在语言教学中,教学模式和方法总是在不断地进行着改革。从我校民预英语教学的角度出发,本文就目前我校民预教学中的问题进行探讨,找到适合民预英语教学更好更快发展的模式及手段。

艺术类大学生的英语教学现状让人担忧.为了改变现状,西北民大实施了全新的“舞台式”教学法.其以英语舞台剧表演贯穿于语言技能学习和测试中,结合艺术生的特点,充分利用优势资源,激发学生的英语学习动力和兴趣,有利于改变艺术类学生中普遍存在的“聋子英语”、“哑巴英语”的现象,对于提高艺术生的整体英语教学水平起到重要的作用.     

民族预科“民考民”学生英语教学改革实验研究

针对“民考民”学生在预科学习英语的实际情况，制定不同于“民考汉”学生的教学目标，采用“分班”和“混班”的教学组织模式，使用基础教材和扩展教材两级并行的教材体系，融合语法一翻译法和交际法而形成具有针对性的折中法(Eclectic Method)。2000级至2004级的5年预科英语教学实验说明，上述方法是较有成效的，但也还需要进一步加深学生对语言化感受能力的理解性培养。     

维吾尔族民考民与民考汉大学生语言态度调查及教学反思

以语言态度理论为指导,以塔里木大学维吾尔族大学生为例,通过问卷调查的形式,考察民考民与民考汉学生的语言态度及语言水平。结果表明,两组学生对维吾尔语都有很高的认同感,水平普遍较高,差异较小。但汉语态度及水平差别很大,相比而言,民考汉学生对汉语的认同度及汉语水平高于民考民学生。针对调查结果,从双语教学的角度,提出建议。     

教师授课语言对学生英语语法学习的影响

教师话语是学生语言输入的主要来源之一。教师教授学生英语时,选用哪种语言讲解语法会对学生英语语法学习产生影响。本文以汉族、民考汉和民考民教师为例,讨论了教师语种使用差异对民考民大学生英语语法学习的影响。     

交际教学法在英语语言及文化教学中的合理性

在英语教学中对教学法的探索研究是从英语语言与文化的关系入手的.交际教学法在教学中的应用,强调英语教学应针对学生具体的语言需要来培养语言的交际能力,把英语语言文化传输应用于英语教学中;强调以教师为主导但不能忽视学生的主体作用;强调使用在实际交际中运用的语言的重要性;强调英语教学应在保证语言基础知识习得的前提下,提高学生的学习效果和跨文化交际能力.从而得出英语教学的过程也是在实施一种语言文化教育的过程.因此,交际教学法在英语教学实践中向学生传输语言符号知识的同时,结合语言特点也赋予了学生丰富的语言文化背景知识,继而实现语言教学的目的.
