浅谈言语行为和言语行为能力

言语行为理论是语用学的一个重要的组成部分。通过对言语行为的探究，我们可以更好的改进言语行为能力。毫无疑问，言语行为理论对语言研究具有巨大的启发意义。但显然语言理论不可能完全建立在言语行为理论的基础上，言语行为理论本身还有许多问题需要我们去探索。

从索绪尔的"言语"入手,阐述了语言与言语的关系,引出了"言语的语言学"的概念及内容,论述了研究"言语的语言学"的必要性及该语言学和其它语言学的关系,从四个方面归纳了"言语的语言学"的研究方法,从而激发人们对该语言学进行探索,向认识的更高目标迈进。

演讲修辞根本目的就是最大的程度劝说听说听众。以亚里士多德的修辞理论为基础,选取奥巴马开学演讲和力克胡哲的励志演说,从构思布局和文体风格两个角度来对比分析身份地位悬殊的两篇演说辞特点。在演说序论、提出、证明和结束语四个环节,演说者都将自己融入受众群体,以自身的人生经验切入主题,结束语升华;均采纳与各自身份地位相匹配的文体风格,从细节贴近受众,避免说教,并取得了较好修辞效果。     

论表达自由及其界限——以美国法相关规定的发展为启发

表达自由权是公民的一项基本权利,与表达自由相邻接的一个问题即是表达自由权的界限问题．在保障该权利的过程中对其边界进行界定是十分,必要的。基于此,本文拟从表达自由权的概念出发,从该权利性质、功能的角度来探讨表达自由与公共利益、其它基本权利发生冲突时的解决办法,并试图结合我国实际、在参照美国法律相关规定的基础上明晰表达自由权的界限。     

Emotional Speech Acts and the Educational Perlocutions of Speech

Over the past decades, there has been an ongoing debate about whether education should aim at the cultivation of emotional wellbeing of self‐esteeming personalities or whether it should prioritise literacy and the cognitive development of students. However, it might be the case that the two are not easily distinguished in educational contexts. In this paper I use J.L. Austin's original work on speech acts to (a) emphasise the interconnection between the cognitive and emotional aspects of our utterances, and (b) illustrate how emotional force affects communication in the classroom.

Asked to contribute an article on reading and the disadvantaged pupil Michael Duane, ex-Headmaster of Risinghill, now lecturer at Garnett College of Education, writes: 'If the article appears to spend little time on the actual process of reading, it is because I believe our preoccupation with the techniques of teaching reading— i.t.a., Look and Say, etc .— to be totally misconceived and a diversion from what should be our real preoccupation, viz. the provision of lively and interesting experience for children and of talk arising out of that experience.'

言语省略与语境

本文在总结了前人研究省略的成果基础上,从语境的角度研究汉语言语中的省略问题提出了语境是省略的根本原因。并据此,将汉语中的省略分有大语境省略、小语境省略,从而使汉语中一些难以解释的省略现象得以解释。本文将虚词省略纳入小语境省略中,将大语境省略分有3小类,暗示性省略、顺接性省略、欲言又止的省略。
