The actual infrastructure of the information society sustains the globalization trend and increases the importance of the information and knowledge. The development of the knowledge society is the direct consequence of the mix of economic, social and cultural processes, which involve the knowledge creation and its equitable distribution, access and sharing. Universities, as poles of knowledge, creativity and innovation, play a key part in the regional development and the global competitiveness. The universities are active promoters of the innovation culture at the regional and international level, by increasing the synergy among education, research and innovation. The article focuses on the role of the academic area in the development of the learning and creative society at the regional level, contributing to the design of new knowledge and technology embedded products, services and organizational processes, which represent the premises of the global competitiveness. The most important challenge the academic environment faces in the new economy is to bridge the gap between the political decision, the governance and the labour market, offering innovative solutions and developing the intellectual capital to address the various issues of the knowledge economy. The article highlights the role of the universities as regional development drivers, by analyzing the economic performance of the Bucharest-llfov region and the direct influence of the trinomial equation: education-research-innovation.  相似文献

It is demonstrated that if the vector sum of the external forces and the total external torque are functions of all the positions and the velocities of the particles, the internal forces will affect indirectly the linear momentum and the angular momentum of a system of the particles through the and. The authors of this paper compared the views of Slovenian and Portuguese preschool teachers about the importance of play and movement for the preschool children. In the paper, they focused on the question: Does physical activity of preschool teachers (spontaneous or planned) impact the planning and implementation of movement activities in their kindergarten group? They also analyzed the influence of subjective theories on the planning of movement activities and the realization of the curriculum objectives in the field of movement. Most of the preschool teachers in Slovenia and Portugal give priority to natural forms of movement in nature and play, allowing the movement of the fingers, palms, and hands. Research has shown a link between physical activity of preschool teachers and their views on the importance of the implementation of the movement activities of preschool children. The authors also noted that the quality of the implementation of the education process in kindergartens in the area of movement activities depends on their subjective theories to a great extent and on the level of professional competence referred to the discussed topic.  相似文献

The 4TPS-PS parallel platform designed for a stabilization and automatic tracking system is a novel lower-mobility parallel mechanism. In the first part of this paper, the structure of the platform is described and the kinematics model is built. The workspace of the platform is defined as the full reachable rotation workspace when the Z coordinate dimension of the upper plate varies continuously. A fast searching method of the full reachable workspace is presented, after which the inverse kinematics of the platform is deduced. The forward and inverse solutions of the speed and force of the platform are deduced. According to the characteristic of the 4TPS-PS platform’s structure, a fast searching algorithm of the maximum generalized speed and maximum generalized force output by the upper plate is put forward based on the forward and inverse solutions of the platform’s speed and force. The 4TPS-PS platform prototype built by the State Key Laboratory of Fluid Power Transmission and Control of China is taken as the research subject. The full reachable rotation workspace of the prototype is computed out and analyzed. The curves of maximum generalized speed and maximum generalized force of the prototype are computed out and plotted. Finally, the com- puting and analyzing results of the operating characteristics are confirmed through the experiment.  相似文献

Finite element analysis and parametric studies were performed to investigate the flexural capacity of the panel zone of diaphragm-through joints between concretefilled square steel tubular columns and H-shaped steel beams.Through the comparisons of failure modes,load–displacement curves,and bearing capacity,it was found that the flexural capacity of the panel zone of diaphragmthrough joints was determined by the tensile action and influence of the web of H-shaped steel beams,and the axial load should be taken into account.The steel tube and the diaphragm were the major parts of the joint that resisted the bending moment.The contribution of in-filled concrete had little influence on the flexural capacity of the panel zone of the joint and could be neglected.According to the results of these numerical studies,a formula that considered the influence of the web of H-shaped steel beams and the axial load was developed based on the yield lines in the diaphragm and the steel tube.The results of the proposed formula were in good agreement with the numerical data of this investigation.  相似文献

Chongqing is the largest municipality under the Chinese Central Government (MCG) in terms of administrative area and population and is now the most important economic and cultural center of the upper Yangtze River and Three Gorges area. The Three Gorges Dam project, one of the largest world infrastructure projects, causes a great deal of immigration to Chongqing and results in the rapid urbanization of the city, and it has brought in a great deal of environmental impact, which is a global concerned issue. This paper introduces the city profile of Chongqing municipality and its urbanization impact on energy and environment. The demand and the trend of energy consumption in built environment (building and transport) have been analysed. The living environment of Chongqing residents and the local energy efficient policy have been introduced. Finally the authors discuss the key issues of the sustainable urban development of Chongqing.  相似文献

