贯通式全过程课程设计教学与质量管理体系

为了提升全过程设计教学质量,基于全过程桥梁设计课程实践提出了贯通式的全过程课程设计教学与质量管理体系。梳理全过程设计任务和要求,涵盖专业各方面知识内容,同时避免重复;落实贯通制指导方案,明确权责界限;建立新型的考核与评价体系,彰显公平;基于互联网技术建立全过程课程信息化教学管理系统。基于问卷调查对贯通式的教学与质量管理体系的实际实施效果进行了评价。结果显示:实施贯通式的全过程课程设计教学与质量管理体系的积极作用非常明显,学生对该管理体系的反馈较好。本次全过程桥梁设计课程教学与质量管理体系改革的实践经验可为同类院校的相关专业教学改革提供参考和借鉴。     

Creativity, integrativism and a pedagogy of connection

A case is made for working in higher education across and between disciplines, variously known as inter- and multidisciplinarity. Integrativism is proposed as an inclusive term for these different but related modes of academic work. Working integratively is presented as a creative activity. The application of integrativism to the curriculum leads to the notion of a pedagogy of connection. Sociocultural theory is a theoretical foundation for a pedagogy of connection which consists of a framework for focusing on the contexts of connection and tools for making connections. Activity theory is the basis of analysing context and analogy and conceptual blending are examples of tools. The pedagogy of connection is demonstrated through the example of a sense of place. The example takes the form of a design experiment.

均匀带电圆盘电场的研究

直接从点电荷场强公式出发,利用泰勒级数展开法,得出了均匀带电圆盘周围任意点的电场表达式,所得结果在特殊情况下与有关的文献完全一致;定量的给出了圆盘周围电场强度分布矢量图,为平行板电容器研究、有限长带电圆柱电场的研究奠定了理论基础。

系统论视野中的宗教存在原因、本质和作用观

文章认为,宗教是一个系统,宗教存在的原因也是一个系统,只有从系统整体及各要素的变化,才能科学解释当代宗教存在的原因;宗教的本质同样是有多层次结构的系统,不同层次上关于宗教本质的多种规定,是人们关于宗教本质内涵的不断拓展过程。作为系统的宗教的功能与作用有联系也有区别,必须正确认识宗教结构和功能及功能和作用的辩证关系,正确认识马克思关于宗教是人民鸦片的思想。     

Numerical simulation of interaction between laminar flow and elastic sheet

A numerical simulation of the interaction between laminar flow with low Reynolds number and a highly flexible elastic sheet is presented. The mathematical model for the simulation includes a three-dimensional finitevolume based fluid solver for incompressible viscous flow and a combined finite-discrete element method for the three-dimensional deformation of solid. An immersed boundary method is used to couple the simulation of fluid and solid. It is implemented through a set of immersed boundary points scattered on the solid surface. These points provide a deformable solid wall boundary for the fluid by adding body force to Navier-Stokes equations. The force from the fluid is also obtained for each point and then applied on the boundary nodes of the solid. The vortex-induced vibration of the highly flexible elastic sheet is simulated with the established mathematical model. The simulated results for both swing pattern and oscillation frequency of the elastic sheet in low Reynolds number flow agree well with experimental data.

论信息经济学中的委托代理问题

信息经济学是非对称信息博弈论在经济学中的应用 ,主要研究什么是非对称信息情况下的最优契约。经济学中的委托———代理关系泛指任何一种涉及非对称信息的交易 ,即在交易过程中 ,拥有信息优势的一方被称为代理人 (agent)而另一方则称为委托人 (principal)。参与人在动态博弈中的行为可能完全不同于静态博弈中的行为。这一结论对于委托代理关系而言 ,同样是成立的。道德风险是信息经济学中委托———代理关系的核心问题。类似锦标制度的激励合同可能是解决委托人道德风险问题的一个有效办法。如果存在着信息不对称问题 ,委托权的分配就复杂得多了 ;此时 ,最优委托权的安排不仅要考虑到风险态度的问题 ,而且还要考虑到激励问题。经营者之所以是委托人 ,是因为经营者的行为最为重要又最难监督。     

COUNSELLING AND TOLERANCE

The author of this essay is the Minister for Education and Human Resources of Malta. It serves as a welcoming speech for the participants in the conference. The significance of 1995 as the International Year for Tolerance is outlined. The need for tolerance in all societies is explained as is the need for education for tolerance in schools.     

