莫让"明星"变"流星"

时下，一些教育现象应该引起我们的注意。如“教而优则仕”现象，一些长于教学的优秀教师很快被安排到行政管理岗位上，脱离教学一线，优秀教师很快成了管理庸才。一些业务能力强的青年教师，很快便各种荣誉加身，很年轻就成为高级教师，特级教师，之后便失去了前进动力，还有一些当年涌现的青年才俊，几年后变得默默无闻或脱离了原来的工作岗位，发展没有了后劲儿……这些问题归根结底是师资队伍建设问题，也可以说是人力资源的开发和利用问题，本期“教育三人行”将围绕“师资队伍建设应以科学发展观为指导”展开。[编者按]     

淡化"思想性"扼制"假大空"

前几年某省高考作文的抽样调查显示，有４０％的试卷出现了“在父母双亡的考验下战胜脆弱”的假话。报载一：武汉市某小学学生以《春天》为题作文。绝大多数学生写春天如何好，而有一学生写道：“春天细菌繁殖旺盛，夏季蚊虫都在这时孳生；春天易流行感冒，春雨淅淅沥沥地下个不停，很烦人；春天冷热不均，忽冷忽热……”结果老师不点名地批评说，有的同学写春天不好，是不听老师讲解，胡思乱想跑了题的结果。古往今来，文人们都夸春天好，说春天不好是动错了脑筋。报载二：牛牛上小学五年级，一天，妈妈下班带了两个小弟弟回家，对牛牛说：…     

"偏才"不宜"偏科"

拜读了李德山老师的《重视“偏才”的培养》（见《教育与职业》2001年3期）一文，感到确实是个问题，一个人全面发展固然好，但能精通一技，脱颖而出亦好。笔者也为偏才少年满舟能作为保送生入读复旦大学，感到由衷地高兴，毕竟社会向我们的偏才少年开了绿灯。但高兴之余，还是要向热心教育改革的人士和莘莘学子进一言：偏才理应重视，但“偏才”不宜“偏科”。只要大家到学生中走一走，聊一聊，你会发现韩寒、满舟的同龄人，不论是城镇，还是乡村，不少就是韩寒的偶像崇拜者，狂迷者。他们在学业上，基础学科本就蹩脚，有畏唯情绪，有意避…

人教版高中语课本第六册，选有白维国先生《曹雪芹与（红楼梦〉》一，内中写道：“由于贾母的溺爱，贾宝玉得以长期在内帏厮混，也是由于贾母的疼爱，失怙无依的林黛玉从扬州来到荣国府，客观上为宝黛爱情的发展提供了条件。”（据《咬嚼字》2006年第12期丁学军）关于“失怙无依的林黛玉”云云，丁学军先生已作了驳议。[第一段]     

老舍的"严肃"与"笑声"