The available studies in the literature on physical and mathematical modeling of the argon-oxygen decarburization(AOD) process of stainless ssteel have briefly been reviewed.The latest advances made by the author with his research group have been summarized.Water modeling was used to investigate the fluid flow and mixing characteristics in the bath of an 18t AOD vessel,as well as the “back-attack” action of gas jfets and its effects on the erosion and wear of the refractory lining,with sufficiently full kinematic similarity.The non-rotating and rotating gas jets blown through two annular tuyeres,respectively of straight-tube and spiral-flat tube type.Were employed in the experiments.The geometric similarity ratio between the model and its prototype(including the straighttube type tuyeres)was 1:3 ,The influences of the gas flow rate,the angle included between the two tuyeres and other operating parameters,and the suitability of the spiral tuyere as a practical application,were examined.These latest studies have clearly and successfully brought to light the fluid flow and mixing characteristics in the bath and the overall features of the back-attack phenomena of gas jfets during the blowing.nd have offered a better understanding of the refining process.Besides,mathematical modeling for the refining process of stainless steel was carried out and a new mathematical model of the process was proposed and developed.The model performs the rate calculations of the refining and the mass and heat balances of the system.Also,the effects of the operating factors,including adding the salg materials.crop ends,and scrap,and alloy agents;the non-isothermal conditions;the changes in the amounts of metal and slag materials,crop ends,and scrap,and alloy agents;the non-isothermal conditions;the changes in the amounts of metal and slag during the refining;and other factors were all considered.The model was used to deal with and analyze the austenitic stainless steel making (including ultra-low carbon steel) and was tested on data of 32 heats obtained in producing 304 grade steel in an 18t AOD vessel.The changes in the bath compostion and temperature during the refining process with time can be accurately predicted using this model.The model can provide some very useful information and a reliable basis for optimizing the process practice of the refining of stainless steel and control of the process in real-time and online.  相似文献

Higher Vocational Education(HVE) is an important component of higher education in our country.The English Curriculum Standard of HVE considers promoting the students’ reading comprehension as one of the most important goals in English teaching.Task-based CL emphasizes the importance of education as a vehicle for teaching citizens to live cooperatively in a social democracy and teachers are not the only sources of knowledge and students should be able to help each other and learn in an interdependent way.The heart of cooperative learning is student-centered.Therefore,task-based CL can overcome the shortcomings in traditional teaching models,and the goal of improving reading comprehension can be achieved for the teachers of reading by realizing the mental process of reading comprehension and how prior knowledge can enhance a reader’s interaction with the text through CL.This thesis consists of five parts.Part one,two and three briefly introduces the background and significance of the study,definitions and models of cooperative learning and reading comprehension.Part four and five are the key sections of the thesis,which introduces the hypotheses,subjects,instrument,procedure of the study and the analysis of the results of the study.Part five draws the conclusion of the study.  相似文献

The optimization design of the power system is essential for stratospheric airships with paradoxical requirements of high reliability and low weight. The methodology of orthogonal experiment is presented to deal with the problem of the optimization design of the airship’s power system. Mathematical models of the solar array, regenerative fuel cell, and power management subsystem (PMS) are presented. The basic theory of the method of orthogonal experiment is discussed, and the selection of factors and levels of the experiment and the choice of the evaluation function are also revealed. The proposed methodology is validated in the optimization design of the power system of the ZhiYuan-2 stratospheric airship. Results show that the optimal configuration is easily obtained through this methodology. Furthermore, the optimal configuration and three sub-optimal configurations are in the Pareto frontier of the design space. Sensitivity analyses for the weight and reliability of the airship’s power system are presented.  相似文献

Network manufacturing has been rapidly developed and is going to play an important role in modern indusu‘y. The core of network manufacturing of mechanical products is the design and manufacturing based on the computer network technology. A network framework is introduced for manufacturing mechanical components at two main levels. On the design level features of the component are initially studied based on the structure and functions of the component. Details of the design procedure and contents are then analyzed with three main kinds of components. In this stage, selection of materials, calculation of sla‘ess and deflection under load, determination of the size are carried out using CAD. On the manufacturing level various aspects of CAPP are discussed, including the principle and the modes of positioning the component, the exerted clamping forces, cutting engagement and input parameters, machine tools used, and machining fluids if necessary. Finally a prototype of the network framework is presented with several pieces of data terminal equipment through a local area network, the topological structure, and data sharing and security, without concerning the use of the concurrent engineering techniques and virtual manufacturing, and virtual measuring techniques.  相似文献

