小学英语教师教育科研意识的相关性研究——以宁夏回族自治区M市为例

教育科研意识是小学英语教师开展教育科研的内部动力。研究表明,宁夏M市小学英语教师教育科研意识处于中等水平:小学英语教师的反思意识处于中等以上水平;小学英语教师的学术意识、问题意识和责任意识处于中等水平;小学英语教师的科研观念和科研目的处于中等以下水平。小学英语教师教育科研意识与学校和学历存在显著的正相关;小学英语教师教育科研意识与教龄存在显著的负相关。基于此,提出了增强小学英语教师教育科研意识的具体对策。     

农村小学语文教师专业发展现状调查与对策

通过对农村小学语文教师专业发展现状的调查,分析当前农村小学语文教师专业发展存在的问题,提出农村小学语文教师专业发展的对策与建议:建立教师成长的管理机制、教学科研激励机制是教师专业发展的保障;构建学习型教研组织、开展校本教研是教师专业发展的平台;博览群书、厚实积淀是教师专业发展的基础。

为了确定小学科学教师的专业培训目标及对策,进行了本区小学科学教师专业化现状的调查。初步调查结果显示：从表面上看,不少问题源于学校对科学学科的不重视、教师的科学知识不够扎实,而隐藏的深层次问题是小学科学教师专业化的问题。因此,解决小学科学教师专业化问题是当务之急。本文提供本区小学科学教师专业化现状、存在问题的调查结果,并提出小学科学教师专业化的实现途径。

从2001年全国大规模开设小学英语以来,小学英语课程改革走了近十年。通过对小学英语课程改革中问题与困惑的考察,透视课程改革的成效与障碍,是当前教育理论与实践工作者的重要任务。本文运用质化和量化的研究方法,通过对重庆市小学英语教师的问卷调查、教师座谈和校长访谈等,从学生、教师、校长和社会等层面提出小学英语课程改革中的突出问题：学生达标有差距、兴趣难维持、两极分化问题突出;教师数量不足、素质参差不齐、专业化发展途径有限;学校小学英语地位不高、统一测评有困难、衔接问题难解决;社会语言环境欠佳、城乡发展不均衡、政府对资源配置关注少等。

小学语文教师课堂教学评价是小学语文课堂教学的重要环节,对于小学语文教学来说具有极其重要的意义。本论文在概述了小学语文教师课堂教学评价的含义以及研究意义的基础上,提出了当前小学语文课堂教学评价存在评价形式单一和教师重预设轻过程的问题,针对这些问题,我提出了以下建议:第一,评价形式要多样化;第二,教师要学会自我评价,反思课堂教学评价,提高教学机智;第三,教师要注重评价语言的有效性。

通过对四川部分小学的走访,发现当前小学科学教育教学存在的问题主要有：小学科学教师素养不高,科学师资缺乏;教学设备不足,科学课程资源匮乏;现行小学科学教材无法满足城乡不同需求;大班教学,难以保证教学质量;小学科学教师对新课程的理解与执行不相适应。针对存在的问题提出相应的对策,主要是：加大对科学教育经费的投入力度,提高科学教育教学质量;加大科学教师培训力度,尽快适应新课程改革;小学科学教师应着力提高自身科学素养,以适应新课程需要;编写适宜的地方小学科学教材,以满足城乡不同需求;营造良好的社会环境,齐抓共管,提高小学科学教育教学质量。
