青岛海洋渔业转型的启示（1897年-1937年）

青岛海洋渔业的现代化转型是在与德、日列强不断掠夺海洋渔业资源的斗争中逐渐完成的。这段历史是青岛海洋渔业史的重要组成部分。德国占领青岛期间,改良传统渔具,大肆捕鱼。日本侵占青岛期间,通过对青岛海洋渔业资源进行调查,大规模越界捕鱼,设立水产组合,控制青岛海洋渔业交易。1922年,中国收回青岛主权后,建立渔民组织合作社,利用海军保护海洋渔业资源。1897年-1937年青岛海洋渔业转型带给我们的启示是：必须重视海洋渔业资源,掌握先进的海洋渔业技术,完善海洋渔业组织管理和渔业相关法令法规及执行力度,同时政府要积极支持海洋渔业的发展,通过各种手段保护海洋渔业资源。     

浅谈我国水产养殖业存在的问题及解决思路

我国水产养殖业的兴起,对解决我国居民吃鱼难,缓解我国海洋渔业资源日趋匮乏和保护海洋渔业资源都发挥了巨大作用,并解决了劳动力就业难题,产生了巨大的经济效益和社会效益.然而,由于水产养殖业的管理关系不明确和生产不规范等原因,使这一水产支柱产业产生了不少弊端,以致出现了得此失彼,影响整个海洋渔业的平衡发展的局面.这里就养殖规划、药物和饵料的管理及养殖与捕捞之间的矛盾及解决方法等作一粗浅探讨.

随着经济全球化的深入和科技的迅速发展,海洋经济的地位日益突出,而管好用好海洋的关键在人才。海洋渔业科学与技术专业在人才培养方面亟需适时进行改革,培养目标应从传统的注重资源开发转向注重资源养护与管理为重点。通过对国内外相关高校海洋渔业专业的课程设置、人才培养目标等内容的分析,针对我国海洋渔业专业面临的共同问题,提出了改革专业教学机构设置体制,促进教师专业发展、促进跨学科协同教学工作的进展、产学研结合培养海洋渔业创新型人才三条改革思路,以期海洋渔业专业在新形势下能培养出合乎时代要求的专业人才。
