铅铜离子对鲫鱼的急性毒性研究

分别用浓度为1．0,4．0,8．Omg／L的Cu^2＋溶液,浓度为1．0,4．0,8．0mg／L的Pb^2＋溶液以及Cu^2＋＋Pb^2＋的浓度（mg／L）为1．0＋1．0,4．0＋4．0,8．0＋8．0,8．0＋1．0,1．0＋8．0的混合溶液对鲫鱼进行急性染毒实验,在染毒24,48,72h后,分别取鲫鱼尾部血液制作血涂片,镜检并统计红细胞微核．结果显示,Cu^2＋,Pb^2＋不论是单一染毒,还是联合染毒,都能诱发鲫鱼红细胞产生较高频率的微核;Cu^2＋与Pb^2＋的联合染毒对鲫鱼的遗传毒性表现出协同作用,尤其是低浓度的Cu^2＋与Pb^2＋联合染毒效果最为明显;鲫鱼红细胞对Cu^2＋损伤后的修复能力明显好于Pb^2＋．     

无机-有机杂化材料的制备及其对Cu^2＋吸附性能研究

通过正硅酸乙酯（TEOS）与钛酸正丁酯（Ti（OC4H9）4）间的醇解反应和溶胶-凝胶法制备了一系列无机-有机杂化材料,并观察了Cu^2＋的浓度、体系的pH值等参数对Cu^2＋吸附性能的影响．结果表明：随着杂化材料中钛含量的增加,它们的比表面积随之增大．Cu^2＋吸附实验表明：该类杂化材料确实能够吸附Cu^2＋,而且不同比例的Si／Ti杂化材料对Cu^2＋的吸附能力不同．因此该类杂化材料能够用于废水中Cu^2＋的分离和回收,所以在废水处理等环境保护方面具有潜在的应用价值．     

黑葵花籽皮黑色素提取及影响其稳定性因素分析

采用碱性溶液提取、酸水解沉淀等工艺分离纯化了黑葵花籽皮色素，呈天然黑色，其得率为12．5％（以粗品于原料为准），并对该色素的理化性质等进行了较系统的研究．结果表明：黑葵花籽皮黑色素耐光、耐热；对还原剂较稳定，对强氧化剂不够稳定；碱性条件下较稳定；Cu^2＋，Ca^2＋，Na^＋,Zn^2＋等金属离子对该色素有护色、增色作用，Fe^3＋，Al^3＋虽有减色作用，但不明显；是一种性能优良的天然黑色素。     

Cu^2＋对稀有鮈鲫胚胎发育的影响

以ρCu^2＋为0.01、0.05、0.1、0.2mg·L-1 4个浓度的溶液对稀有鮈鲫受精卵进行急性毒性试验,研究了Cu^2＋对稀有鮈鲫受精卵胚胎发育早期的的影响.结果表明,Cu^2＋对稀有鮈鲫胚胎发育有显著的毒性.Cu^2＋暴露组稀有鮈鲫胚胎的死亡率升高,心率减缓且伴随心率不齐;初孵仔鱼体长较短,心包囊和卵黄囊水肿;高浓度Cu^2＋（0.2mg·L-1）暴露60h后全部死亡.

通过盐析透析、离了层析、疏水层析,对链霉菌属发酵液中的阿魏酸酯酶（FAE）进行分离纯化。并进行酶学性质研究。得出的阿魏酸酯酶的纯化倍数为2．67,回收率为55．8％,酶分子约为30kDa。其最适反应pH约为6．0,最适温度约为50℃,金属离子Cu^2＋和Zn^2＋对阿魏酸酯酶酶活力均有明显的抑制作用,而Mg^2＋、Fe^2＋、Ca^2＋、Na^＋和Mn^2＋对酶的活性均有一定的促进作用。
