长期以来，我国的翻译研究主要聚焦在跨语言对比、跨文化比较、翻译方法、翻译文本评价、翻译哲学等方面，较少关注情绪这一因素对译者翻译能力的影响。然而，随着跨学科融合的发展，积极心理学与翻译心理学逐渐成为语言学界关注的重要论域。为了填补这一空白，本文主要探讨焦虑情绪对译者翻译能力的影响。本文基于翻译心理学与积极心理学的理论，概述了翻译与情绪之间的关系，介绍了情绪智能与焦虑的概念以及其对译者翻译能力的影响，最后结合情绪变量对译者翻译能力的影响提出了合格翻译人才培养方面的一些建议。
