文章的整体经营

我今天主要从文章的整体经营的角度谈谈我的一些感受和体会。根据学生的程度不同，我认为“下水文”对学生可以起到两个层面的示范作用。     

从理性角度解析科学与政治

长期以来，人们一直在探讨科学与政治的关系，“科学政治化”与“政治科学化”在社会的发展中互动，作为科学工作者更应该从理性的角度出发全面审视和解析科学与政治之间的这种互动关系，用以指导科研工作沿着正确的轨道发展。     

“言志明道”与“缘情尚文”——摭谈秦汉隋唐文章理论的双轨发展

我国古代文章学理论在唐代以前就初具规模。“言志明道”说明了社会生活乃至阶级属性对文章功能的干预作用，“缘情尚文”则显示了文章的发展有着自身的特点。纵观整个古代文论，“言志”与“缘情”、“明道”与“尚文”始终处于对峙发展之中。本文试以秦汉隋唐文论的状况分析为基础，找出文章理论双轨发展的规律。     

巧妙的“一字文”

一字诗:前几年,某文学刊物刊登了一首题为《生活》的诗。全诗只有一个字——“网”,它高度概括了“生活”丰富、复杂的内涵,形象生动地道出了生活中错综复杂、千丝万缕的关系。一字书信:相传乾隆十九年朝廷开科大考,纪昀(纪晓岚在兄弟排行第五)赴试前,给同县才子张玉连(也排行第五)写信道:“纪五问张五,进京会试不?”让书童呈上,张的复信,纪昀打开一看,却只有一个“不”字。一字军书:1944年12月,德国军队包围了美军第101空降师。德军派人送信劝降,美军统帅麦克奥     

写好文章的几个“一”

常有同学问我: "老师,怎样才能写好作文?"这其实是一个很大的、并非三言两语就能回答的问题.在这里,我想和大家分享一下写好文章的几个"一".     

谈"文道统一"原则在语文教学中的地位

教学中的思想道德教育,特别是人文学科语文教学中的思想道德教育,对广大中学生的健康成长和树人、成人、成才、成功健全人格的培养及完善,将起着举足轻重的作用,全体语文教师必须予以高度重视。     

学术的沉沦与编辑的退却——从编辑"把关"与"放行"看"学术失范"和"学术腐败"的蔓延

在“中国学术的深层危机”的背景下,编辑成了被追逐、拉拢、攀附、合谋的对象和进攻、暗算、攫取、蚕食的目标。编辑-出版环节之所以成为“学术失范”和“学术腐败”的实现途径,是因为它具备了适宜“学术失范”和“学术腐败”生长的土壤。编辑在具有“把关”权力的同时还具有“放行”的权力,他们既是“把关人”也是“过关人”。面对学术的沉沦编辑无奈作出正确的选择。     

从“读文章”的角度谈“写文章”

出于工作需要和个人爱好，我每年都订阅10余种报刊，平均每个月要读数百篇文章（当然其中一部分只是浏览而已）。每读到让人怦然心动、欣然思动、肃然行动的文章，都会在我内心生出无限的感激、热爱和幸福，这种感激和幸福伴随我生活的每一天。     

如何写出情文并茂的文章

“情”是文章的神,“文”是文章的形。读一篇文章,如果只有深刻的思想,而不讲究文采技巧,如同面对一个机器人,形同槁木,又哪来美感呢？如果只有华美的语言,而缺乏思想情感,如同面对一个植物人,形貌再美,又有何用呢？所以,一篇文章应贵在情文并茂、文质兼美。根据多年的教学实践与教学经验,笔者认为要写出一篇情文并茂的文章,可以从以下几个方面来训练学生。     

语文教学中的"文道统一"

“文道统一”的“文”与“道”是借助于古人的说法。“文”泛指文章的表现形式，“道”泛指文章的思想内容。“文道统一”即文章内容与形式的统一。     

Conceptualising plagiarism: using Lego to construct students' understanding of authorship and citation

The transition from further to higher education is marked by a series of challenges for the new student, not least the requirement to learn the discourse of academic practice, and referencing as a part of that. By perceiving what it means to reference, students should also come to understand what it means to write, including the problematic areas of authorship and ownership of ideas. Academic writing and paraphrasing are demanding concepts that require the student writer to enter into the academic discourse and relinquish their hold on the worlds of a text and embrace instead the argument behind them, in a form of ‘language-game’. Taking an interpretative, dialogic approach to referencing, the inherent playfulness of learning is emphasised through the use of Lego, used as a metaphor for the students' construction of meaning and to exemplify the discipline of citation and attribution. This paper outlines a method that metaphorically and literally enables students to construct and make visible the underlying theoretical philosophy of referencing and plagiarism by using Lego as a mode of authorship, in the context of the nature of academic discourse and what it means to write. In addition, the personal, engaging nature of the activity meant that it would be a more memorable activity too.     

