试论木兰植物门的一级分类——一个被子植物八纲系统的新方案

近年来,植物比较形态学、化学分类学、古植物学、分支系统学和分子系统学研究的结果,对传统 上将被子植物分为单子叶和双子叶植物两大群的一级分类提出了挑战,怀疑这样的分类是否能反映被 子植物内部的主要进化趋势。我们认为分类必须建立在谱系关系上,以表示其自然系统。在早白垩世 结束之前,其中有一次被子植物大辐射,有8条主传代线似已明显出现。根据林奈阶层系统,我们以 “纲”级来命名这些传代线以显示被子植物内部的主要进化趋向,虽然某些“纲”是并系类群。我们不否 认,我们是进化系统学家,并系类群可以作为一个自然类群来命名而被接受。这8个纲列述如下:木兰 纲、樟纲、胡椒纲、石竹纲、百合纲、毛茛纲、金缕梅纲、蔷薇纲。在本文中,每个纲只举其所包含的主要的科,至于纲间的系统关系,以及纲内的分类系统,有待进一步研究 。     

The European university landscape: A micro characterization based on evidence from the Aquameth project

This paper provides a new and systematic characterization of 488 universities, from 11 European countries: Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and UK. Using micro indicators built on the integrated Aquameth database, we characterize the European university landscape according to the following dimensions: history/foundation of university, dynamics of growth, specialization pattern, subject mix, funding composition, offer profile and productivity.     

中国叶下珠亚科植物资料

The present paper is part of taxonomic study on Chinese Phyllanthoideae. Inclu- ded in it are two new varieties, Leptopus esquirolii var. villosus and Drypetes hainanensis var. longistipitata, one new combination, Glochidion triandrum var. siamense, and seven new re- cords in China: Drypetes salicifolia, D. hoaensis. Actephila subsessilis, Glochidion khasicum, G. nubigennum, Bridelia spiosa and B. poilanei.  In addition, seventeen taxon names are new- ly reduced: Liodendron formosanum = Drypetes formosana, Liodendron matsumurae = Dry- petes matsumurae, D. longipes = D. indica, Antidesma paxii = A. acidum, A. hiiranense, A. filipes and A. pentandrum var. hiiranense = A. japonicum, A. calvescens = A. montanum, A. microphyllum = A. venosum, Breynia stipitata var.  formosana and B. jormosana  =  B. vitis-idaea, Glochidion zeylanicum var. tomentosum = G. hirsutum, G. rubidulum = G. thom- sonii, G. acuminatum = G. triandrum, G. fagifolium and Phyllanthus fagifolius = Gloc- hidion sphaerogynum, Bridelia penangiena = B. insulana, B. henryana = B. tomentosa.  All the types are kept in SCBl and PE.     

An extended chemical analysis of gallstone

Chemical composition of gall stones is essential for aetiopathogensis of gallstone disease. We have reported quantitative chemical analysis of total cholesterol bilirubin, calcium, iron and inorganic phosphate in 120 gallstones from haryana. To extend this chemical analysis of gall stones by studying more cases and by analyzing more chemical constituents. A quantitative chemical analysis of total cholesterol, total bilirubin, fatty acids, triglycerides, phospholipids, bile acids, soluble proteins, sodium potassium, magnesium, copper, oxalate and chlorides of biliary calculi (52 cholesterol, 76 mixed and 72 pigment) retrieved from surgical operation of 200 patients from Haryana state was carried out. Total cholesterol as the major component and total bilirubin, phospholipids, triglycerides, bile acids, fatty acids (esterified), soluble protein, calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, sodium, potassium, inorganic phosphate, oxalate and chloride as minor components were found in all types of calculi. The cholesterol stones had higher content of total cholesterol, phospholipids, fatty acids (esterified), inorganic phosphate and copper compared to mixed and pigment stones. The mixed stones had higher content of iron and triglycerides than to cholesterol and pigment stones. The pigment stones were richer in total bilirubin, bile acids, calcium, oxalate, magnesium, sodium, potassium, chloride and soluble protein compared to cholesterol and mixed stones. Although total cholesterol was a major component of cholesterol, mixed and pigment gall stone in Haryana, the content of most of the other lipids, cations and anions was different in different gall stones indicating their different mechanism of formation.     

