卓越工程师教育培养计划,是我国高等工程教育的重大教学改革项目。本文作者针对＂卓越计划＂的强化工程实践能力的企业培养方案进行了研究,从构建应用型安全工程专业本科人才企业培养方案的培养模式、培养目标、培养标准、培养计划、师资配备等方面介绍了河南理工大学安全科学与工程学院以培养卓越工程师为目标,构建煤矿特色应用型安全工程专业本科人才培养体系的改革经验。在实践的过程中,在促进高等工程教育校企联合、工学交替、工程实践改革等方面做了一些有益的探索。