Our research focused on the analysis of concrete deterioration mechanism under the coupling effects of flexural load, cyclic wetting and drying, and sulfate. The relative dynamic modulus of elasticity of a corroded concrete sample was tested, and scanning electron microscope was used to observe the microstructure of concrete under the coupling effects of flexural load, cyclic wetting and drying, and sulfate. Results manifested that flexural load and cyclic wetting and drying during the concrete service changed the corrosion process of the sulfate medium in concrete and enhanced the deterioration of concrete performance. Furthermore, the influencing patterns of strength grade of concrete, mass concentration of sulfate solution, and mineral admixtures on the degree of concrete deterioration were identified.  相似文献

This paper is about a research focusing on recent problems of Hungarian teachers. The aim of the study is to reveal the real troubles of Hungarian pedagogues, on the basis of their answers to a questionnaire, the nature of these problems and how they affect the role of the teacher. Supposedly, the nucleus of the problems of the teachers is connected with existence, skills and material or professional uncertainty. The study based on the related professional literature and its main statements. The conclusions could be applied mostly to the intellectual and existential preparation of would-be teachers. The aim of the research is to reveal the real problems of the high school teachers after the turn of the century, what these problems are, how stressful they are and how they impact the changing teacher role as, "Teachers are central to any consideration of schools, and majority of education policy discussions focus directly or indirectly on the role of teachers" (Hanushek & Rivkin, 2006). Ever since the pedagogical researches had started many monitors, surveys and reports have there appeared about the actual matters, issues and problems of the teachers. However, these previous examinations were structured or set up on the base of assumptions of researchers. The possible problem-framing was quite hypothetical and suggested the presuppositions of the inventors of questions, not that of the involved teachers. The methodological mean of the research was the questionnaire. The research has supposed that problems that are in the forefront of teacher thinking include skills, lack of conformity to practical demands, and material and financial uncertainness. We have focused the survey on finding the problematic activities that are primary for the educators. The results could be applied mainly in the field of the teacher training, especially in the mental and existential preparation of the would-be-teachers. It has also an actuality, since the teacher training stands before a changeover from the traditional structure to the two-level structure (transition between the former traditional and the BA and MA levels of higher education), so these remarks can also add somewhat to the reform program and--at the collective level-to the identification of issues important to the community of teachers, would-be-teachers and both in-service teachers and educators.  相似文献

Lean construction has been newly applied to construction industry. The best performance of a project can be achieved through the precise definition of construction product, rational work break structure, lean supply chain, decrease of resources waste, objective control and so forth. Referring to the characteristics of schedule planning of construction projects and lean construction philosophy, we proposed optimizing methodology of real-time and dynamic schedule of construction projects based on lean construction. The basis of the methodology is process reorganization and lean supply in construction enterprises. The traditional estimating method of the activity duration is fuzzy and random;however, a newly proposed lean forecasting method employs multi-components linear-regression, back-propagation artificial neural networks and learning curve. Taking account of the limited resources and the fixed duration of a project, the optimizing method of the real-time and dynamic schedule adopts the concept of resource driving. To optimize the schedule of a construction project timely and effectively, an intellectualized schedule management system was developed. It can work out the initial schedule, optimize the real-time and dynamic schedule, and display the schedule with the Gant Chart, the net-work graph and the space-time line chart. The spallation of the concrete slabs or walls resulting from contact detonation constitutes risk to the personnel and equipment inside the structures because of the high speed concrete fragments even though the overall structures or structural members are not destroyed completely.Correctly predicting the damage caused by any potential contact detonation can lead to better for-tification design to withstand the blast loadings.It is therefore of great significance to study the mechanism involved in the spallation of concrete slabs and walls.Existing studies on this topic of-ten employ simplified material models and 1D wave analysis,which cannot reproduce the realistic response in the spallation process.Numerical simulations are therefore carried out under different contact blast loadings in the free air using LS-DYNA.Sophisticated concrete and reinforcing bar material models are adopted,taking into account the strain rate effect on both tension and com-pression.The erosion technique is used to model the fracture and failure of materials under tensile stress.Full processes of the deformation and dynamic damage of reinforced concrete (RC) slabs and plain concrete slabs are thus observed realistically.It is noted that with the increase of quantity of explosive,the dimensions of damage crater increase and the slabs experience four different damage patterns,namely explosive crater,spalling,perforation,and punching.Comparison be-tween the simulation results of plain concrete slabs and those of RC slabs show that reinforcing bars can enhance the integrity and shearing resistance of the slabs to a certain extent,and mean-while attenuate the ejection velocity and decrease the size of the concrete fragments.Therefore,optimizing reinforcement arrangement can improve the anti-spallation capability of the slabs and walls to a certain extent.  相似文献