(0608)超强台风“桑美”的特点及成因分析

2006年第8号台风"桑美"(0608,SAOMAI)是1949年以来登陆我国大陆最强的台风,登陆时中心附近最大风力达到17级(60m·s-1),最低气压为920hPa,利用常规探测资料、地面资料、风云2C红外云图及北京T213资料,对其观测事实进行分析探讨,结果发现,"桑美"台风具有强度强、移速快、结构紧密,"个头"小、风速大、雨势猛、灾害重等特点,这些特点与大气环流的演变、影响台风的天气系统、相关物理量的分布、"桑美"本身的结构及其结构变化等有着十分密切的关系。对它进行研究具有重要的社会意义和经济意义。     

浅析一般压力表误差超差的原因及解决办法

一般压力表由于它结构简单、坚固耐用、维护方便、读数明显,在监控铁路设备安全运行方面起到了至关重要的作用。因此要求对压力表执行强检,检定周期为6个月。但压力表经过一段时间的使用,由于各种原因出现示值超差,而示值超差影响压力表数值的准确性,不能起到监控设备的作用,给铁路安全运行带来危险,甚至造成重大事故。因此分析造成一般压力表示值误差超差的原因,并找出相应的解决方法,尽可能减小示值误差是计量员的一项职责,也是一名计量检定员技术水平的体现。本文正是对这一问题进行了分析并提出几种解决办法。     

中国主要大学图书馆建设评价初步研究

本文应用聚类分析、多目标决策分析、回归及相关分析等方法,对国内主要大学的图书馆建设进行了评价研究。结果表明,大学相对排名和大学图书馆建设有较强的相关性,线性相关系数和Spearman秩相关系数均达0.6551(p≈0)。大学排名与图书馆建设的多变量回归模型为:y=78.967-0.104x₁-0.099x₃+1.809x₁,其中,y:大学排名,x₁:纸质馆藏总量(万册(件)),x₂:光盘及网络数据库(种),x₃:馆舍总建筑面积(万平方米)。决策评价等结果显示,在本文选定的61所国内主要大学中,北京大学、武汉大学、中山大学、华中科技大学、清华大学、复旦大学、华南理工大学、上海交通大学、西安交通大学及西南大学的图书馆建设实力最强,而燕山大学、山西大学、北京邮电大学、中国地质大学(武汉)及华北电力大学较弱。     

大学生信用档案建设的若干思考

建立大学生信用档案,对于提高大学生信用意识、促进助学贷款顺利实施、规范大学生就业市场及建立社会信用体系均具有重要意义。大学生信用档案具有真实性、凭证性、动态性和共享性等特征,其主要内容包括个人基本情况,以及在品行表现、专业学习、日常生活、助学贷款、学费缴纳、求职择业等方面的信用历史记录,其建立过程包括信用数据的收集、鉴定、整理与开发利用等环节。

Therapeutic evaluation of galangin on cartilage protection and analgesic activity in a rat model of osteoarthritis

BackgroundOsteoarthritis (OA) is a form of arthritis due to degradation of articular cartilage. OA is associated with stiffness, joint pain, and dysfunction, affecting adults worldwide. Galangin is a bioactive flavonoid that exerts several therapeutic and biological activities. Anti-hyperglycemic, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, and anti-apoptotic activities of galangin have been reported in several studies. In the present study, rats were divided into normal control, OA (control), galangin 10 mg/kg (low-dose), galangin 100 mg/kg (high-dose), and celecoxib 30 mg/kg (positive control) groups. All doses were administered orally for 14 consecutive days. The urinary type II collagen (µCTX-II) level as well as reactive oxygen species, tumor necrosis factor-alpha, interleukin-1 beta, interleukin-6, superoxide dismutase, catalase, lipid peroxidation, reduced glutathione, and glutathione peroxidase levels were measured. In addition, the CTX-II mRNA and protein expression levels were measured.ResultsGalangin supplementation significantly reduced the µCTX-II level compared with controls. Galangin treatment significantly reduced reactive oxygen species, lipid peroxidation, interleukin-1 beta, interleukin-6, and tumor necrosis factor-alpha levels, but increased catalase, superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, and reduced glutathione levels. Galangin treatment significantly reduced the CTX-II mRNA and protein expression levels. The low CTX-II level in tissue indicated the inhibition of cartilage degradation.ConclusionsIn summary, supplementation with galangin was effective against OA. The identification of potential therapeutic agents that inhibit inflammation may be useful for the management and prevention of OA.How to cite: Su Y, Shen L, Xue J, et al.
