通过文献资料法及教学实践,阐明以攻防意识贯穿于整个武术套路教学之中,可以改变学生对武术的片面认识、提高学生的学习兴趣、活跃课堂气氛,加强对动作的记忆和掌握、培养学生的合作精神。并指出,攻防意识贯穿武术套路教学的关键是:①注意攻防意识培养的同时,应加强学生武术套路内核的演练。②讲解攻防意识时应注意对学生进行武德教育。
