刘邦"约法三章"探析

刘邦进占关中后,发布“约法三章”其目的在于安抚关中民众,做关中王。“约法三章”与汉初的法律制定无多大关系,重要性在于其政治意义。刘邦发布“约法三章”赢得了关中的民心,为后来战胜项羽打下基础。

“说”是现代汉语中的常用字,在上古也是一个高频字。但是,上古“说”的用法极为复杂,除了“谈说”“喜悦”等义外,还有“游说”“止息”“解脱”等义。在字形上,也常和“悦”“脱”“税”等字混杂。     

古汉语"禽"、"兽"、"禽兽"之考辨

“禽”、“兽”词义的发展有相似之处，都是由捕猎的动作引申出捕猎的对象，但两者的所指又有不同之处：前者有时单指鸟，有时单指兽，有时兼指鸟兽；后者仅指四足的动物。“禽兽”是“禽”和“兽”的总称，有时又是偏义复词，单指“兽”。

"兴观群怨"辩证

“兴”的本义是有所托、寄，“赋比兴”之“兴”和“兴观群怨”之“兴”用的都是引申义。前者的意思是“托事于物”，后者的意思是“托事于《诗》”。“兴观群怨”的具体意思是依托《诗经》发表意见，借此观察彼此的心志，互相交流思想情感，并对他人进行怨刺。春秋“称诗”分赋《诗》、引《诗》两种形式，“兴观群怨”对二者都是适用的。前人或认为“兴观群怨”乃指作诗或读《诗》而言，这种看法是颇需斟酌的。
