肾上腺素的毛细管电泳安培检测

采用自行组装的毛细管电泳柱端安培检测系统,以肾上腺素为分离检测对象,系统考察了工作电极与毛细管末端对齐的距离、去耦器和工作电极的预处理等对分离检测的影响.结果表明：采用去耦器,工作电极和毛细管末端的距离为10～20μm,工作电极经在线预处理,可使肾上腺素得到良好检测.经过连续10次的电泳分析,重现性为4.5%,检测结果令人满意.     

纳米金修饰金电极固载抗体电流型乙型肝炎免疫传感器的研究

在金电极表面自组装L-半胱胺酸,然后吸附金溶胶,再将乙型肝炎表面抗体(HbsAb)固定在金纳米颗粒上,制成用于检测乙型肝炎表面抗原(HbsAg)的一种新型电流型免疫传感器。通过循环伏安法考察了电极的电化学特性。该传感器制作简单、响应时间短(2min)、选择性好和灵敏度高,该免疫传感器对乙型肝炎表面抗原(HbsAg)检测的线性范围是5μg/L～130μg/L,检出限为0．86μg/L。     

“无动力滚轮爬坡”装置的制作

我在爸爸帮助下经过讨论,多次试验改进,终于做成了“无动力滚轮爬坡”实验。设计与制作用多层胶合木板,锯成两个相同的圆环,它们的外径为1.2m,内径为0.9m。在环内侧,每90度的地方,用一根长方体木柱固定住两个圆环,该长方体木柱长约30cm,总共用4根,分别用螺钉上紧。在两环内

采用毛细管电泳电化学检测法测定了连翘中的芦丁.考察了工作电极的氧化电位、分离电压和进样时间对分离和检测的影响.在优化条件下,以300μm直径的碳圆盘电极为检测电极,检测电位为+0.9 V(vs.SCE),在50 mmol/L硼酸盐(pH8.4)的运行缓冲液中,被测物浓度与峰电流在三个数量级范围内呈良好线性,检测限为2×10-7g/mL.方法有着良好的重现性,被测组分的迁移时间和峰高的相对标准偏差(RSDs)小于4%(n=7).该法简单、可靠、快速,单次测定可在16 min完成,已经成功的应用于实际样品中芦丁的测定,样品处理简单,无须预富集,检测结果令人满意.①     

毛细管电泳电化学检测法测定荞麦中的多酚

采用毛细管电泳电化学检测法同时测定了荞麦的表儿茶素、芦丁、金丝桃甙和槲皮素的含量.考察了电极电位、运行缓冲液的酸度和浓度、电泳电压及进样时间对分离和检测的影响.在最佳实验条件下,以直径为300μm的碳圆盘电极为检测电极,检测电位为 0.90 V(υs.SCE),在50 mmol/L硼酸盐(pH8.7)的运行缓冲液中,上述各组分在20 min内能完全分离.被测物浓度与峰电流在三个数量级范围内呈良好线性,检测限在1×10-7g/ml~5×10-7g/ml之间,该法简单可靠,已经成功的应用于荞麦多酚的测定.yh     

美丽的帽子

材料:白纸、铅画纸、印花纸、浆糊、钉书机、带子(绳子)、小钻子。制作方法: ①用白纸和铅画纸剪出内径为16～18厘米,外径为22～24厘米的圆环(图一)。②将印花纸剪出直径约26～30厘米的圆(图2)。③白纸圆环放在上面,印花纸圆放在下面,从圆环中间翻出,作为帽项(图三)。④用钉书机将帽顶的边与帽沿固定(图四)。⑤将铅画纸涂上浆糊,粘贴在帽子里面,与帽沿吻合。在帽沿上两边各钻一小孔,穿上带子。提示:此例适合大班幼儿制作。帽沿和帽顶由老     

ER-GO-MCFE/毛细管电泳法测定饮料中的抗坏血酸

制备了电化学还原氧化石墨烯修饰碳纤维微盘电极（ER-GO-MCFE）,将此电极与毛细管电泳联用,对氧化石墨烯的电化学还原时间和电位、缓冲溶液的浓度和pH值、分离电压和检测电位等条件进行了优化。在最佳条件下,抗坏血酸的线性范围为1.0×10^-6～1.0×10^-5mol/L和1.0×10^-5～0.8×10^-3 mol/L,线性相关系数分别为0.9985和0.9998;当信噪比为3时,检测下限为6.5×10^-7 mol/L。将此电极用做毛细管电泳电化学检测的工作电极,实现了对饮料样品中的抗坏血酸的定性和定量检测。     

基于COMSOL Multiphysics的叉指微电极细胞传感器仿真研究

叉指微电极阻抗传感器具有快速、准确检测生物非均匀体系中细胞含量的优势。针对牛奶中体细胞含量准确检测难的问题,在COMSOL Multiphysics仿真软件AC/DC模块下的电流接口中构建了以石英玻璃为衬底,指厚100 nm,指长1 mm,指宽分别为10、20、30、40、50μm的A、B、C、D、E 5个三维金叉指微电极模型。对传感器进行了电场的仿真研究,比较了5个不同电极尺寸结构下的电场分布情况,并在频域信号下对5种尺寸的传感器加入不同细胞含量的牛奶样品后进行了仿真检测研究。结果表明,50μm的传感器结构最优,为实际的生物传感器的加工提供了很好的参考。     

毛细管使水上升能翻过"坎"吗
