角色意识支配角色行为。在高校内部行政管理中,须强化行政人员角色规范的建设与教育。使其认识自己的角色,实践自己的角色,树立正确的角色意识。以避免出现角色意识的偏颇,避免角色行为偏离角色规范。进行角色规范的建设与教育,应把理性引导与个体提升相结合、法规规范与自我约束相结合,从而实现高校人事行政部门、高校行政管理相对人(即广大师生)、高校行政人员自身三方面的良性互动。  相似文献

本文采用问卷调查法、电话访谈法等方法,对安徽省普通高校"体教结合"的项目布局、领导认识等5个方面进行了调查分析,结果发现安徽省"体教结合"项目布局比较合理、领导认识正确、但教练员水平不高、学生运动员出路堪忧和科研等保障不力,藉此提出政策倾斜、领导挂帅、引资多元、引聘人才、以赛促建以及科研深化等建议.  相似文献

Universities in the United States of America are in a state of decline. Allocations, the proportion of knowledge taught, the proportion of research carried out, staff number, movement and salaries are all declining. Recognition of this situation has initiated studies of, and changes in, what they do in terms of value, quality and effective use of resources. Television is used extensively to relieve traditional faculty teaching load, enable faculty to maximise use of scarce resources and enhance the quality and coverage of knowledge. Developments in cable television, optical fibres, lasers and satellites herald a new era, pose a threat to the autonomy of universities and have initiated inter‐university competition for the same students as well as opening up new opportunities and markets. 媒介素养教育研究日益受到学者们的关注,近年来在国内部分高校已经尝试开设媒介素养公开课程。由于受到国外文化保护、超越保护主义和视觉文化不同思潮的影响,因此国内对媒介素养教育课程模型还处于探索阶段。在媒介素养教育研究与课程实施的过程中,需要考虑国内大众对媒介传播的认识,进一步找到符合媒介素养教育本土化发展的方法与途径。CRT模型把媒介传播的本质作为媒介素养教育课程内容实施方法与手段,去分析和解构媒介素养教育的课程内容体系,从而使媒介素养教育课程的实施更符合国内课程的国情。  相似文献

本文从七个方面论证了政府投资或者提供培训的正当理由,其中五个方面涉及受过培训的工人可能供给不足的问题,另外两个社会方面的理由是关注的不公平和经济学所疏忽的部分。除了对私人培训机构能力不足的补充外,这些论点中没有政府提供培训的成功案例。在培训表现出外部效益和为弱势群体提供技能发展项目时,对培训的公共资助理由是很充分的。单从经济学基本原理出发,提供尽可能多的公共培训是需要的,公共培训有效率且市场回应迅速是最为理想的。  相似文献

The four coauthors describe the twenty-five-year history of efforts of the Council of Learned Societies in Education (CLSE) to represent the interests of the social foundations of education in the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE), including the evolution of CLSE into the Council for the Social Foundations of Education and its recent departure from NCATE after a quarter century of successful involvement. The coauthors, each personally supportive of foundational involvement in national accreditation, delineate advantages gained by both CLSE and NCATE during the quarter century of involvement, while also describing concerns and arguments that have led to the current disassociation of the Council for Social Foundations of Education (CSFE) fromNCATE. The article concludes with suggestions for the future and the coauthors' hope that this history and chronicle will provide incentive for reinvolvement of the foundations in national accreditation circles.  相似文献

This narrative study involving an adult Hmong refugee, his family, and his community provides an example of the often intimate connection between religion, language, and culture. The extension of the "Word of God" often has been facilitated by the extension of literacy. Before the rise of national school systems, the church was a primary site for literacy education, especially where Protestantism held sway. In the case of the Hmong, Protestant missionaries in the last century have gained many converts through the popularity of their Hmong language bibles (Tapp 1989a). Salvation Church provides one of the few opportunities for Hmong youth in Windigo, Michigan to practice literacy in what for many is their first language. This research documents ways in which conversion to Christianity brought changes to Hmong clan and family relationships, as traditionalists became divided from practitioners of the "new religion."  相似文献

The Group of Experts on Training and Retraining of Adult Educators was set up in 1972 by the Council of Europe's Council for Cultural Co‐operation (CCC). In the conclusions reached by this group, it was reaffirmed that one of the most important functions of higher education institutions in the implementation of the concept of lifelong education is, in fact, the training and retraining of personnel for adult education.
