后现代主义与中国当代青年文化建设

后现代主义思潮给我国以马克思主义为主导的青年文化建设带来了一定的冲击和挑战,但在另一方面,后现代主义也给我国青年文化建设注入了新的活力,带来了机遇.我们要坚持用与时俱进的马克思主义发展观去看待青年文化建设,正视青年文化中的后现代主义现象,坚定信仰,兼容并包,积极引导,共同建设有利于我国青年成长和社会发展的青年文化.

论世界现代史教材民族解放运动的体系

〕２０世纪上半叶的民族解放运动是一个不断高涨的整体化过程,并最终溶入二战这一伟大的反法西斯正义战争。两次大战之间的民族解放运动既包括摆脱老殖民主义统治的斗争,也包括反法西斯侵略的斗争。我国高校教材未能将后者纳入民族解放运动的有关章节。这一问题的解决有助于完善教材的体系,提高反法西斯侵略性质的民族解放运动在世界历史上的地位     

当代青年社会主义核心价值观教育的思考

文化价值多元化发展是人类社会进步的表现,是事物发展的客观规律。但任何社会都有其稳定的核心价值体系和核心价值观。当前,我国青年思想道德教育面临着价值多元的思想困惑和现代社会的道德困境。笔者认为:对青年一代进行社会主义核心价值观的教育,必须培育青年的"文化自觉"和"文化自信";必须面向世界并返本开新;必须为核心价值体系注入新活力。     

Making citizens of the world: the political socialization of youth in formal mass education systems

Unique cross-national data on adolescents’ civic skills, knowledge, and political attitudes are used to examine the democratic processes of modern mass schooling, effects of national political systems, and patterns of youth political socialization in 27 nations. Compared to the generally weak reported effects on mathematics and reading achievement, we find robust effects of schooling on youths’ civics knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Secondly, there is empirical support for the importance of a supra-national political culture, beyond that of unique national cultures, in the political socialization of youth. Lastly, there is evidence of an emerging common polity among youth across nations. The results extend notions of the institutional influence of mass public schooling on the political socialization of youth.     

从婚恋节目看当代青年婚恋观的物化倾向

近年来,婚恋节目如雨后春笋一般出现在电视和网络上,越来越多的观众被这些婚恋节目所吸引并深受这些节目的影响,通过对这些节目的研究不难发现,当代的青年人的婚恋观越来越有物化的倾向。因此,研究青年人的婚恋观问题,对当代青年人树立正确的婚恋观有着重要的意义。     

不同地区茶叶中茶多酚含量的比较

以农家茶叶为原料,蒸馏水为溶剂,用经典水浴加热浸提以邻二氮菲亚铁做指示剂,高锰酸钾为氧化剂测定不同地区茶叶中茶多酚含量。就物料比、提取时间、提取温度等因素对茶多酚提取率的影响进行了探讨,结果表明,样品的料液比1:80,提取时间30min,提取温度94℃,提取效果最好。     

Moving toward and away from the world: social approach and avoidance trajectories in anxious solitary youth

This investigation tested the person-by-environment hypothesis that the joint influence of behavioral vulnerability (anxious solitude) and interpersonal adversity (peer exclusion) predicts heightened social avoidance and depression over time. The study assessed 519 fifth and sixth graders 3 times during 1 year. Teachers reported social behavior and peer exclusion; youth reported depression. As hypothesized, anxious solitary youth displayed maintenance or exacerbation of social avoidance and depression in the context of high exclusion, but increased social approach and less depression in the context of low exclusion. Some effects were moderated by sex. The interaction of behavioral vulnerability and peer exclusion was more consistently linked to adjustment changes in anxious solitary youth than in youth with other behavioral profiles.     

Living in a world different from the one in which we think

ABSTRACT

The rise of populist nationalism in many parts of the world poses urgent challenges for higher education institutions. Normally zones of liberal values and reasoned argument as well as sources of expert information, constructive criticism and useful advice for societies, universities face increasing uncertainty as a result of political and popular attack in a wide range of countries. Doing nothing is probably not an option. The challenge facing higher education broadly is to understand and to respond effectively to a geopolitical and social reality that is qualitatively new and threatening. Effective response will require a degree of self-examination, a re-articulation of purpose and a reconfiguration of action across multiple domains of university life.     

