杨献珍哲学学案发生在中国极左思潮泛滥的时代，在这种背景下，哲学不再是一种思想探索，而沦为对政治权势的顶礼膜拜。同时，即使是认真的哲学讨论也流于浅表，不能深入思想自身。该学案表明，哲学的误读，必然导致思想的遮蔽，这是中国思想界必须汲取的深刻教训。

德里达的“难题论”及其对当代中国思想的意义

在思想史上，一种具有颠覆性的思想出来以后似乎总是要遭受被普遍误解的宿命。因此，时至今日，人们对德里达思想要旨的解读，大体仍未越出解构哲学所一再批判的那种思想樊篱，就显得不足为奇。这种樊篱总是习惯于将任何哲学本都视为一种封闭的、自身同一的、本质透明的本。在这一樊篱的制约下，人们要么根据德里达的早期思想本。

本文提出惊讶感是哲学的起源，也是理解哲学的一个维度。但惊讶只是一种情绪，情绪不可能直接产生智慧，不可能直接把握真理。因而还需要理智和理性。惊讶唤起人思和问，对哲学来说思和问比答更重要。哲学也许有终结的一天，但思永不会终结。只有与惊讶相伴的思才是那与智慧同义的哲学。一个自身无惊讶、也不能唤起人惊讶的哲学是无生命的哲学。     

什么是philosophia?

本的主旨是讨论什么是哲学。以词源分析的方式，论把哲学与真理和自由联系在一起，认为自由是哲学发生的唯一境域，它具体体现为闲暇，论讨论了古希腊语境中闲暇的本质，在此基础上，论进一步表明，是惊奇唤醒了哲思，惊奇使一个自由了的人深长地深入思之中，在对哲学发生的基本境域和机制作了探究之后，论对哲思本身作了分析，指出哲学作为一种理论思维其本质是一种神圣的静观，由此静观，事物本真的面目得以展现。     

哲学如何教化

哲学陷入困境的原因在于我们以非哲学的方式教授哲学，哲学有自己的特点，哲学的特点就是沉思和分析。哲学本身是一种本体的或形而上学的思；哲学是一种面向前提的思；哲学是一种面向生活世界的思。哲学应体现出对智慧的追求，对人的价值、意义的思考，以及对时代的关注，应引导学生学习哲学的思维方式，进入哲学活动的世界。
