On May 26 and 27, 2011, the 2nd Sino-US S&T Strategic Policies Meeting and Workshop on Managing Intellectual Property (IP) was held in Beijing.Jointly organized by the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), the US National Academy of Science (NAS) and the US National Academy of Engineering (NAE), the meeting & workshop was hosted by the CAS Bureau of International Cooperation and the CAS Graduate University.It provided an opportunity for both sides to exchange views on S&T strategic policies, especially laws, regulations, measurements and practices on intellectual property management.This was the first time that the meeting & workshop comes to China after the first session of such a meeting & workshop was held in US in 2009.  相似文献

为改善经典层次分析法用于科研绩效评价时主观性强、导向性弱、定量成分少的缺陷,对一种新的自适应层次分析法进行研究和探讨.该方法能够根据被评价对象在科研评价指标上的数据分布特征,对评价指标的权重进行动态调整,从而在评价过程中充分体现稀缺性指标的导向作用,实现更为合理的绩效分配.以某高校科研数据为例,检验该方法在科研评价体系中的应用效果,评价结果符合预期.  相似文献

以YQY11 4p-2,31KW潜油电机为例,通过计算得到定子上的损耗;利用流体力学、传热学的知识,计算了潜油电机定子表面的散热系数;建立了定子半个轴向段三维温度场的数学模型,采用有限元法对温度场进行了计算,得到温度分布图,并对结果进行了对比分析。  相似文献

目的:构建真核表达IL-18-GPI融合基因的表达载体,观察融合蛋白在哺乳动物细胞中的表达动力学及生物学活性,为进一步研究细胞因子作为免疫增强剂在临床肿瘤治疗中的应用奠定基础.方法:通过RT-PCR的方法从脂多糖刺激的外周血淋巴细胞中钓取IL-18基因,通过共用限制性酶切位点与GPI相连形成pcDNA-IL-18-GPI真核表达质粒.将质粒转染CHO细胞后建立稳定表达融合蛋白的细胞株用于融合蛋白的提取.对提取纯化的蛋白进行生物学特性、蛋白质转移分析和γ-IFN诱导实验.结果:获得714 bp的核酸序列并构建重组质粒pcDNA-IL-18-GPI.SDS-PAGE和West-blot显示在CHO细胞中表达的IL-18-GPI融合蛋白分子量约为27.5 kD,该蛋白具有明显的蛋白转移和诱生γ-IFN的作用.结论:IL-18-GPI融合蛋白是一种潜在的肿瘤疫苗增强剂,具有良好的应用前景.  相似文献

After a wave of earthquakes in 1692 and 1693, the astronomer John Flamsteed composed an innovative explanation of their causes. He argued that they did not originate underground but were caused by explosions of nitrous and sulphurous particles in the air. Although the idea now sounds strange, Flamsteed's account was expressed in terms that were familiar to his contemporaries in the Royal Society, drawing particularly on Boyle's chemistry and air-pressure experiments. Flamsteed was more unusual in his conviction that the earth was virtually solid; this made him an opponent of structural theories offered by Thomas Burnet, Robert Hooke and Edmond Halley. Flamsteed's ideas were dismissed by Hooke as 'nonsensicall', but by the time they were published, long after his death, they appeared closer to mainstream thinking.  相似文献

本文利用系统动力学的定性分析与定量分析相结合的原理和方法建立了国家科技基础条件平台的仿真模型,并通过所建模型的动态模拟,讨论分析了国家科技基础条件平台的系统结构及运作机制,并以平台制度体系建设为例进行了政策实验。本文的研究结果表明:系统动力学方法是研究国家科技基础条件平台中各种因素之间的错综复杂关系的有效手段,平台的政策实验为平台建设决策提供了科学的依据和有力的支持。  相似文献

电沉积法是通过电解作用把某些物质沉积在电极的表面,利用这一方法可以愈合混凝土的裂缝,它具有独特的优势,特别适用于传统的修复技术难以奏效的海工混凝土结构。本文对国内外利用电沉积法修复混凝土裂缝的研究进行了评述,并介绍了近年来在国家自然科学基金资助下我们在这一领域取得的最新研究成果。  相似文献