HPLC测定关黄柏不同部位的盐酸小檗碱含量

采用超声法提取关黄柏皮、叶和关黄柏果中盐酸小檗碱,并用高效液相色谱法测定其不同部位盐酸小檗碱含量,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-磷酸(0.01 mol/L)=(10:28:62,V/V),流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为350 nm;进样量为10μL.线性范围为2.20～13.20μg/mL,标准偏差(RSD)小于2.70％,加标回收率为93.21％～99.38％.实验结果表明:关黄柏皮、叶和果中盐酸小檗碱含量分别为:0.484％,0.323％,0.0021％,关黄柏叶和皮中均含有较高含量的盐酸小檗碱,其中关黄柏皮盐酸小檗碱的含量最高.     

蝴蝶不同部位提取DNA效果的研究

提取高质量的蝴蝶基因组是蝶类分子系统学研究的重要步骤。本文通过对蝴蝶干标本不同部位DNA提取效果的比较,找出了最适合蝴蝶干标本基因组DNA提取的部位,同时用PCR扩增的方法进行了检验,力争为开展蝴蝶的分子生物学研究奠定基础。结果表明,足部的提取效果最佳。     

Preparation of the youth for the world of work: The effectiveness of programmes linking education with production in the commonwealth Caribbean

In the wake of rising youth unemployment, Third World countries have been urged to diversify their schools' curricula by introducing programmes that link education with production (EWP) in an effort to prepare the youth more effectively for the working world. This study presents a typology of EWP programmes in the Commonwealth Caribbean and examines the extent to which they have achieved their stated objectives. Although programmes in the nonformal education system appear more effective in achieving economic objectives, the author advises against a rejection of EWP programmes in the formal system and draws attention to the plight of vast numbers of youths who do not have access to such programmes.     

芹菜不同部位黄酮含量与抗氧化性量效关系的分析

对芹菜不同部位黄酮化合物进行提取,采用光谱法对其含量进行分析.测定波长为510 nm,线性范围为0.2557～0.7670 mg/mL,方法的回收率为101.5％～104.6％,变异系数小于0.27％.用流动注射化学发光法分析了芹菜不同部位的抗氧化性,实验结果表明芹菜中含有丰富的黄酮类化合物.芹菜不同部位中黄酮化合物含量不同,芹菜叶中黄酮含量最高,芹菜根中黄酮含量次之,而芹菜茎中黄酮含量最低.芹菜具有较强的抗氧化性,芹菜不同部位抗氧化性不同,芹菜叶的抗氧化性最强,芹菜根次之,而芹菜茎中抗氧化性最低.芹菜不同部位即根、茎、叶中黄酮类化合物含量与抗氧化性增加趋势相同.芹菜根、茎、叶的黄酮含量与抗氧化性呈现明显的量效关系.     

从单向传授历史知识到多元解读历史——谈《世界当代史》的教学心得

历史教学是高校进行人文主义教育的阵地之一。从还原历史的本来面目、尊重学生的主体性、培养学生的创新思维三方面分析多元解读历史的必要性,通过设疑教学、营造民主与平等的教学氛围、实施开放式教学、精心批改读书笔记等途径,引导学生多角度多层面地理解历史。     

Reification and recognition in teenage years in the contemporary world: An interpretation based on a critical look at Axel Honneth's theses

Abstract

This article seeks to explore the theoretical contributions of Axel Honneth, particularly in his works, The Struggle for Recognition and Reification, aiming at diving deep into the debate on the contemporary ideological expressions and their incidence in the process of subjective constitution in teenage years. This particular interest springs from the need to interweave the concepts of reification, forgetfulness and recognition within a fruitful theoretical field in order to interpret a project work called Hip-Hop: cultures and identities, developed with teenagers in a public school in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. From our point of view, the concepts of reification and forgetfulness are fundamental to identify how the conservative ideological expressions are present in the imaginary of adolescents in the contemporary world. Although rereading the concepts of reification and forgetfulness, as proposed by the author, is regarded as essential for understanding the ideological expressions that are based on and guided by consumption. However, even though we acknowledge Honneth's efforts toward moving forward with the concept of reification, it is crucial to emphasize the mediation concept Lukács explored in his work, History and Class Consciousness, so as to elucidate how the forgetfulness of the primary recognition relations is processed.
