基于AVR单片机的多用智能移动电子设备充电装置的设计

基于AVR单片机的智能充电系统可以对电池的充电过程进行动态、全面的监控与管理,能够自适应的检测出不同型号的电池,有效地控制电池的充电过程,对充电电源、电压进行自动检测调整,充电后自动转为恒压浮充状态,对待充电的电池进行保护,防止过电压和温度过高对电池的损坏,达到既保护电池、又能使电池充满的要求。采用智能充电方式,提高了电池的使用寿命,并且加快了电池的充电的速率,实现了智能充电目的。     

后备电源用锂离子电池均衡控制的改进方法

针对锂离子电池组后备电源的均衡充电特性,选取易于采集的电池工作电压作为电池组均衡控制参数,据此设计制作了锂离子电池组均衡控制电路。设定3.4、3.5、3.6 V的3个不同均衡阈值电压分别对4只3.2 V 20 Ah磷酸铁锂电池组成的电池组进行0.1 C、0.25 C和0.5 C倍率的充电均衡测试,并记录每组电池的充电电流、电压和内阻。通过分析对比发现,同倍率的充电均衡阈值电压越大,均衡能耗越低,均衡速度越快。因此,重要场合的锂离子电池组后备电源系统宜采用大电流大阈值均衡控制方法,迅速有效地将电池组充满电,确保后备电源给设备提供稳定的电能。     

智能镍氢电池充电电路设计

Ni-MH电池作为一种新型充电电池,具有能量比大、重量轻、温度特性好等特点,并且与铅酸蓄电池、镍镉电池等传统电池相比,它对环境污染更小,被称为绿色电池,如今Ni-MH电池已得到广泛的应用。本设计是一个以GM6802芯片为基础的快速充电电路,通过GM6802控制外部恒定电流充电回路,检测充电电压以及充电过程中的温度,实现对1~20节的串联电池进行快速充电管理,在进行理论分析之后,搭建电路对2节电池进行电路充电实验。实验结果显示,该设计电路不但能够很好地实现镍氢电池的快速充电,而且能够精确判断镍氢电池充满状态。     

无线手机万能充电器的设计和制作

采用线圈耦合进行能量交换设计无线手机万能充电器,通过振荡器、功率放大和初级线圈将交流电能发送出去,接收端通过次级线圈接收交流能量后,整流变为直流电能给智能充电管理芯片CT3582供电,该管理芯片具有充电指示、检测电池好坏、自动识别电池极性和充满指示的功能,经过硬件制作和调试,满足设计的要求.

研究了负极材料为Mm0.8La0.2Ni4.0(MnCoAl)1.0贮氢合金的MH-Ni电池的充放电性能,在0.2A电流下的充电电压和放电电压分别为1.4V和1.2V,充电效率为89.1%。电池贮存30天自放电率为22.6%,其原因为电极中氢的解吸和贮氢合金的氧化。
