氧化铁纳米球、纳米棒和纳米带的可控合成

通过Fe与C4H4O6Na2溶液在140---220℃水热反应12h,可控合成了α-Fe2O3纳米材料．通过控制C4H4O6Na2的加入量可控合成了纳米球、纳米棒和纳米带等纳米结构单元．采用x射线衍射仪和扫描电镜对产物进行表征．结果表明,在140--220℃反应得到的产物纯净,没有任何杂质峰,均为菱方相结构．     

微波合成半导体CuS纳米粒子和Bi2S3纳米棒

在甲醛溶液中，以Cu(Ac)2,Bi(NO3)3和TAA为源材料，通过微波加热合成了CuS半导体纳米粒子和Bi2S3纳米棒，并用XRD，TEM进行了表征。     

反蛋白石结构模板法制备有序ZnO纳米结构阵列

利用TiOx胶体反向复制聚苯乙烯(Polystyrene,PS)球自组装单层得到TiOx/PS反蛋白石结构模板,并通过水热反应过程,分别在Si和GaN衬底上制备了高度有序的ZnO纳米花与纳米棒阵列。X射线衍射测试结果表明,GaN衬底上的ZnO纳米棒阵列具有较高的结晶质量与良好的取向性。     

ZnO-维纳米棒的水热法控制合成

本文以ZnCl2为锌源,加入过量氨水（NH3）和十六烷基三甲基铵溴化物（CTAB）,采用水热法控制合成纳米ZnO。采用XRD,TEM等测试手段对纳米级的粉体结构和形貌进行研究。实验表明：该法制备的就是六方相的ZnO纳米棒。

氧化锌纳米棒的水热制备及电化学性能研究

采用一步水热法制备了纳米棒状氧化锌材料.X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜法(TEM)测试表明,ZnO纳米棒为纤锌矿结构,直径为200～500nm,长度为3～5μm.通过充放电循环和循环伏安等电化学方法研究了ZnO纳米棒的电化学性能,ZnO纳米棒展现出较高的放电容量和较低的容量衰减率.经过100个循环之后,ZnO的放电容量仍然维持在380mAhg-1.     

Fe3O4纳米棒的制备

以FeCl2·4H2O为原料,水合肼为沉淀剂和形貌控制剂,在乙醇溶液中进行反应,制备出Fe3O4纳米棒。用X射线衍射仪（XRD）、透射电子显微镜（TEM）和扫描电子显微镜（SEM）对产品的结构、形貌和尺寸进行了表征。并对Fe3O4纳米棒的形成条件进行了考察,实验结果表明：[FeCl2·4H2O]：[N2H4·H2O]、反应体系的pH、反应温度和反应时间对Fe3O4纳米棒的形成有重要影响。     

低温水热合成金红石二氧化钛纳米棒

在低温水热条件下,以离子液体1-丁基-3-甲级溴化咪唑([C4mim]Br)为添加剂,制备出了金红石二氧化钛纳米棒.XRD分析证明,所得样品为纯金红石相结构;SEM和TEM结果表明,金红石纳米棒直径为20 nm,长度为200 nm,而且这些纳米棒有自发组装成棒束的趋势.当温度升高时,金红石纳米棒的尺度变大,而且生成了规整的纳米棒束.研究表明,离子液体的存在不仅有利于金红石的生成,而且有效控制了金红石棒的过度生长.     

列阵式氧化锌的制备及光学性能研究

采用水溶液法,在涂布有氧化锌种晶层的玻璃基板上制备列阵式氧化锌纳米棒。考察不同反应物浓度及退火对氧化锌纳米棒的微观结构、形貌和光学性能的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜（SEM）、透射电子显微镜（TEM）、紫外可见吸收光谱（UV-vis）和光致发光光谱（PL）对氧化锌纳米棒的结构、形貌和光学性能进行表征。结果表明:通过水溶液法制得纤锌矿结构且高定向的六方氧化锌纳米棒,不同摩尔浓度的长晶溶液可以获得不同直径的氧化锌纳米棒。光致发光光谱显示,在接近于430 nm处有一较强的可见光发光峰,其归因于电子从锌间隙缺陷的施体能阶跃迁到价带。     

TiO2纳米棒块体的制备及其光催化性能研究

提出了一种新的催化剂制备方法,采用TiO2纳米棒与聚乙二醇通过压片和焙烧的方法制备了多孔TiO2块体.通过条件优化,当纳米棒与聚乙二醇比例为1/3时,成块结构良好,且光催化反应前后保持了完整的块体结构,制备的块体降解甲基橙2h达到74.77%,具有良好的光催化活性,且在非均相光催化应用中催化剂无需分离,从而解决了催化剂的回收问题.
