县域推进校本教研制度建设的行动策略

校本教研制度建设是以新课程理念为导向，以教师为研究主体。以课堂为主阵地。以新课程实施过程中教师所面临的各种具体问题为研究对象，以研究和解决教师教育教学中的实际问题，总结和提升教学经验为重点，以行动研究为主要方式，以促进每个学生的发展和教师专业化成长为宗旨的以校为本教研制度。     

教师专业化视角下教师职业道德建设探析

分析教师专业化发展与教师职业道德之间的关系，阐述目前教师职业道德出现的问题，以教师专业化为视角提出解决教师职业道德问题的途径。     

“问题即课题”的小课题研究促教师专业发展

为教师寻求专业成长的不竭源泉和动力，我校开展了《以有效研修促进教师专业化发展的研究与实践》课题研究，课题本着从实际出发、解决实际课堂教学中问题的态度，倡导教师“小课题研究”，以课题组活动为主要形式进行以校为本的有效研修适应性或开发性研究。课题组定期在校内组织多种形式和多种类型的有关提升教师专业素养、教学水平的学习研讨活动，为教师的学习和交流提供多种机会和途径，把教师个体发现和提出的问题转化为教师群体共同关注和思考的问题，     

实施校本研训一体化 促进教师专业化发展

一、确立校本研训理念,为教师专业化发展确定目标 学校校本研训以提高教师的专业化水平为目的，以新课程理念为支撑，以建立为学校与学生服务的学习型组织、培养造就学习型教师为目标，以课程与课堂教学研究为重点，以课程实施中的具体问题为对象，强调理论指导下的实验研究。为进一步加强师德建设，更新教师的教学理念，提高教师的教科研能力，转变教师的教学行为，全面提高教师的素质，学校确定了教师发展的三个目标。     

探索构建校本教研长效机制

校本教研是以新课程为向导，以促进学生发展为宗旨，以新课程实施过程中教师面对的各种问题为对象的教学研究活动。教师是教研的主体，帮助教师树立校本意识，解决面临的实际问题至关重要。近几年来，我校校本教研坚持“实践反思、同伴互助、专业引领，做中学，学中做，边实践，边反思”的基本思路，逐步形成了“教师学习——问题解决——实践运用——教师反思”的模式。

“先学后导、问题引领”教学模式是以问题发现、生成、解决为主线，以问题引领为手段，以任务驱动为问题解决途径的有效教学模式。其基本涵义旨在教师指导下使学生和教师以问题发现为主线进行评价性的自主合作学习，对生成问题进行互导性的合作探究学习，在此基础上进行以任务驱动为载体的问题探究学习。     

浅谈PBL教学模式

PBL教学模式的核心是“以问题为基础的学习”。与传统的以学科为基础，以教师为中心，学生被动学习的灌输式教学方法截然不同。PBL教学法树立以学生为中心，教师为引导，学生自主学习的教学理念。PBL教学法具有以重能力培养代替知识传授、以小组讨论代替班级授课制、以学生为中必代替以教师为中心、以“提出问题，收集资料，小组讨论论证问题，教师总结”代替传统教学模式中课堂教学的五大环节的特点。与远程开放教育强调学生自主学习，教师、学校提供支持服务的主导思想完全符合，几年来在开放教育教学的实践中得到应用。它改变了过去以教科书为内容的学习，而是以“发展知识的运用能力”为目标，利用各种媒体资源解决问题，促进学生自学，教师成为学生学习的引导者。     

论教师专业发展取向的同伴观摩

在传统观摩课中，教师对观摩课的认识存在误区，多数以评估教师为目的，组织缺乏系统性。课后讨论流于形式。以教师发展为取向的同伴观摩可以解决传统观摩课存在的问题，其主要模式是组建教师合作小组、进行观察前协商、教室观察、开展观察后讨论。同伴观摩有利于消除被观摩教师的心理压力，解决教学中的实际问题，促进教师间的长期合作研究。     

如何发挥年级组在校本教研中的作用

校本教研是以校为本的教学研究的简称，具体来说就是指教师在教学过程中以教学问题为中心开展的研究活动。在此，学校是校本教研的主阵地，教师是主体，教学问题是核心。由于它致力于解决本校教学中的实际问题，由教师亲身经历发现问题、提出问题并解决问题的过程。在此次新课程改革中，校本教研对推进教师之间的相互交流研究，教师个体的专业发展有着重要的现实意义。

校本培训是以学校为基础，以学校教师为主体，以促进学校发展、教师专业化水平的提高为目的，把教师培训、教育科研融为一体的培训活动。校本培训切合教师的实际，有针对性地解决教师在课改中的困惑和问题，有利于促进教师的专业成长。新课程的实施，教师是关键。受自身素质、教育理念、教学习惯等诸多因素的制约，教师对课改产生了许多困惑和不适应，教师实施新课标的能力成了课改的“瓶颈”问题。
