基于数字足迹的阅读元认知投入研究

信息技术和媒体技术的快速发展催生了多样化的数字阅读方式。学习者的阅读策略选择、过程管理与控制等关系到阅读成效的元认知要素日益受到教育与心理领域研究者的关注。然而,面对自然的阅读过程,尚缺乏伴随式、无涉性的元认知监测与分析方法支持。研究依据学习投入理论,从学习投入的方式、力度和调控三个维度构建数字阅读元认知投入分析框架;结合数字足迹研究方法,挖掘数字标记隐含的注意力保持和控制、阅读速度与策略等特质,提出基于标记足迹的元认知投入分析方法。大学生数字文献阅读活动研究发现,在开放的学习情境下,自主阅读是学习者元认知投入的主要方式,注意力保持时间和干扰控制反映出学习者不同的元认知投入力度,阅读速度和时间管理是学习者元认知投入调控的直接体现。最后,讨论了基于数字足迹的元认知投入分析对阅读实践和相关研究的启示和局限。     

“90后”服刑人员的人格特征与改造策略--以安徽省XX监狱为例

运用COPA-PI量表对安徽省XX监狱245名“90后”服刑人员进行问卷调查,分析“90后”服刑人员的人格特征,结果显示：“90后”服刑人员具有暴力倾向明显、犯罪思维严重、同情之心缺乏、外向冲动行事、乐观自信向前的人格特征;不同犯罪类型罪犯在从属、暴力倾向和犯罪思维三个临床指标存在显著性差异。针对“90后”服刑人员的人格特征,要从改进管理方法,坚持文明公正;注重教育转化,丰富活动载体;保持亲情联络,培养感恩心态等方面入手推进“90后”服刑人员的改造。     

加强高校采购档案规范化管理的探索

临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式改革现状调查及分析 ——基于对国内几所医科大学“5+3”培养模式的调研

介绍了国内5所院校开展临床医学专业学位研究生“5+3”培养模式改革的情况,认为这些院校的培养目标明确、政策支持有力、过程衔接紧密、过程管理严格、奖助体系完善,但同时也存在着缺乏统一规范的培养模式、异地培训不能互认、经费投入不足、导师带教积极性不高等方面的问题。据此提出以下建议：做好顶层设计,进一步明确和规范培养路径;确保培养质量,尽早实现培训结果互认;加大经费投入,探索引入行业合作培养;科学评估制度,重构导师绩效评价体系。
