基于CDIO工程教育理念下的专业导论课程教学改革研究——广东白云学院服装设计与工程专业导论课程教学改革实践

广东白云学院服装设计与工程专业导论课程的教学改革实践,从四个方面入手:以职业市场需求带动教学内容的改革,建立科学有效的课程教学体系;以项目为导向加强课程之间的联系,改变传统课程孤军作战的格局;学生以小组形式开展学习突出教学中的主体地位,培养学生的团队合作精神;以培养学生能力为教学重点,多样化考核激发学生成才的信心.实践证实了CDIO工程教育理念在服装设计与工程专业教学中推行的可行性与科学性.     

同服装产业运作相对应的“四轮驱动”教学模式

邢台职业技术学院服装设计（工程方向）专业始终以行业发展为导向,以社会对人才的需求为目标。在专业设置、培养目标和教学计划确定、能力项目开发方面,突出学生实际能力的培养。形成了单元模块教学同实践教学环节相统一的“四轮驱动”教学模式。     

高职服装设计专业教学中运用主题实践法的效果刍议

分析了当前高职服装设计专业的教学现状,着重阐述了运用主题实践法的前提、原则和方法,总结经验,提出服装设计专业教学中可持续发展策略。主题实践法有效地建立了服装设计专业课堂理论教学与实践的联系,加强了学生实际分析问题、解决问题的能力,激发学生的学习兴趣,充分培养学生的职业能力,使学生的学习更有针对性和实效性。     

高职院校服装设计竞赛教学实践与探索——以浙江纺织服装职业技术学院为例

以浙江纺织服装职业技术学院服装学院服装设计竞赛教学模式创新实践为例,阐述了服装设计竞赛教学的内涵、服装设计竞赛教学团队建设以及服装设计竞赛教学实践的创新点。并认为服装设计竞赛教学实践是服装设计教学模式的一种创新,对锻炼和提高师生服装设计的专业技术能力、培养良好的职业素养具有无可替代的重要作用。     

纺织服装系

纺织服装系是扬州职业大学创建最早的院系之一,目前开设的专业主要有纺织品检验与贸易、服装设计（工程）、服装设计（艺术）、服装陈列与展示设计等专业。始终贯彻“服务为宗旨,就业为导向”的办学方针,根据社会职业岗位具体工作要求设置教学的知识和能力体系,注重培养学生实践能力和工作能力。成功构建“工作、学习结合,教育、学习、操作一体”的人才培养模式,培养高素质技能性人才,毕业生职业技能突出,深受用人单位的欢迎,至今有两千多名毕业生,近三年学生就业率达100％。     

服装设计实践教学方法分析

目前服装设计专业教学中还存在着一些问题,最突出的当属教学过程中的实践教学甚少,以至于学生走出学校之后无法适应社会的需,这样对于学校来说属于教学上的失败。服装设计教学应该和当前流行元素相结合,注重学生的实践能力培养,通过和企业合作,了解企业需的人才属性,然后有目的的进行培养。本文就服装设计教学中的一些现象进行探讨,提出一些建议供服装教学者参考。     

教工作品——肖雪梅个人简介

1991年8月至今在邢台职业技术学院服装工程系任教,专业领域为服装设计、产品研发、时装画、服装学概论、艺术学概论、服装史等。参研多项科研课题,其中主持服装设计工学结合优质核心课程校级课题,发表学术论文多篇。获得省级教学论文比赛二等奖2项,获得省级教学课件比赛一等奖1项。多次参与企业产品研发,多次指导学生在全国高职高专院校师生服装设计技能大赛及河北省服装设计大奖赛中获奖。

The Reader Response Approach to Teaching of English Literature

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models. At last I evaluate its usefuiness for teachers and present the advantages of reader response approach in Chinese context.
