用活性炭吸附-CS2(溶剂)解吸气相色谱法监测室内空气中苯、甲苯和二甲苯。对“居住区大气中苯、甲苯和二甲苯卫生检验标准方法-气相色谱法”(GB11737-89)进行了改进,并对改进方法的灵敏度、精确度、准确度、稳定性等进行了测试,结果表明该方法的主要技术指标符合室内环境空气监测的要求。  相似文献

应用化学方法制备扁担杆正丁醇提取物。采用热板法观察提取物对小鼠的镇痛作用,用二甲苯致小鼠耳郭肿胀法观察其抗炎作用。结果显示高浓度扁担杆正丁醇提取物有明显镇痛作用,并且能明显抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳郭肿胀。  相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备Fe3O4微粒,后用四乙氧基硅烷(TEOS)将其表面包覆SiO2,得到Fe3O4/SiO2,分别在Fe3O4粒子和Fe3O4/SiO2粒子上键合葡萄糖和蔗糖,得到四种复合磁性材料:Fe3O4-葡萄糖(F-G)、Fe3O4-蔗糖(F-S)、Fe3O4/SiO2-葡萄糖(F-S-G)、Fe3O4/SiO2-蔗糖(F-S-S)。合成材料用IR进行表征,结果表明,蔗糖和葡萄糖已成功修饰。以甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯的混合溶液为目标物,考察四种材料对芳香烃类化合物吸附性能,实验表明,四种材料均有较好的的吸附效果,其中F-S和F-S-G吸附性能尤佳。  相似文献

This paper deals with a mortality-weighted synthetic evaluation (MWSE) method for evaluating urban air risk. Sulphur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxide (NO x ), and particulate matter (PM10) were used as pollution indices. The urban area of Hangzhou, China is divided into 756 grid cells, with a resolution of 1 km×1 km, and is evaluated using the MWSE and the air quality index (AQI), a widely-used method to evaluate ambient air quality and air risk. In an evaluation of one day in April 2004, the surface areas categorized as levels I and III, as defined by the integrated air risk evaluation, were 27.3% and 3.3% lower, respectively, than grades I and III defined by the AQI evaluation. Meanwhile, the areas classified as level II or above level III by the integrated air risk evaluation were 55.1% and 101.1% higher, respectively, than grade II or above grade III when using the AQI evaluation. From this comparison, we find that the MWSE method is more sensitive than the AQI method. The AQI method uses a single index to assess integrated air quality and is therefore unable to evaluate integrated air risks due to multiple pollutants. The MWSE method overcomes this problem, providing improved accuracy in air risk assessment.  相似文献

The Bacillus firmus was immobilized into Ca-alginate beads according to the different initial biomass concentration, calcification time and activation time.Three types of immobilized Bacillus firmus beads were packed respectively in trickling biofilter to purify xylene contained waste gases,and the performance of immobilized-cell biofilter was compared with traditional biofilm attached biofilter packed with two types of ceramic pellets.The results showed that three types of immobilized beads had different capabilities for removing xylene and life-spans.Higher initial biomass in immobilized beads resulted in better performance but shorter life-span.Activation process can remarkably enhance the activity of bacteria,and the removal efficiency of xylene can substantially be improved.Calcification time had influence on life-span of immobilized beads.Without acclimation,the cell-entrapped biofilter can obtain the maximum elimination capacity of 92.4 g/(m~3·h).However,compared with biofilm attached biofilter,it has a poorer intrinsic drawback in volatile organic compounds (VOCs) removal due to the existence of excess mass transfer resistance.  相似文献

Temperature is the most important parameter for the improvement of combustion efficiency and the control of pollutants. In order to obtain accurate flame temperatures in a rotary kiln incinerator using non-intrusive thermographic method, the effective flame emissivity was studied. A combined narrow- and wide-band model and Mie scattering method were used to calculate the radiative properties for gases and fly-ash particles under different combustion conditions. The effects of the air/waste ratio and fly-ash particles on the effective flame emissivity were discussed. The results of numerical calculations showed that the effective emissivity decreased from 0.90 to 0.80 when the air/waste ratio increased from 1.0 to 1.8, and the effect of the fly-ash particles was ignorable under the conditions discussed in this paper. Experimental measurement results indicated that the accuracy of the thermographic temperature measurements improved significantly if the setting of the flame emissivity was adjusted according to the air/waste ratio.  相似文献

建立了气相色谱法测定硬脂酸甲酯催化加氢产物中十八醇含量的方法,从而能够简便地对实验室合成十八醇方法的可行性及有效性进行评估.考察了氢气压强、载气压强、空气压强和色谱柱温度等因素对硬脂酸甲酯催化加氢产物分离分析的影响.选定的最佳分离条件为:氢气压强为0.08 MPa,载气(N2)压强为0.18 MPa,空气压强为0.1 MPa,色谱柱温度为205℃.在这种条件下,十八醇能够在5 min得到分离检测.最终测得实验室采用的两种不同合成条件下产物1和2中十八醇的含量分别为8.7%和30.1%.结果表明,合成条件2优于合成条件1,但仍需改进以提高十八醇的产率.  相似文献

Six transition metal oxides were added in ceria-modified titania using a sol-gel method for catalytic oxidation of toluene. An MnOx based catalyst was found to be the most active one, with which toluene could be decomposed completely at 200 °C. The greatest Mn/Ti and molar ratio of the mobile oxygen to the total oxygen concentration, together with a large surface area and a low reduction peak-starting temperature, would result in its best activity in toluene oxidation.  相似文献

Natural rubber(NR) grafted with 2-ethylhexyl acrylate(2-EHA) and methacrylic acid(MAA, collectively NR-g-PEHA/MAA) was synthesized by emulsion polymerization. Tetraethylenepentamine and cumene hydroperoxide were used as redox initiators. The successful grafting of 2-EHA and MAA onto NR was confi rmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The morphology of the NR latex particles was observed by transmission electron microscopy. The eff ects of reaction temperature, initiator dosage, feeding mode, and hard monomer content on the mechanical properties of the modifi ed NR fi lm were investigated. Grafted polymer chains were unevenly wrapped on the outside of NR particles, and smaller particles were more easily grafted. Crosslinking was characterized using a toluene swelling method. Thermal stability and glass transition temperature were examined by diff erential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis. The results showed that the thermal stability of NR-g-PEHA/MAA had been improved, and the glass transition temperature(T_g) was unchanged.  相似文献
