“80后”馆员和“90后”读者是现代高校图书馆的两大重要主体。在分析“90后”读者行为特征和“80后”馆员工作现状的基础上,探讨了“80后”馆员如何做好“90后”读者的服务和管理工作的策略。     

Curriculum crisis: The challenge of the '80s

Developmental remediation programs designed to raise achievement levels of underprepared students have proliferated in the past decade. Despite the fact that these programs employ a variety of teaching strategies, a substantial subgroup of developmental students are unsuccessful in current remediation programs. They need a different curricular approach. As the number of applicants declines and the demand for generating credit hours continues, the question is shifting from “Should less capable students be allowed to attend college?” to “What curriculum should be provided for these students?” The challenge for the '80s is to expand developmental education to include vocational education and post-secondary specialized education.

随着生物学、生理学社会医学模式的改变,心理康复有着不容忽视的重要战略地位。针对伤残运动员的不同心理,制定行之有效的心理康复对策具有现实意义。     

乒乓球训练对残疾人抑郁情绪形态机能的康复

目的:为寻找提高残疾人身心健康的方法提供依据,探讨乒乓球运动在残疾人康复和保持身体健康中的作用。方法:我们通过对部分乒乓球残疾人运动员和部分残疾人乒乓球爱好者进行一段时间的训练,测试他们身体的各项指标。结果:通过测试我们发现,抑郁症患者由82%降低到了57%,对象的身体指标也有较大改善。结论:残疾人参加乒乓球或某一项运动对其情绪的改善和保持身体健康有着重要作用。     

The GOLD program: A program for gifted learning disabled adolescents

Adolescents who are both gifted and learning disabled have unique needs. The GOLD program is a successful model which includes both resource room support and enrichment. Entrance criteria are described. The curriculum includes teaching students about learning disabilities, self‐advocacy, critical thinking, word processing, communication skills, and ethics. Time is provided for remedial and subject work. As well as the curriculum, the success of the program has resulted from intense involvement of staff, one‐to‐one tutoring, a flexible approach to timetables and attendance, and an environment that encourages hope, humor, trust, and student decision making.

随着"80后辅导员群体"逐渐成为我国高校辅导员队伍建设的主体力量,基于"80后群体"的整体特征,高校管理者应密切关注"80后辅导员群体"的教育与管理问题。在转换角色意识、加强心理辅导、增强责任意识、明确工作职责、强化考核制度、建立激励机制、提升创新意识、增强工作主动性等方面下功夫,为建设一支"政治强、业务精、纪律严、作风正"的以"80后辅导员群体"为主体的大学生思想政治工作队伍做出贡献。

关于80后大学生社会责任感的问题,多数人持否定意见,我们不能一棒子打死一代人,他们中的绝多数人是值得肯定的,但是社会责任感缺乏的现象日趋严重,只注重个人利益,不顾他人、社会的现象屡见不鲜。因此,提高大学生思想道德修养,增强大学生社会责任感有着重要的意义。

Ti-80是一种近α型钛合金,应用非常广泛,检测一组Ti-80冲击试样时,发现冲击韧性存在差别,分析了出现差别的原因.根据分析,初生α相含量以及形状不同,是导致冲击韧性出现差别的主要原因,而导致初生α相含量以及形状不同的可能原因则是Ti-80钛合金在热处理时温度不均.     

Improving the employability of the disabled: A practical approach

The lack of information on the level of disabled individual, on the enterprise level and on the level of society as a whole, is one of the major barriers to the integration of disabled workers into open employment. The article discusses the kind of information necessary for effective counselling of the disabled regarding employment. Some Dutch experiences with integration of disabled workers into a competitive employment system are outlined, and some recommendations are made for future action. A five-phase action programme which aims to create permanent paid jobs for disabled workers and to increase accessibility to the labour market, taking into account the present economic and political situation of mass employment and deregulation, is put forward.The article is based on a paper presented during the IRTAC International Consultation on Counselling Disabled People and their Families, Vienna, 5–8 July, 1987.     

A short-form version of the WISC-R for the learning disabled

This study investigated the best short form version of the WISC-R for learning disabled (LD) students. The WISC-R was administered to 234 LD and 290 children who were referred for psychological evaluation but were found not eligible (NE) for special education services from 45 school districts in Michigan. Stepwise multiple regressions were calculated to ascertain the best tetrads of Full Scale IQ (FS IQ) for the two groups. For the NE sample, Vocabulary, Picture Arrangement, Picture Completion, and Information were the best four indicators of FS IQ, accounting for about 80% of the variance in Full Scale scores. For the LD sample, the best four predictors of FS IQ were Similarities, Block Design, Picture Completion, and Vocabulary, accounting for about 80% of criterion variance. Using the WISC-R standardization data, Sattler identified the Information, Vocabulary, Comprehension, and Block Design subtests as one of the best short form versions for predicting FS IQ. For the LD sample of the present study, Sattler's composite yielded a multiple R of .873 with FS IQ, whereas our best four predictors yielded a multiple R of .896. It appears that Sattler's tetrad is about as good a predictor of FS IQ for LD students as that found in the present data.     

小组团体心理辅导在社区残疾病人康复教育中可行性分析

残疾人问题是关系社会和谐的热点问题,而将这一问题纳入中国社区康复中来考虑对我们国家与西方国家相比较,可以说我们起步落后于其他西方国家。我国是在20世纪80年代中期正式开始试点实施,虽然40多年来有自身的特色发展,但仍然存在很多问题需要探索和改进。本论文通过探索小组团体辅导这个方式运用到社区残疾病人康复教育中的运用,通过团体历程的学习与互动,促进个人的身心发展,习得新的各种技能,以便更好得完善自己或实现自我。