The ε-Algorithm and η-Algorithm for Generalized Inverse Rectangular Matrix Pade Approximants

An axiomatic definition for the generalized inverse matrix Pade approximation (GMPA) is introduced. The matrix rational approximants are of the form of the matrix-valued numerator and the scalar denominator. By means of generalized inverse for matrices, the ε-algorithm for the computation of GMPA is established. The well-known Wynn identity for GMPA is proved on the basis of ε-algorithm. The η-algorithm is defined in a similar way. The equivalence relation between ε-algorithm and η-algorithm is proposed. Some common examples and a numerical example are given to illustrate the methods in this paper.     

Two alternative roles for the school psychologist in the treatment of emotionally disturbed and autistic children

This paper will describe two alternative roles for the school psychologist working with programs for autistic children or programs for emotionally disturbed children. The first approach is concerned with behavior management of children either by consultation to program staff or by direct work with the child, as well as support of staff through continuous feedback of classroom behavior management techniques. The second approach encompasses all of the first approach, in addition to the psychologist serving as corrdinator for the program and thereby assuming greater responsibility for cooperation between the school and the home, as well as for ongoing program development. A major difference in these two roles of the school psychologist, compared to the traditional role, is an intense involvement with a small number of children and a high level of input into the management, structure, and techniques used in a small number of classrooms. The paper will present a model for both of the two alternative approaches for the school psychologist. The model will include: a format for ongoing behavior assessment, suggestions for the structure of teacher-psychologist feedback sessions, methods of school and home cooperation, and a proposal for a horizontal administrative structure of programs for emotionally disturbed and for autistic children. The concept that is advocated is a team of professionals (teacher and psychologist) planning for the holistic development of the child.

用微程序法实现里德－索罗蒙码（Ｒ－Ｓ码）的信号处理器。为快速编码和解码，推导了检查２个错误值的公式。在解码过程中改进了钱搜索法，使搜索次数电２５６次压缩到４次，同时简化了硬件电路，提高了运算速度。为编制微程序，开发了微程序编辑软件包，该软件包能够用于Ｒ－Ｓ码信号处理器的不同格式的编程，如使用Ｒ－Ｓ码的数字音频广播（ＤＡＢ）、激光唱机（ＭＤ）及数字收录机（ＤＣＣ）等。该软、硬件电路能够用于不同格式的Ｒ－Ｓ码的检错、纠错以及误码补偿。

Computer simulation of active suspension based on the full-vehicle model

The current method to solve the problem of active suspension control for a vehicle is often dealt with a quarter-car or half-car model.But it is not enough to use this kind of model for practical applications.In this paper,based on considering the influence of factors such as,seat and passengers a MDOF(multi-degree-of-freedom)model describing the vehicle motion is set up.The MODF model,which is 8DOF of four independent suspensions and four wheel tracks,is more applicable by comparison of its analysis result with some conventional vehicle models.Therefore,it is more suitable to use the 8DOF full-car model than a conventional 4DOF half-car model in the active control design for car vibration.Based on the derived 8DOF odel,a controller is designed by using LQ(linear quadratic)control theory,and the appropriate control scheme is selected by testing various performance indexes.Computer simulation 8is carried out for a passenger car running on a road with step disturbance and random road disturbance expressed by Power Spectral Density(PSD).Vibrations corresponding to ride comfort are derived under the foregoing road disturbances.The response results for uncontrolled and controlled system are compared.The response of vehicle vibration is greatly suppressed and quickly damped.which testifies the effect of the active suspenson.The results achieved for various controllers are compared to invesigate the influence of different control schemes on the control effect.
