论科学哲学的两个问题

科学哲学的核心问题之一是科学观。科学哲学各个流派 (逻辑经验主义、证伪主义和历史主义等 )围绕着这个问题提出了自己的观点和主张。但从根本上说 ,它们所提出的科学观都面临着不可克服的理论困境 ,因而从它们观点所交织的网状结构中很难看到一个令人信服的科学观。这种状况是由科学哲学狭隘的认识论视野造成的。本文拟从科学哲学最重要的两个问题即归纳的表证问题和科学的划界问题 (也即通常所说的休谟问题和康德问题 )出发来展现这一理论困境 ,并为此困境的可能出路作一简要的说明

CAS forum for young scientists held in Yunnan

Co-organized by the CAS Graduate University （GUCAS） and the CAS Kunming Branch, 2007 Sciencel00, a CAS annual forum for outstanding young scientists, was opened on 28 November, 2007 at the CAS Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden （XTBG）, with an attendance of more than 90 experts and scholars from various CAS affiliates.
