在构建社会主义和谐社会的进程中,必须以整体和谐管理思想为指导,进一步深化高校管理体制改革。高校管理体制改革的基本任务是,重新定位高校的功能,重新建构高校内部权力分配与权力体系,重新认识高校教育绩效评价过程中的各种矛盾,重新探索地方院校发展速度与建设质量间的最佳模式。

Its main purpose is to demonstrate a decision‐making tool that makes crystal clear the level of committed engagement your client managers can opt for, and what they can expect to get in return, proportionately, from any proposed change initiative put before them.     

The discourse of issues management: A genre of organizational communication

In this essay, I use the rhetorical approach of generic criticism to analyze issues management campaigns: instances of public relations discourse in which an organization makes explicit efforts to influence public policy. There are striking similarities among contemporary organizations’ issues management campaigns in terms of their organizing principle, situational requirements, and substantive and stylistic characteristics. Using a structurational perspective, I illustrate the genre rules (Yates &; Orlikowski, 1992) that serve as the medium and outcome of this discourse. Throughout the essay, I employ the University of Minnesota's recent attempt to increase its public funding during a period of institutional transition to explicate the genre rules.

This article outlines a framework for the analysis of issues management campaigns and provides a first step toward the development of a structuational theory of their genre rules. Moreover, it argues that a rhetorical approach to the study of such organizational communication creates fresh insights and understandings in an area traditionally dominated by a focus on effects.     

The key to organizational performance improvement: A perspective of organizational knowledge creation

The primary purpose of this research is to explore the impacts of knowledge creation practices on organizational performance improvement. Research has been empirically assessed on the basis of the collected data from three Korean private organizations. The concept of knowledge creation theory was adapted as the theoretical framework of this research (Nonaka & Takeuchi, 1995). Structural equation modeling has been used in order to assess the fit of the hypothesized model with the collected data. The result of the confirmatory factor analysis suggests that the hypothesized measurement model is a reliable and valid construct in the Korean context; multiple regression analysis reveals that knowledge creation practices have a positive and strong influence on performance improvement. Conclusions, limitations, and implications for human resource development are discussed.     

A change management,systems thinking,or organizational development approach to the No Child Left Behind act

Problems with implementation of the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) can be assessed in light of change management theory. Viewing stakeholders collectively as a corporate entity supports employing change management strategies to make the NCLB work. Examining ways that organizational controls and change management can work together points to possible reasons for the problems NCLB has encountered. Finally, strategies are suggested that may facilitate education reform and also have broad application for human performance technology practice.

我们将西方马克思主义会牵扯到第二国际之内,主要是因为西方马克思主义的脱胎于第二国际的分化,另外就是因为第二国际处了两个时代的交叉点上,即古典的资本主义和现代的资本主义。资本主义从古典形态转为现代形态,正是这种转变本身构成了第二国际很多理论家对资本主义新形态的判定,另外就是第二国际处于两个世界,即东方世界和西方世界的交叉点。西方世界指西方发达的资本主义国家,东方世界即苏联、东欧和中国为核心的社会主义世界。

切斯特·巴纳德作为组织系统学派的创始人,他对战略管理研究领域的贡献,犹如法约尔和泰罗对古典管理学的贡献．巴纳德以环境研究为起点,将管理学的研究引向了对战略问题的关注,扩大了管理学研究的客观领域。他强调对个人的、社会的因素的分析,强调主观因素与客观环境相符合,认为最终的战略选择应是在顾及到较遥远未来的结果的基础上做出的。其思想不仅在曾经,而且现在和将来都将影响我们对战略管理理论的研究。     

A computational alternative to the Piagetian infant

Abstract

Piaget's (1953, 1955) increasingly controversial claim that infant knowledge depends upon action need not be rejected, provided the mechanisms underlying infant ability are conceptualized appropriately in computational terms. Computational concepts solve many problems caused by Piaget's notions of perception, behaviour, schemes, reciprocal-assimilation and action. Artificial intelligence work on vision offers a way of explaining early perceptual abilities that is precise, internally coherent and able to encompass recent findings of innate organization. Concepts from the procedural programming languages offer a way of accounting for both internal and overt aspects of behaviour, and for the functional coordination of perception and behaviour that characterizes infant anion. This perspective challenges Piaget's view that development necessitates a radical reconstruction of action-based knowledge. Conceptualized computationally, perceptual-behavioural action can be seen to involve representation in a nontrivial sense. Restructuring of action mechanisms can account for some central phenomena of infant development.

英语口语的提高是一个长期渐进的过程。相对于准确度而言，流利是提高英语口语表达能力的基础，它能增强学习者的信心，提高学习者的兴趣。基于人类学习语言的规律，文章从宏观的角度提出科学的学习步骤（流利－准确－自由对话），并对影响流利程度、准确程序以及对话自由程度的原因进行了由浅入深的分析；从微观的角度提出具体的方法：纠正发音、背诵范文、作口头陈述、确定练习伙伴、扩大知识面。     

Impression management messages and reactions to organizational reward allocations: The mediating influence of fairness and responsibility

In this scenario‐based experiment we examined the relationships among impression management messages, evaluations of reward allocations (fairness and responsibility) and reactions to rewards (anger, approval of manager and overall job satisfaction). The results suggest that impression management messages directly influence fairness and responsibility, and indirectly influence anger and approval. Specifically, justifications and enhancements increased evaluations of fairness, excuses decreased attributions of responsibility for unfair rewards, and entitling accounts increased attributions of responsibility for fair rewards. Also, justifications and enhancements indirectly decreased anger, increased approval, and increased job satisfaction through the mediating influence of fairness. Excuses and entitling accounts indirectly decreased anger and increased approval through the mediating influence of responsibility.