高校学术腐败现象之透视与对策

揭示了高校学术腐败的种种现象，分析其危害性和产生的根源，并探讨反学术腐败的若干对策。     

Predictors of funding in academic fields

This study assesses the relative salience of various predictors of funding in different academic fields. Predictors of funding include the various dimensions of past research performance: articles, articles in leading journals and books. Articles predict quite accurately funding decisions in chemistry (r=0.58; p<.001). Books, on the other hand, are not the dominant predictor of funding in either the social or physical sciences. The implications of these findings for higher education are discussed and elaborated.     

试论反腐败工作中的制度构建

如何制约腐败,并从根本上祛除执政党肌体上的这一毒瘤,是反腐败工作中的关键。制度缺失是滋生权力腐败的根本原因。必须建立严密的权力制约制度、有效的权力监督机制、完善的腐败惩处制度和反腐败教育制度才能从根源上遏止腐败产生的温床。     

也谈腐败的成因及预防对策

在我国 ,腐败现象仍然比较严重 ,其原因主要有 :政治体制改革滞后遗留一些弊端 ;市场经济的负面效应使国家工作人员产生不良心理倾向 ;惩治贪污贿赂犯罪的法律制度不健全。对此应采取以下预防对策 :推进政治体制改革 ,强化监督制约机制 ;加强对党政干部的思想政治教育工作 ,杜绝或减少国家工作人员的不良心理倾向 ;健全惩治贪污贿赂犯罪的法律制度     

建立健全五大机制构建具有高校特点的惩防腐败体系

构建高校惩防腐败体系,必须坚持教育、制度、监督并重,惩防并举,着力建立五大机制:1.建立健全反腐倡廉教育机制,筑牢思想道德防线;2.建立健全制度防腐机制,建设制度保障体系;3.建立健全权力运行监控机制,加强对权力的监督;4.建立健全惩处和责任追究机制,发挥惩处和责任追究的警戒作用;5.建立健全领导体制和工作机制,确保反腐倡廉各项工作落到实处。     

学术自由与学术规范对我国切实性问题的思考

学术自由与学术规范,是学术活动的两大基础,缺一不可。我国目前学术界的问题,恰恰在于存在着相互矛盾着的两个方面:一方面是自由不够,规范泛滥;另一方面是规范不够,自由泛滥。两方面相加的结果,大大损害了我国的学术事业。为此,必须加强制度建设和道德建设,构建符合我国国情的学术自由与学术规范。     

Moral authorship of novice teachers in primary education

This article focuses on moral authorship as an element of the professional development of novice teachers in the Netherlands. Moral authorship refers to the ability of teachers to observe, identify, verbalize and reflect on the moral aspects of their work in a proactive and dialogical manner. We elaborate on moral authorship by theoretically exploring six interdependent tasks of moral meaning making: moral commitment, awareness, orientation and positioning, moral performance and evaluation. Narratives of 19 novice teachers were analyzed to explore moral authorship in teachers’ talk. The results show the opportunities of moral authorship to support, navigate, and reinforce the professional development of novice teachers. This study suggests professional self-dialogs for enhancing the development of moral authorship.     

《联合国反腐败公约》对中国立法的影响

《联合国反腐败公约》于2006年2月14日正式在中国内地及香港生效,作为公约的缔约国,中国有义务最大限度地履行自己的国际义务。其中重要的内容便是尽快完善现行法律。包括修改刑法、刑事诉讼法、国家赔偿法,出台《反腐败法》、《反洗钱法》。     

对国有企业反腐倡廉制度建设若干问题的思考

加强国有企业反腐倡廉工作是保证国有企业健康发展的前提和保证,更是强化国有企业党风廉政建设的重要手段。本文从国有企业反腐倡廉制度的决策、制定、执行到监督的全过程提出存在的主要问题,分析原因,并针对这些问题提出了具体的解决对策。
