目前,中小学体育教师相对于其他学科的教师的单位课时收入、学校中的地位都是比较低的,而且其工作条件大多是在室外,工作量也很大。这些都使得体育教师很少有时间、有精力去思考自己的教学,思考自身的专业发展。作为校长,要提高学校体育发展水平,就必须要加强体育教师的队伍建设,促使体育教师思考自身的专业发展,充分发挥体育教师的主力军作用。以下是我校以机制为保障,为体育教师构建专业发展平台新实施的一些策略。     

突破职业认同困境 谋求农村学校体育教师专业发展

教师整体素质主要取决于教师专业化水平。关注农村学校体育教师生存现状,探索个体自我发展的内驱式教师专业自我发展路径,增强农村学校体育教师专业自我发展意识,督促在岗体育教师制定专业发展自我规划,优化专业知识结构,开展教师行动研究,是农村在岗体育教师专业发展的有效策略。
