首先梳理了欧盟对我国自行车采取反倾销措施的历史脉络,以及这期间的自行车贸易状况变迁;然后实证分析了反倾销税征收后的我国自行车出口价格的调整,以及出口价格调整后带来的出口绩效变化。研究结果表明,为应对反倾销税提高,自行车企业采取了出口价格提升策略,这种价格调整策略在一定程度上避免了出口额和利润率的下滑,但未能有效规避出口数量以及占欧盟自行车进口市场份额下滑。

我国出口企业经营策略趋同探悉

文章主要是通过对我国出口企业经营策略的分析，揭示出我国出口企业在经营策略方面存在趋同的弊端。尽管我国劳动力、能源及原材料的价格并不是世界上最低的，但许多出口企业却往往采取低价定位的做法。在文章中提到了低价倾销，在国际市场上的竞争手段仍以价格竞争为主。此外还提到出口市场太过集中，我国出口商品50％以上运往美国，欧盟和日本。再有就是销售渠道太过单一，除私营企业、股份合作公司和股份有限公司采取了较为多样的销售方式外，其它类型的出口企业普遍存在产品销售渠道狭窄的问题。这些种种问题给我国出口带来很大的危害，不仅导致出口市场不规范、混乱而且还会引起进口国对我国的贸易壁垒甚至会危及到产业。究其原因，主要是因为企业间的比较优势日益削弱，企业已经习惯统一的管理经营模式。对此现象我提出了两点建议：一方面政府应从政策上宏观调控，另一方面企业自身要对其经营策略进行创新。
