岗位能力和职业素养,突出职业道德、职业技能、创业就业能力的培养。     

中高职道桥专业课程衔接研究与实践

在分析中高职衔接的国内外研究现状的基础上,从中高职道路桥梁工程技术专业人才培养规格出发,针对中高职课程衔接存在的主要问题,基于职业岗位能力培养的需要,探索中高职道桥专业公共基础课、专业技能实训课程衔接的对策与建议,从而为其他专业的中高职课程衔接提供借鉴。     

宁波职业技术学院电气自动化技术专业人才培养定位分析

针对现阶段制造业发展特点及"双高计划"建设目标,为培养产业急需的高素质技术技能人才,以高职电气自动化技术专业为例,采用抽样、访问、问卷等调查方法并结合文献查询,对毕业生就业岗位、在校生期望就业岗位、教师期望学生就业岗位以及未来新兴岗位进行了调查,从而确定专业人才培养的目标岗位,为人才培养后续工作开展奠定扎实的基础。     

高职酒店管理专业“课-证-岗-赛”四位一体人才培养的探索

当前,高职酒店管理专业人才培养存在不足,主要表现为教学课程设置有待优化,学生证书通过率、岗位技能、就业质量有待提高。采用“课-证-岗-赛”四位一体人才培养模式,优化“课程”设置,注重提高“证书”通过率,加强“岗位”实训,合理举办“竞赛”活动,能强化学生职业能力和岗位适应能力,提高学生就业对口率,增强用人单位满意度。
