抗坏血酸与牛血清白蛋白相互作用的光谱和电化学研究

用自制修饰电极通过循环伏安法和荧光法,分别研究牛血清白蛋白与抗坏血酸的相互作用.用循环伏安法和荧光法测得抗坏血酸与牛血清白蛋白的结合常数K分别为1.761×10~4L/mol和1.884×10~4L/mol,结合位点数均接近1.0.实验测得抗坏血酸对牛血清白蛋白是静态猝灭.抗坏血酸浓度与牛血清白蛋白荧光强度的降低在2.50×10~(-7)~3.50×10~(-4)mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为1.0×10~(-7)mol/L.牛血清白蛋白浓度与抗坏血酸氧化峰电流的下降在2.50×10~(-8)~5.00×10~(-5)mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为1.0×10~(-9)mol/L.此法用于样品中抗坏血酸和牛血清白蛋白的测定,结果满意.     

流动注射催化动力学光度法测定痕量铁的研究

本文基于F4~(3 )对KIO_4 氧化紫脲酸铵褪色的催化效应,利用流动注射技术建立了一个催化动力学光度法测定痕量Fe~(3 )的新方法;该方法的线性范围:1×10~(-9)—1×10(-7)g/mL;检出限为:3.5×10~(-10)g/mL Fe~(3 ),RSD为1.2％(c=5×10~(-8)g/mL);方法用于人发及血清样品中痕量Fe~(3 )的测定,效果满意。     

催化动力学光度法测定微量元素铜(Ⅱ)

基于在p H=11.0的NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液中,在邻菲啰啉存在下,铜(Ⅱ)对双氧水氧化紫脲酸铵的褪色反应具有催化作用,建立了催化动力学光度法测定微量元素铜(Ⅱ)的新方法.该方法的线性范围为0.01~0.15μg/m L,检出限为1.4×10-3μg/m L.对0.1μg/m L的铜(Ⅱ)进行11次测定,测得相对标准偏差为1.3%,用于样品(海带、延河水)中微量铜的测定,结果满意.     

高碘酸钾氧化龙胆紫催化动力学光度法测定微量碘的研究

在乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液及NaCl的介质中,碘能催化高碘酸钾氧化龙胆紫的褪色反应.据此建立了催化动力学测定微量碘的新方法.此方法的检出限为CL=6.7×10-2μg/mL,碘的线性范围为:0.2728mg/L～54.56mg/L,可直接用于加碘食盐、海带中碘的测定,结果满意.     

Nafion-多壁碳纳米管复合膜修饰玻碳电极测定没食子酸的研究

利用Nafion分散和成膜作用、多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)优良的导电能力和大的比表面积研制的化学修饰电极(Nafion-MWCNTs/GCE),表征修饰电极的结构与性能,发现Nafion-MWCNTs/GCE修饰电极对没食子酸有显著的电催化氧化作用.实验表征电化学动力学性质结果显示,没食子酸的氧化过程是双电子双质子过程,电极的扩散系数及速率常数分别为2.81×10-5cm2/s及2.89×10-3mol/(L·s).通过实验优化条件,建立直接、快速电分析测定没食子酸的方法,线性范围为5.82×10-7~6.30×10-5mol/L和1.30×10-4~2.39×10-4mol/L,检出限为2.8×10-7mol/L,测定10次的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.45%,可用于没食子酸样品的质量分数测定.     

直接电位法同时测定邻硝基苯酚和对硝基苯酚

本文以长链溴化S-烷基双硫腙衍生物为载体制备了邻硝基苯酚阴离子电极和对硝基苯酚阴离子电极,建立同时测定邻硝基苯酸和对硝基苯酚的方法。邻硝基苯酚的线性检测范围为 5×10~(-3)-3×10~(-5)mol/L,检测下限为9×10~(-6)mol/L;对硝基苯酚的线性检测范围为5×10~(-3)-2×10~(-5)mol/L,检测下限为9×10~(-6)mol/L。     

阻抑催化光度法测定痕量硫氰酸根

在pH=4．5的HAc-NaAc介质中,痕量硫氰酸根能阻抑以2,2’-联吡啶为活化剂,阴离子表面活性剂十二炕基苯磺酸钠 (SDBS)为增溶剂,银催化过硫酸钾氧化天青(Ⅱ)的褪色反应,据此建立测定痕量硫氰酸根的阻抑催化动力学光度分析方法．该法检测限为2．0×10-2mg／L;线性范围为0．02-0．20mg／L.用于吸烟者和不吸烟者尿液中痕量硫氰酸根测定,结果满意．     

离子选择性电极在氟离子测定中的应用

本文利用氟离子选择性电极对氟离子的高选择性,建立了对运城市盐湖区自来水和绿茶中氟含量的测定方法.实验测定了F-的选择性系数,并选择了测定F-的适宜pH范围.结果表明,F-测定的线性范围为0.05~10mg/L,根据IUPAC建议,计算出该方法测定F-的检出限为3×10-5mg/L,对浓度为0.05mg/L的F-标准溶液进行11次平行测定的精密度为0.26%.该法具有灵敏度高,选择性好等优点,可以用于样品中氟含量的测定,结果令人满意.     

硫氰酸盐树脂相光度法测定钢中钼

在0.5mol.L~(-1)H_2SO_4—0.5mol.L~(-1)HClO_4介质中,SCN~-离子与 Mo(Ⅴ)形成MoO(SCN)_5~(2-)桔红色络阴离子,可用强磁性阴离子交换树脂吸附富集,进行树脂相分光光度测定,其摩尔吸光系数达 8.96×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),比水相测定的灵敏度高出 8倍以上。钼在 0～1.8mg/L之间服从比耳定律,用于钢中钼的测定,结果令人满意。     

碳纳米管修饰电极上核黄素电化学行为的研究及其分析应用

研究多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极上核黄素的电化学行为,建立高灵敏度测定核黄素的电化学分析方法.在0.05mol/L磷酸缓冲液中(pH=7.0),核黄素在-410mV(vs.Ag/AgCl,3mol/L NaCl)和-446mV处出现一对氧化还原峰.电流与核黄素的浓度在1.0×10-6～1.0×10-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为3.2×10-7mol/L.对1.0×10-5mol/L核黄素连续11次测定,相对标准偏差为1.2%,分别制作7个修饰电极,相对标准偏差为4.7%.进行样品片剂核黄素的分析,结果满意.
