作表语的do前面为什么没有“to”

在Lesson 35,Unit 9,Senior Book Three中,有这样一个句子：The first thing she did was go up to her trainer and thand her for all her help during her training.在这一句话里,动词不定式go up to her trainer and thank her for all her help during her training前没有符号“to”。这是因为主句的主语有定语从句she did来修饰的缘故。

At The Tuckshop
