砌体结构的裂缝大多是由温度变化、材料收缩或膨胀、墙体不均匀沉降等因素引起的,区别于荷载裂缝,这类裂缝由变形变化引起的,其起因是结构首先要求变形,只有当变形得不到满足时才引起应力,而且应力值与结构的刚度大小有关,只有当应力超过一定数值才引起裂缝,裂缝出现后变形得到满足或部分满足,同时刚度下降,应力就发生松弛,所以有些材料强度虽不高,但因具有良好的韧性,能适应变形的要求,抗裂性能也较高.由于以上这些特点,控制这类裂缝的根本,一是降低外来的“作用力”,减少由温度变化、材料收缩或膨胀、墙体不均匀沉降等因素引起的变形量,即“防”的办法;二是增加结构的韧性、使其适应变形的需要,即“放”的方法;三是采取措施,增加墙体整体性和抗裂能力,即“抗”的方法.实践中,常常是从裂缝的成因和分布特点入手,在设计中,整体考虑和局部处理相结合,使结构既不产生很大的变形又不产生很大的应力,同时在应力集中易开裂的部位,采取措施,提高其抗裂能力.本文针对不同类型裂缝的防范措施进行了总结归纳,并把它们按“抗”、“防”、“放”三种方法进行介绍.
