不同自尊水平的女大学生宿舍人际关系的调查分析

自尊水平是衡量个体心理健康状况的重要标准。大学生自尊水平的高低直接影响着与舍友交往的和谐程度,进而影响大学生的人际关系与生活质量。通过对430名女大学生进行问卷调查,并将自尊这一人格因素和女大学生宿舍人际关系进行相关性研究,结果表明,高自尊的女大学生更善于维护良好的宿舍人际关系,能够更融洽地与舍友相处。因此,鼓励学生培养与他人相处的能力,提升自尊水平,是提高其学习、生活质量的重要保证。

1.加强理想、学习目的教育，培养学生的成就动机。理想和学习目的是非智力因素中具有导向功能的因素，是有效的动机成分。它们有个人和社会两方面的意义。从个人意义角度看，学习是为了增强本领，提高社会适应能力和竞争能力，为个人谋幸福，也为了满足个人的自尊需要；从社会意义角度看，学习是为了使自己成为有用的社会成员，树立为祖国、为人民而学习的远大理想。学习的个人意义相对具体、贴近，可感性强；而学习的社会意义比较抽象、缥缈。从本质上讲两者有密切的关系，缺乏个人意义的理想和学习目的是不具体的，而没有社会意义的理想和…
