3-甲基吡啶氮氧化物的催化合成研究

针对传统合成工艺存在转化率低、过氧化物使用量大等问题,采用催化合成的方法,以过氧化氢为氧化剂,自制催化剂催化氧化3-甲基吡啶,考察了催化剂及其用量、反应时间、物料比、反应温度等因素对3-甲基吡啶转化率的影响。结果表明,采用自制的新型催化剂催化效果明显;在相对于3-甲基吡啶的催化剂用量为4.5%,反应时间为2 h,3-甲基吡啶与H2O2及醋酸的量的比在1∶1.5∶1.5-1∶1.6∶1.6,反应温度为80℃时,反应效果最佳,3-甲基吡啶的转化率可达98.1%。     

吡啶制备的实验研究

α-甲基吡啶在一定温度下经高锰酸钾氧化，再在酸性条件下蒸馏、脱羧。可制备产品吡啶．实验采用了对比实验的方法．重点探讨了反应时间、反应温度及氧化剂用量对吡啶收率的影响．在氧化剂高锰酸钾用量为原料α-甲基吡啶65％的配比下。120℃反应4小时制备吡啶，收率高达67％，该制备方法操作安全简便，产品容易分离。     

柱色谱分离提纯2-氯-5-三氯甲基吡啶的研究

2-氯-5-三氯甲基吡啶是重要的医药和农药中间体.研究用柱色谱方法对3-甲基吡啶光氯化产物进行分离和提纯,制备高纯度的2-氯-5-三氯甲基吡啶.通过毛细管气相色谱检测纯度,结果表明产物纯度为90%以上.

利用1-(3-磺酸基)丙基-4-甲基吡啶与磷钨酸、磷钼酸和硅钨酸反应获得3种不同的4-甲基吡啶类杂多酸盐,考查了其催化合成尼泊金酯的催化性能.实验表明,3种4-甲基吡啶类杂多酸盐都具有反应控制相转移的优点,其中4-甲基吡啶磷钨酸盐的反应控制相转移能力最佳.当反应条件为n(醇):n(酸):n(催化剂)=3:1:0.03,反应时间为8h,反应温度为120℃时,1-(3-磺酸基)丙基-4-甲基吡啶磷钨杂多酸盐催化合成尼泊金乙酯的产率可达到87.7%.     

响应面法优化2－甲基－3－氨基吡啶－5－硼酸频哪酯的合成

以2－甲基－3－硝基吡啶－5－硼酸频哪酯为原料,经Pd／C催化氢化得到2－甲基－3－氨基吡啶－5－硼酸频哪酯。探讨反应温度、反应时间及催化剂用量3个单因素对收率的影响,利用Box－Behnken中心组合实验,得到最佳工艺条件为：在40℃温度下,m（催化剂）∶m（原料）＝5∶100,反应时间为25 h,得到产物收率最高（87．56％）。     

固体超强酸催化硝化2-甲基咪唑的研究

以硝酸为硝化剂，在固体超强酸催化下硝化2－甲基咪唑（2－MID），制备出适于硝化反应的固体超强酸SO4^2-/ZrO2-TiO2，用正交实验得出适宜硝化条件为：反应温度75℃，反应时间6h，料比n(2-MID)：n(HNO3)＝1：1.20，催化剂（Cat.）用量3g/mo2-MID，产率达91.61%(w.)。     

吡啶，2-甲基吡啶插层五氧化二钒的制备及表征

用一种简便快速方法合成了吡啶,2-甲基吡啶插层V2O5材料.用X射线衍射(XRD),红外光谱(IR)和扫描电电镜(SEM)等手段对这些插层产品的结构进行了表征.比较系统地探讨了原料用量对合成产品结构的影响,给出了V<,2>O<,5>、吡啶或2-甲基吡啶和水之间的合适配比.水在合成过程中起着重要作用,水的比例合适,有利于插层相的生成.吡啶、2-甲基吡啶分子在层间以单层方式排列.
