 One new species Coloniophora shanxiensis Y. J. Ling et S. L. Xie, is described,and one new record, C. spicata (Schmid.) Islam, is reported both from shanxi, China.     

四环藻属新种和新变种(硅藻门)

This paper reports a diatom assemblage found by the author from the Upper Tertiary continental strata in Shangdu County in Niemongol Autonomous Region and Dun- hua County in Jilin Province of China. The diatom assemblage in Shangdu County com- prises 4 new species and 2 new varieties: Tetracyclus ellipticus var. ovalifolium Li;  Tetra- cyclus ellipticus var. rostrata Li;  Tetracyclus jaoi Li;  Tetracyclus navicularis Li;  Tetracyclus shangduensis Li and Tetracyclus sinensis Li. From the Miocene of Dunhua County;  JilinProvince are recorded 2 new species: Tetracyclus dunhuanensis Li and Tetracyclus ovaliformis Li.     

小盘藻属，我国微型硅藻类的一个新记录属

本文描述了我国首次记录的小盘藻属Minidiscus硅藻四种。主要特征是壳缘无环突起，壳面上 的支持突和1个唇形突均远离壳缘。小盘藻M．trioculatus，奇特小盘藻M．comicus和智利小盘藻M．chilensis为我国的新记录；细弱小盘藻M．subtilis为新种。它们的主要区别在于壳面花纹及支持突和唇形突排列方式的不同。     

中国褐茸藻属二新种

The present paper deals with two new species, namely, Giffordia zhejiangensis and Giffordia hainanensis from Zhejiang and Hainan of China.     

中国新发现的几种红藻(Ⅱ)

在研究我国产的杉藻目和红皮藻目的种类过程中,发现属于这两个目的4个新种,它们是西沙腹 根藻Tenaciphyllum xishaense Xia et Wang,网状隐蜘藻Cryptarachne reticulata Xia et Wang,西沙网囊藻Fau-chea xishaensis Xia et Wang和海南红皮藻Rhodymenia hainanensis Xia et Wang。     

辽宁顶丝藻科两新种

Two new species of the family Acrochaetiaceae are described from Liaoning Province, China, i.e. ,Audouinella curviramulosa R.X. Luan and A.pugettia R. X. Luan.     

中国西部柳属新植物

 Two new species and one new variety of Salix L. from western China, namcl. S. ludingensis T. Y. Ding et C. F. Fang, S. neoamnematchinensis T. Y. Ding et C. F. Fang, and S. taoensis Gorz var. leiocarpa T. Y. Ding et C. F.Fang, are reported in this paper.     

变豆菜属二新种

Two new species of the genus Sanicula (Umbelliferae), S. pengshuiensis Sheh etZ.Y.Liu and S. oviformis X.T.Liu et Z.Y.Liu, are described from Sichuan Province, China.     

贵州水绵属新资料

 Reported in the present paper are two new species and one new record of  Spirogyra.  The  two  new  species  are  Spirogyra  subferruginea  and  S.kweichowensis;  the new record for China is Spirogyra brunea Czurda.     

穗花柊叶属(竹芋科)植物增补

The present paper reports the first record of the eGnus Stachyphryni- um, Marantaceae, in China.  It is characterized by solitary spikes, elongated and erect with impricated bracts.  The inflorescence arises from a short stem on the rhizome.       In this genus there are 14 species in total.  They are distributed from Sri Lanke to Java and Borneo, through Indo-China Peninsula, Malay Pennisula.  Its distribution center is in Indo-China Penninsula and Malay Penninsula.  The north limit lies in sou- thern Yunnan of China. Most species of the genus have a stenochorie area, for example, S. zeylanicum is endemic to Sri Lanka; S. latifolium occurs in Java only and so on.      A New species, S. Sinense H. Li, to China, is illustrated and described in Latin.     

美国智库对中美科技竞争的观点解读及对策建议

[目的/意义]准确研判美国智库对于中美科技竞争的基本观点,是分析美国对中国进行科技竞争的舆论走向、战略认知与政策取向的重要依据。[方法/过程]选取美国8家主流智库的11份代表性研究成果作为研究样本,发现美国智库主要围绕中国科技实力的发展对美国产生的影响与美国如何同中国展开科技竞争这两个议题进行全面与深入的探讨。总体而言,美国主要智库已就中国科技实力对美国形成重要挑战这一点达成一定的共识,但在美国同中国展开科技竞争应实行的具体政策上存在一定的分歧。[结果/结论]美国智库总体上对中美科技竞争持消极观点,这是美国对中国的战略认知出现转变的结果。这些观点的传播将影响美国政府对华科技政策的取向,影响其他国家同中国展开的科技合作。中国应该在理性与辩证地看待美国主流智库观点的基础上,消除美国智库观点带来的消极影响,管控中美间在科技领域的战略竞争,努力拓展同美国以及其他国家在科技领域的合作空间,增强自主创新能力,化解中国在科技外交上可能面临的不利局面。     

荨麻科肉被麻属的修正

作者检查了肉被麻属及球隔麻属的模式及其他大量标本后，认为它们是同一个单种属。   它们均具有环状柱头和肉质的具4一5裂的管状花被，这与它们各自的原描述都有所不同。球   隔麻、球隔麻属及球隔麻亚族应分别被归并作为肉被麻、肉被麻属及肉被麻亚族的异名。与此  同时，肉被麻及肉被麻属的定义也应进行修正。
