从全面认识田径运动的本质与内涵人手，提出了田径运动在学校体育全面实施健康教育中占有十分重要的地位与作用，与其它项目相比较，具有无可替代的优越性。同时指出田径运动的健身价值将为学校体育全面实施健康教育提供正确方向，并为田径运动更好地适应当前学校体育健康教育提出了建议。     

田径运动在教育中的迷失与回归

田径运动是人类教育发展的升华,但随着社会的发展和人们生活方式的改变,专项田径教学在我国学校体育中的生存空间却越来越小。本文从田径运动在教育中的迷失与回归两个纬度对田径运动与学校体育相离合的轨迹进行阐述,旨在论证田径运动回归教育的必然性。     

科学发展观视野中的"体教结合"

在回顾“体教结合”10余年发展的基础上,以科学发展观的视野审视“体教结合”。认为：“体教结合”是时代的产物,也有阶段性的特征;只有加强学校体育,才能保证“体教结合”长远的发展。提出“体教结合”是现阶段竞技体育人才培养的重要途径,树立科学的大教育观、使体育成为教育的内核,校领导要在“体教结合”中发挥应有的作用,打破行政壁垒、形成行政合力等理念。

学校体育工作一直是体育教师的首要任务,如何做好学校体育工作,发挥学生积极主动性,是每个学校领导和体育工作者所面临的问题。高校成立大学生体育协会,充分调动了大学生积极主动性,发挥当代大学生组织管理能力,体现出大学生创新、发展的新思维;促进校园体育文化发展,使学校体育工作进入一个新局面。成立大学生体育协会是学校体育发展的需要,是学校体育推向社会的需要。     

Teacher Perceptions of a Physical Education Statewide Assessment Program

Abstract

A statewide program assessment was established to make positive change in physical education school programs in South Carolina. Reform efforts depend both on balancing accountability for change and teacher support for change (Odden &Anderson, 1986). The purpose of the study was to determine teacher perceptions of the South Carolina Physical Education Assessment Program and its effects across six related themes including: changes in teaching and learning, changes in curriculum and instruction, teacher awareness of the assessment program, teacher support for the program, work place conditions, and the advocacy role of the program. It was also the purpose of this study to determine if the survey responses were in any way related to teacher and school variables. The overall results of the study indicated positive change and support for the assessment program, supporting the viability of the standards, assessment, and accountability reform effort to positively impact physical education programs.

在我国体育是外来品.人类早期,在生产生活中积累了许多运用身体锻炼增进健康的知识和技能,如何把这类知识与技能向后代传授,就是身体教育问题.最初是家庭的自发活动,后来有了简单的社会组织.到18、19世纪,人类找到了一种最基本、最科学也是最有效的方式,即与学校教育紧密结合,成为人的全面发展教育的组成部分.随了教育普及和发展,这种教育成了各国提高民族身体素质的基础,形成了专门知识体系,这就是我们专称的"体育".体育是在西方发展起来的,要探寻其本源和真义,也应当到西方体育中去寻觅.     

The Role of Content Knowledge in Conceptions of Teaching Effectiveness in Physical Education

Physical education teachers and the programs that prepare them find themselves in the early part of the 21st century in a public policy environment that differs significantly from that of the 20th century. This policy environment is grounded in an ideology that postulates that schools and teachers, rather than social forces, should be held responsible for academic outcomes, and in turn, economic success. For the first time, physical education teachers are being held accountable for student learning in the same way as their classroom peers. Improving the effectiveness of teachers is seen as the primary mechanism for improving student learning. In discussing how teaching effectiveness has evolved, I describe a relationship among the process–product paradigm, the ecological paradigm, and a neo-ecological paradigm called the instructional core. The latter paradigm extends our understanding of teaching effectiveness in new ways by describing the dynamic and interdependent relationship among teacher, student, and content in the gymnasium. It has significant implications for the professional development of teachers and the conduct of teaching effectiveness research. I conclude by discussing why content is so critical to conceptions of teaching effectiveness.

