在酸性溶液中 ,高锰酸钾能氧化L_色氨酸产生化学发光反应 ,甲醛的存在可使化学发光强度增强 .据此 ,采用流动注射技术 ,建立了一种测定L_色氨酸的化学发光分析法 .方法的检出限为 3 5× 10 - 8g/mL ,相对标准偏差为 1 8% (1 0× 10 - 6 g/mLL_色氨酸 ,n =11) ,线性范围为 1 0× 10 - 7～ 6 0× 10 - 6 g/mL     

流动注射化学发光法测定芦丁

提出使用芦丁增强KMnO4-NaOH化学发光体系,结合流动注射分析技术进行芦丁的测定.本法选择性好、灵敏度高.芦丁在1 0×10-7～5 0×10-5g/mL浓度范围内与化学发光分析信号呈线性关系;检出限为7×10-8g/mL;对5 0×10-6g/mL的芦丁进行11次连续测定,相对标准偏差为2 5%.方法已成功地应用于片剂中芦丁含量的测定.     

高锰酸钾—亚硫酸钠—奎宁化学发光体系的研究

在亚硫酸钠存在下,高锰酸钾与奎宁、奎尼丁等能够发生化学发光反应,产生很强的化学发光,由此建立了测定奎宁、奎尼丁的化学发光分析法．方法的检出限分别为 3．2×10－7g/mL奎宁、2．1×10－7g/mL奎尼丁,相对标准偏差分别为1．6％（8．0×10－6g/mL 奎宁,n＝11）,2．1％（8．0×10－6g/ml。奎尼丁,n＝11）,线性范围分别为1．0 × 10－6～6,0 × 10－4g／mL奎宁,1．0 × 10－6～6．0 × 10－4 g/mL奎尼丁．该法可用于复方奎宁注射液中奎宁含量的测定．     

流动注射化学发光法测定氧氟沙星

提出使用氧氟沙星增强KMnO4-NaOH化学发光体系,结合流动注射分析技术进行氧氟沙星的测定.该法选择性好、灵活度高.氧氟沙星在5.0×10-7～2.0×10-5g/mL浓度范围内与化学发光分析信息号呈线性关系;检出限为8×10-8g/mL;对5.0×10-6g/mL的氧氟沙星进行11次连续测定,相对标准偏差为2.5％.方法已成功地应用于胶囊中氧氟沙星含量的测定.     

鲁米诺-铁氰化钾化学发光体系测定异丙嗪

在碱性条件下,铁氰化钾能氧化鲁米诺产生化学发光,异丙嗪对该体系的化学发光有显著的增强作用。基于此,结合流动注射技术,建立了测定异丙嗪的化学发光新方法。该方法具有很高的灵敏度,检测限为5.7×10-9g/mL(IUPAC),线性范围为1.0×10-8～1.0×10-6g/mL,对1.0×10-7g/mL异丙嗪平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差为2.9%.     

合金钢、铁合金中微量硼的测定

利用姜黄素在强酸非水介质中与硼酸生成有色络合物测定微量硼 ,并进行比色测定 ,方法检出限为 7 7× 10 - 8g mL ,相对标准偏差为 0 5 9% (3 3× 10 - 7g mL ,姜黄素 ,n =10 ) ,线性范围 :2 0× 10 - 7～ 1 2× 10 - 6g mL .     

高锰酸钾-甲醛-S2-化学发光反应的研究

甲醛存在的条件下,酸性溶液中高锰酸钾可以氧化S2-产生很强的化学发光.据此,采用流动注射技术,建立了利用高锰酸钾-甲醛-S2-化学发光体系测定硫的化学发光分析法.方法的检出限为2.3×10-8g/mL,相对标准偏差为1.2%(6.0×10-7g/mL S2-,n=11),线性范围为1.0×10-7～1.0×10-5g/mL S2-.     

异烟肼一次氯酸钠的化学发光反应研究

提出了异烟肼一次氯酸钠化学发光新体系．结合流动注射技术，建立了一种新的测定异烟肼的流动注射化学发光新方法．该法选择性较好，操作简单，精密度好试剂易得．异烟肼在1．0×10－6～1．0×10－4g·ml－1浓度范围内与化学发光信号强度呈线性关系．检出限为2．7×10－7g·ml-1．RSD=2．4％（n＝11；Cs=5．0×10－6g·ml－1）．     

维生素B_6的伏安法测定

本文用伏安法对药物中的维生素B6（VB6）进书测定。在0．05mol／L（CH3）4NBr－（CH3）4NOH底液中（pH-6．0～11．0），VB6在-1．88V（VS，SCE）产生一灵敏还原峰，峰高与VB6浓度在8．0×10-7～2．2×10－5mol／L范围内成线性关系，检测下限为2．0×－7mol／L，用本法，可直接测定药物中VB6的含量。     

流动注射化学发光法测定盐酸利多卡因

在碱性介质中,当把鲁米诺和KMnO4的混合溶液注入到盐酸利多卡因溶液中时,会产生很强的化学发光现象．由此结合流动注射技术,建立了测定盐酸利多卡因的流动注射化学发光新方法．在优化的实验条件下,测定盐酸利多卡因的线形范围为1．0×10^-7～1．0×10^-5g／mL,检出限（3or）为4×10^-8g／mL,对1．0 ×10^-6g／mL的盐酸利多卡因进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为0．25％．该方法已用于盐酸利多卡因注射液中盐酸利多卡因的测定．
