运用了文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析等方法对邯郸市城市社区居民的体育人口的现状进行了初步研究,结果表明:在2004年里邯郸市城市社区的体育人口为37.49%,高于全国平均水平31.4%,低于国内北京、烟台等发达城市,远远低于西方工业发达国家的体育人口.本文针对邯郸市城市社区体育人口的年龄、性别、学历、职业、收入水平等方面特征进行了分析,旨在为邯郸市全民健身活动的开展提供参考.  相似文献

为了较全面地了解高校外语教师的专业认同的水平与特点,采用量表法对311名高校外语教师进行了研究。结果表明:高校外语教师专业认同整体水平较好;性别、学校类别变量对高校外语教师专业认同发展影响不显著;民办院校的外语教师专业认同高于公立院校的教师,省会城市高于地级市;随着年龄的增长、教龄的增加和职称的提升,高校外语教师专业认同也相应提升;具有本科、硕士学历的外语教师专业认同水平高于博士学历的外语教师;高校外语教师专业认同的水平没有随收入的增加而提升。  相似文献

运用访谈和问卷调查等方法,对鞍山社区体育现状进行了调查与分析.调查发现年轻的居民比较注重体育的娱乐性和社交性,而随着年龄的增长,居民对体育健身功能的重视程度在逐渐增强;鞍山市社区的健身场所较为欠缺,健身器材不充足,健身项目较单一,有能力的组织者较少,不能满足社区居民的健身要求;体育社会指导员的指导水平参差不齐,整体水平有待于进一步提高.  相似文献

通过文献资料法和调查法,对河南省城市社区居民的体育意识进行了调查与分析.结果发现,河南省城市社区居民参与体育活动的目的多是为了锻炼身体、增进健康,对体育的功能都有正确的认识,而且随着年龄的增长,居民的健康意识逐步增强,对体育法规的了解也与他们的知识水平呈正相关;社区居民经常参加锻炼的项目有木兰扇、木兰拳、太极拳、太极剑、健身操、门球、柔力球等;缺少经费来源、缺少锻炼场地和缺少社区体育指导员的指导是影响社区体育发展的主要因素.  相似文献

采用问卷调查法与数理统计等研究方法,对商丘市中老年女性(41~60岁)参加广场舞练习的现状进行了调查探究.结果表明:参与者离退休人员占65.57%;在固定场所习舞者占91.15%;每周晚上习舞4~5次者占68.20%,每次习舞时间在1~2小时者占91.47%;组织形式为自发组织,习舞者的目的多为强身健体、娱乐交友.场地设施落后,锻炼环境没有保障,缺乏专业人员健身指导是影响参与者积极性的重要原因.  相似文献

采用文献法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,对泉州晋江市广场健身舞开展现状进行调查.结果表明:晋江市广场健身舞指导员性别与年龄结构不合理、文化水平较低、专业能力与综合素质较弱;组织形式以民间组织为主,政府支持为辅;参与者年龄、性别结构不合理;使用设备主要由居民自备或民间体育组织提供,资金困境是其发展面临的最大问题.因此,出台社会体育指导员人力资源配置和培训制度,开展形式多样的广场健身舞比赛,加大对广场健身舞的物质支持和资金投入等是提升晋江广场健身舞水平,推动晋江全民健身运动发展的主要举措.  相似文献

This study evaluated a professional learning approach using a core team (CT) model to assist primary (elementary) schools to develop whole-school collaborative conflict resolution processes. Thirteen schools were matched and randomly assigned to the enhancing relationships in school communities programme (n?=?10) or a non-programme control group (n?=?3). Programme schools provided a core (professional learning) team, who attended professional learning days, and disseminated programme content throughout their schools. Programme schools also received one full school staff workshop. After one year, CT participants were more likely to apply a collaborative conflict resolution model to problem scenarios and report greater knowledge and skills compared to non-programme-school control participants. Compared to the non-programme control group, non-core team programme school staff described using more cooperative approaches to handling conflict, especially when they had received more professional development from their CT. Programme school teachers taught more hours conflict resolution curriculum, and increases in hours taught by programme (but not control) teachers were associated with teacher reported increases in student understanding and use of cooperative methods. Patterns also supported a role of self-efficacy in implementation. The potential usefulness of a CT professional learning model for assisting schools to develop cooperative conflict resolution approaches was supported.  相似文献

This study investigated the effects of a Multicultural Relationship Enhancement Workshop on American education majors' ability to confront prejudice in order to create more peaceful communities in school settings. Due to the diverse group membership, participants were provided an opportunity to practice communication skills in a multicultural context that emphasized a social justice perspective. A repeated measures design with random assignment of participants to experimental (n = 26) and wait-list control (n = 22) groups was employed. Participants were studied at three different points in time, in five-week intervals, with the experimental group participating in the workshop during the first five-week interval and the control group receiving the treatment during the second five-week interval. The repeated measures analysis of variance revealed significant time by treatment interaction effects between Times 1 and 2 on a measure of communication skills in multicultural situations. The intervention is discussed in the context of policies that promote cultures of peace.  相似文献

Research into the experiences of casual relief teachers (CRTs) (substitute or supply teachers) across Australia and internationally has reported feelings of marginalisation among participants. These findings are concerning when one considers that students might be in the care of CRTs for an equivalent of 1 year or more throughout their schooling. When CRTs describe such feelings there is a suggestion that they do not feel a part of the community of practice in which they work. Accordingly, their opportunities for professional learning are often compromised, which has implications for their ability to maintain pedagogical knowledge and skills. This study used cluster sampling survey data to offer insights into professional challenges faced by CRTs. The discussion examines the self-determined skills of 59 Australian CRTs and the way schooling is organised that may leave them feeling excluded rather than members of what should be their “communities of practice.”  相似文献

This article reports on the professional development of teacher educators within the context of a national project, ‘Professional Quality of Teacher Educators,’ where a professional standard and a standards‐based procedure of (self‐)assessment and professional development have been created and effectively implemented. This project offered a unique opportunity to analyze the goals, activities and outcomes of the process of professional development of teacher educators in a situation in which this development is promoted by the professional group as a whole. In our research, we used 25 completed portfolio's made by teacher educators participating in the standards‐based procedure of (self‐)assessment and professional development. We found that teacher educators, participating in this procedure, prefer the development of their knowledge and skills over the development of their attitudes and beliefs. For their professional development, the teacher educators experiment with new activities within the work‐situation and interact with colleagues within their professional community, more than that they study theory or reflect on their work. The participating teacher educators experience a positive impact at the personal level (change in cognition and behavior). More than one‐third of them share outcomes with others. Above, they report a more positive self‐esteem and more enthusiasm for teacher education. This article may motivate other countries or institutions to invest in the professional development of teacher educators. Further research is necessary on the essence of the professional qualities of teacher educators and the relation of their professional development with student learning.  相似文献

通过学生对四川民族学院公共体育选项教学模式的认知态度、兴趣趋向性、项目的选择方面进行随机抽样调查;对师资队伍状况与发展方向进行分析。结果表明:有75%的学生认为有必要继续开设体育选项课;学生的兴趣趋向依次为休闲娱乐性、竞技性、健美性和健身性;学生选项排列在前三项的依次为羽毛球、乒乓球、健美操;学生在第三学期的选项中存在随意、轻率等现象。教师队伍呈年轻化,职称结构趋于合理,专业特点集中于球类、健美操,高学历人才匮乏,应把更多的精力投入到体育教学理念和教学方法的研究与实践上。  相似文献