淮安市学校体育竞赛现状的调查研究

本文采用查阅文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计等方法,对淮安市部分小学体育竞赛的现状进行了调查研究。通过调查,摸清了淮安市中小学体育竞赛的基本现状,并就存在的一些问题,提出了体育竞赛建议和改革措施。     

以色列温盖特体育与运动学院发展特色探析

以色列温盖特体育与运动学院作为以色列国家体育与运动中心,在以色列体育事业的发展中扮演了重要角色。运用文献资料法等研究方法从4个方面对其发展特色展开分析,认为经过50多年的发展,温盖特体育与运动学院形成了"以竞技体育与大众体育的发展为目标,以基础设施的建设与管理为支撑,以国际体育交流与合作的开展为方向"的特色。温盖特体育与运动学院的发展特色对我国体育院校有4个方面的启示:一是明确"普及"与"提高"相结合的目标定位;二是加强国际体育交流,开拓国际视野;三是基础设施的建设与管理体系的构建应相得益彰;四是逐步形成自身的发展特色。     

体育课中实施常识教育的教学方法与措施

本文主要从以往单纯的体育课教学模式着手进行改革,把德育、常识教育以一定的教学组织内容,并占有相应的课时比重,融入体育课教学。通过具体的教学实践研究,形成一套完整的体育课教学模式,使德育与常识教育,能够在体育课教学的过程中,得到真正的具体体现,来指导体育课教学。

大学生素质教育是发挥个人潜能,是全面落实发展教育方针的教育模式,是注重创新能力和实践能力培养的教育,是学生个性健康发展的教育,是人的适应性与创造性相结合统一的教育。在体育课教学中素质教育,是时代的需要,是体育教学改革的需要,我们要认识体育教育在素质教育中作用,才能深化的研究体育教育教学,才能认真研究体育教育与素质教育之间的关系,认清形势,抓住机遇,积极探索,在推进素质教育的道路上阔步前进。     

试议体育与运动

在社会实践与科学研究的推动下,需要澄清体育和运动概念的含义。体育是从身心发展出发,以身体活动为内容进行的教育行为。运动是有意识的身体活动。运动存在着种种不同的形式和内容,竞技运动是其中主要的一类。体育和运动是一对矛盾,并非是上位概念和下位概念的关系。     

Effects of Two Instructional Approaches on Skill Development,Knowledge, and Game Performance

Two instructional approaches that have been of interest in promoting sport have been the Sport Education Model (SEM) and the Traditional Style (TS) of teaching physical education. The purpose of this study was to investigate how SEM and TS would affect skill development, knowledge, and game performance for volleyball at the secondary level. A 2 × 3 (group × time) research design was utilized on 47 secondary students testing volleyball skills, knowledge, and game performance. Participants were placed in either the SEM or the TS via stratified randomization, and then were tested pre, mid, and post intervention through the 20-lesson volleyball unit. The 2 × 3 repeated measures Analysis of Variances (ANOVAs) with Bonferroni correction revealed no significant difference between models for skills and knowledge, but there was for game performance for group [F(1, 45) = 10.27, p < .008, η² = .19], time [F(2, 90) = 8.62, p < .008, η² = .16], and group × time interaction [F(2, 90) = 8.43, p < .008, η² = .16]. If the goal of the physical education program is to promote quality game play, the SEM may be more effective than the TS.     

Children's Experiences of Fun and Enjoyment During a Season of Sport Education

This paper reports on a 16-week sport education (SE) unit with just over 70 year 5 students (M age = 10.04 years) in one United Kingdom school during the spring and summer terms and discusses students' SE experiences. Student interviews were conducted throughout the season and a questionnaire on different motivation aspects was administered prior to and before completing the SE season. We report and examine the data in relation to hypothesized influences on fun and enjoyment, including being part of a team, autonomy, and improving game play. The principal reasons SE may be more enjoyable than previous physical education lessons include the greater opportunities for autonomy, affiliation, and competition, plus perceived learning.

体育保健康复知识在中小学体育教学中的应用研究

采用文献资料等研究方法,以中小学体育教学为切入点,对保健康复知识在中小学的应用进行深入研究发现:保健康复知识纳入到中小学体育教学中去可以丰富教学内容,提升学生兴趣、引导体育课程向更好的方面发展。同时,提出了在体育课堂进行讲授,开设保健康复课程以及把保健康复知识编写到中小学体育教材之中、对体育教师进行相关培训的对策,为保健康复知识在中小学体育课程中的应用提供重要的理论依据。     

中国传统文化与学校体育可持续发展

中国传统文化是学校体育可持续发展的外环境因素，它主要由儒家、道家和禅宗文化构成，具有中庸和平、泛道德性、人文精神、非独立性、静止停滞、乡土情结等特质，通过研究它的理性因素对学校体育可持续发展的正面影响和非理性因素带来的负面影响，来探讨在学校体育思想、内容和方法上应采取的发展对策。     

运动学--未来体育与竞技的整合

从美国大学体育系改名入手，探讨了体育和竞技在命名中的问题，指出运动学是未来体育和竞技的整合，并对运动学的就业进行研究。通过对国外最新体育科技的介绍，以期对国内体育院系的发展提供借鉴及为国内体育理论的研究提供新的视角。
